Die Landschaft des Hotels ist besonders schön, um das chinesische Design, mit einem vollen Segen für die Gäste des Geschäftes, das Hof hat eine Art Schmuck, Steinbäume, Gulan-Gold-Stuhl voller Halle, Blumenstraßen, Füße-Touch-Gemälde, Moment, alles, was ich zwei vergessen habe. Der öffentliche Pool ist sehr breit im Inneren und im Außenbereich, das Zimmer ist ein einzigartiges kleines Ferienhaus, mit eigener Suppe, warmes Wasser ist alle natürlichen warmen Tee. Die Miss-Sister-Manager Helen und der Lei Li Li Lin-Manager sind sehr intim. Das nächste Mal haben Sie die Chance, auch die Chengdu Haichen Bay zu wählen. Der Herbst wird sicher noch schöner sein. Dies ist eine gute Reise.

English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.

Staying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es sprach keiner englisch, aber per translator hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir sind morgens zum Eingang des Nationalparks gebracht worden und am nächsten Tag auch zu Busstation für unsere Weiterreise. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, können also auch nichts dazu sagen. Abends haben wir die HotTubs genutzt. 2 waren gefüllt mit unterschiedlich heißem Wasser. Es war sehr entspannend. Die Zimmmer war von der Größe ok und auch sauber.

Das Zimmer war fantastisch, mit Badewanne. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich herzlich und der Service exzellent. Sie schaltete sogar die Heizung im Voraus für uns ein und brachte uns zwei zusätzliche Heizgeräte. Das Ambiente war wunderschön, im tibetischen Stil, und wir konnten sogar traditionelle tibetische Kleidung für Fotos tragen. Die Rezeptionistin half uns beim Anziehen und Fotografieren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Tibet bin.

Diese Pension ist einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist erstklassig, direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet Jiuzhaigou, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe machen den Aufenthalt unglaublich komfortabel. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam; die Haushälterin Xiao Chen ist herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sind weich und Klimaanlage, Warmwasser und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Toilette, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, die Einrichtung einzigartig, der Innenhof elegant und ruhig, und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die grünen Berge. Die Luft ist frisch, und der Aufenthalt insgesamt ist einfach perfekt. Es ist unglaublich preiswert; eine Übernachtung hier ist bei einem Besuch in Jiuzhaigou definitiv die richtige Wahl. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel war ein schönes, ruhiges, komfortables, großartiges Hotel mit den schönsten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren beide erstaunlich, obwohl einige der lokalen Delikatesse, die ich besorgt hatte, wir nicht zeigen, wie viel sie verdient haben, angesichts unserer begrenzten englischen Geschmacksbündel. Wir benutzten dieses Hotel für unsere Basis, um Mount Eei zu fahren und die Natur zu erkunden. Sie waren froh, uns in sehr kurzer Zeit ein Auto und einen Führer zu arrangieren. Ich würde dieses Hotel ausführlich empfehlen und wir hoffen, zurück zu sein.
