⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus. **Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür. **Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Es ist wirklich das Top-Familienhotel in der Region Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai. Von den Einrichtungen bis zum Service – jedes Detail hat uns so überzeugt, dass ich es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen möchte! Absolute Spitze! 💯 Schon einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft hat sich unsere Butlerin, die äußerst charmante Xiao Mi, per WeChat mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, um alles zu koordinieren. Sie hat sofort für unseren Check-in gesorgt, als das Zimmer bereit war, und uns täglich über das Frühstück, Sommeraktivitäten sowie Ausflugsziele und Empfehlungen informiert! Ihre Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und der Service waren durchweg Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Mädels, fragt unbedingt nach Xiao Mi! Auch die Dame vom Housekeeping war äußerst hilfsbereit. Alles, was fehlte, wurde umgehend nachgeliefert. Der 24-Stunden-Service war wirklich fantastisch! Tante Huang im Kinderparadies war unglaublich aufmerksam und hat mein Kind die ganze Zeit begleitet und mit ihm gespielt, als ich alleine mit den Kleinen da war. Jeden Morgen hat sie den Boden und die Bälle im Bällebad gereinigt – sogar auf dem Boden kniend. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren erstklassig, einfach super! 🏨 【Wohnen wie im Märchen – inmitten von See und Bergen】 Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den inneren See gebucht. Beim Öffnen des Fensters bot sich uns ein atemberaubender Blick auf die weiten, smaragdgrünen Wellen des Qiandao-Sees 🌊. Wenn die Morgensonne auf den See fiel, sah es aus wie ein wunderschönes Gemälde! Die Zimmerausstattung war super luxuriös: Bulgari-Pflegeprodukte, KingKoil-Matratzen, ein AIRFLY Caviar Haartrockner und sogar ein Kindertisch zum Waschen. Perfekt bis ins letzte Detail! Abends um 19:30 und 20:30 Uhr gab es auf dem inneren See eine Wasserfontänenshow und einen Wasserleinwandfilm 🎦, die wir kostenlos und aus nächster Nähe direkt von unserem Balkon aus genießen konnten. #Familienreise 🎠 【3000m² Kinderparadies – Entlastung für die Eltern!】 Das absolut Beste am Hotel ist das Kinderparadies, mit sage und schreibe 3000 m²! Es ist nach Altersgruppen konzipiert und bietet für Kinder von 1-12 Jahren einen Dinosaurier-Sandkasten, eine Rutsche ins Bällebad mit Blasen, sowie Bastelaktivitäten für die ganze Familie. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr raus, sobald sie drinnen waren! 🍽️ 【Gourmet-Glück pur! Buffet bis zum Umfallen】 Das Frühstücksbuffet bot über 200 Gerichte, und die lokalen Schifffahrtsnudeln waren unglaublich lecker! Es gefällt mir, dass dieses japanische Hotel im Fluss von Fuchshan ist. Der Service beginnt mit dem Moment, in dem der Leiter von Microsoft die ganze Richtung arrangiert hat, und es gibt einen Service für die Hochbahnstation. Der Abflug hat eine Rezeption, saubere Hände, Papierzeichen, alte Uhren, Windschutzscheiben, Papierlampen, die Atmosphäre ist voll, der Baustil ist einzigartig, die zwei Türen des Hallen sind Goldschmiede, die sich überall erkennbar und wunderschön erscheinen, und das Gefühl, dass die Lage jeder Pflanze auch sorgfältig konzipiert ist. Der Leiter hat das Haus auf den neuesten Stand gebracht, eine Überraschung 🤩, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Der öffentliche warme Außenpool blickt den ganzen Tag auf die Landschaft, die warm ist, zu komfortabel, Es gibt viele kleine Aktivitäten, die das Hotel organisiert hat, Kartenpasten, Champagner, Papiertaschen, Lizenzlampen usw., lassen Sie uns auch die alte Tante gerne daran teilnehmen 😄. Was das Essen betrifft, erlebte ich das Hotelpaket zum Abendessen. Der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Die Frühstückssortimenten von zwei Tagen werden auch etwas anders sein. After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

Der Service an der Rezeption war effizient und herzlich. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht von der Aussichtsplattform ist fantastisch und perfekt für schöne Fotos. Im Streichelzoo gab es viele Tiere, was die Kinder sehr glücklich gemacht hat. Der Pool und die Freizeiteinrichtungen waren erstklassig, und es gab eine Fülle an Familienaktivitäten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was die Urlaubsatmosphäre perfekt abrundete. Sowohl Erwachsene als auch Kinder haben sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
