"Die Lage ist einfach top, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Die Shantang Street ist nur 300m entfernt und Wanxiang Tiandi erreicht man in 500m. Der Bahnhof ist auch nur 3 km weg. Man kommt also super einfach überall hin.
Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind im japanischen Stil eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und die Betten sind super bequem. Es gibt sogar einen Deckenfernseher – das ist schon luxuriös! Uns wurde kostenlos ein Upgrade gegeben und wir durften später auschecken, auch kostenfrei. Im Zimmer gab es gratis Evian-Wasser, Cola und Snacks. Ich finde wirklich keinen einzigen Makel. Sehr empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder!"

"這次真的是真心實意想給五星好評。之前一直找酒店都衹敢往大品牌去訂，覺得起碼有保障，結果淮安這裏這家是第一名，抱着試試看的心情定了，沒想到是個意外驚喜。
首先酒店設計風格簡潔大氣，公域空間喜人，大堂，連廊都非常大氣，不是五星大酒店那種空闊，是處處精緻那種用心。有宋式美學那種留白之美。
然後房間乾淨整潔，衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱台夠大。我們連住了四晚，每天打掃都很到位。（衞生阿姨的打掃質量和房務經理的把控水平都值得點贊）
最後是這個酒店從前台到餐廳各個環節的服務員都特別友好，輕聲細語，有求必應。前台小姐姐幫我們拖行李看房沒有任何不耐，早餐小姐姐的咖啡做得非常好。當然其他的服務員也是非常親切。
總而言之是這兩年我們家評價最好的酒店，完全沒雷點。這趟淮安之旅因為酒店舒心真的加大分。"

"Our experience was fantastic!! We booked our stay here to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel made it extra special! Tim, the floor manager was extremely helpful. He ordered a cake and had it delivered to our room, along with arranging any and all activities we were interested in. The language barrier was not a problem at all as Tim translated all the information we needed. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. There was a spectacular firework show both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The hot spring is right next to the hotel, you can walk a scenic route (About 2km) if you want to or take the free shuttle car between the hot spring and the hotel. There are lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels, but we can truly recommend this hotel. You will get excellent service and high quality accommodation. A special thank you to Tim for playing such a big part in making our stay a memorable one!"

"酒店設施是相對來説老式一些的，畢竟是老牌星級酒店，不過房間還挺乾淨的。房間帶一個南陽台，陽台有藤椅和圓桌，翠綠的樹葉觸手可及，遠處的青翠山脈（竹海）如一幅畫卷鋪開在眼前。陽台還有可以晾曬衣服的摺疊晾曬架，確實比較方便。從酒店到御水温泉非常方便，穿着浴袍泳衣直接從內部通道就到温泉區域了。離南山竹海也很近，步行幾百米就可以到達。酒店服務也很nice：管家 杜芳 提前就聯繫我們，併發送關於酒店以及周邊遊玩景點的相關情況介紹；入住後會幫忙提前預訂中餐廳的晚餐；酒店西餐廳晚間還有免費的暖心粥提供；夜查房還很貼心的準備了眼罩；入住每天都會有小水果送進房間，臨走時還贈送了一袋零食等禮物，正所謂禮輕情意重！回家後還收到管家杜芳女士關於是否已經到家的問候。這些方方面面的細節體現了酒店對於入住客人的關心和照護。打算下次和朋友再去泡温泉，我一定還會選擇御水温泉度假酒店的。"

"Fantastisches Zimmer mit privatem heißen Frühlingstube und fantastischem Service, um mit ihm zu gehen mit unserem Hauptkontaktpunkt Wang 雨. Sie war aufmerksam und hat uns immer sofort und professionell geholfen, konnte nicht mehr fragen! Das Frühstück war erstaunlich und das beste Frühstücksbuffet, das ich hatte. Das Zimmer war riesig und ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, und alles, was wir brauchen, wurde bereitgestellt. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern und meiner Mutter dort und genossen ein Bad in den heißen Quellen, ein Bad im Meer, beobachteten die Tiere, aßen gut und unternahmen sogar mit unserem ältesten Kind eine Fahrradtour. "Ich habe dieses Hotel über eine Gruppenbuchung am Singles' Day gebucht und mir während der Neujahrsfeiertage zwei Tage frei genommen, um außerhalb der Hauptsaison zu verreisen. Das Hotel liegt direkt im malerischen Gebiet des Slender West Lake, nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Auch das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und nur durch einen Fluss vom See getrennt. Im Winter war es etwas kühl; im März ist Hochsaison. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade mit Thermalbad, was toll war. Das Frühstücksangebot war allerdings begrenzt und durchschnittlich."

YunbaoxuanzhugaoyihanIn der ersten Unterkunftsbesichtigung, sehr frisch, leicht zu sein, sehr geduldig und sorgfältig zu sein, geben Sie uns den Weg, um uns zu leiten, haben wir Tickets von der Zhejiang Station kaufen (die Gäste können die Unterkunft 80 Yuan ／ während der Unterkunft genießen, die Reisewagen enthalten, überwerten) und die entsprechenden Verfahren durchführen, auf dem Auto zum Oberstes Palast, Nach den Leitfaden von Idao Long finden Sie schnell das Zimmer, das den Aufenthalt zu regeln, um zu bleiben. Das ausgewählte Zimmer ist die einzige, die die Tür öffnet, um die Berge zu sehen. Da es in der letzten Zeit viel Regen hat, kam ich zu einer Zeit, die den Berg unter dem Tin Tian-Berg zu fangen, und die Berge fühlten sich in der Umgebung, Obwohl die Sichtbarkeit nicht hoch ist, gibt es auch einen Geschmack. Great Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

boboksr這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。
最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。
酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。
這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。
總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

This by far has been the most unique Radisson experience;
I always love the Radisson Collection Yangtze Shanghai Branch but I think I found a new favorite.
This is a place for someone looking to decompress, relax, and just enjoy
The customer service is 10/10 and a special thanks to Dream who catered to all out meal needs from breakfast to lunch (by day two she knew I wanted only pancakes and 排骨for breakfast ), the bartender damn the cocktails were the smoothest I’ve ever had, the driver I think Beng Shifu so fun, his smile and excitement to pick us up was breathtaking , the front desks,room cleaners, hot springs staff,pool staff,concierge all amazing .
Meals: fresh, delicious, right portion. Of course if you are looking for variety maybe you might not gravitate towards the menu however then pancakes and 排骨are to die for
Amenities: the gym is just ok, would appreciate a little more equipment, pool is amazing , sauna 10/10, springs also good.
Room: the Mountain View is all I need to decompress, I never knew I needed it until I sat by the balcony. The room is actually spacious.
Surroundings: You can pay 100yuan for the hello car and drive around , however this place is so big that you need more than a week to explore all corners. It’s just peaceful.
if you love cardio you can definitely enjoy the parks around , touring the different cities represented by different parks.
Would I come back, I might be back in a month and I definitely recommend it.
Radisson staff, you outdid yourself, I think you’ve just made me forget about Shanghai Radisson and focus only on you.

Das Banyan Tree Garden Expo ist sowohl in Bezug auf die Ausstattung als auch auf den Service hervorragend. Vom Design der öffentlichen Bereiche bis zu den Zimmern, sowie der Auswahl der Annehmlichkeiten, Artikel und Dekorationen – alles ist tadellos. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon mit Aussicht und ein privates Thermalbad mit zweifacher Zertifizierung (japanisch und europäisch) für das Tangshan-Thermalwasser. Der Balkon ist zudem mit elektrischen Vorhängen ausgestattet, um die Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. P.S.: Das Betthupferl hat mir sehr gefallen, es war sehr originell.
Am meisten überrascht hat mich der Service. Die Zimmerreinigung reagierte sowohl tagsüber als auch abends sehr schnell. Das Personal grüßte immer herzlich. Was den Concierge-Service angeht: Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist, und vom Ausladen des Gepäcks über das Begrüßungsgetränk bis zur Zimmerführung wurde alles von derselben Person erledigt. Das hat den Kundenkontakt vertieft und einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Team hat ein sehr starkes Servicebewusstsein, das ist wirklich lobenswert!
Was andere Einrichtungen betrifft: Der Garden Expo ist nur über das Dongning-Tor zum Hotel zugänglich. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss etwa 10 Minuten länger fahren, das sollte man beachten. Das Hotel ist an einen Berg gebaut, die Landschaft ist einzigartig. Es gibt wenige andere Geschäfte in der Umgebung, aber gerade diese Lage bietet den Gästen eine ultimative Ruhe und ein Gefühl der Heilung. Das Moon West Restaurant bietet gutes Essen, das Fitnessstudio und der Yogaraum sind solide, und die Rindfleischnudeln zum Frühstück waren sehr lecker.
Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer und wohltuender Aufenthalt. Ich freue mich auf einen längeren Aufenthalt beim nächsten Mal.

Der Service im East Taihu Lake Hotel war exzellent. Von Zhang Wenyi an der Rezeption (Wanghulou) über Ma Rui, den Concierge-Praktikanten, bis hin zum Butler – alle waren proaktiv, enthusiastisch und zuvorkommend und gaben detaillierte Informationen über das Hotel, die Zimmerkategorien und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Im Spätherbst war es herrlich, auf der Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse des Zimmers zu sitzen und den wunderschönen Blick auf den Taihu-See zu genießen. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten die Musikfontäne am East Taihu Lake, wo jeden Samstagabend um 19:30 Uhr eine 20-minütige Show stattfindet. Auch eine Radtour entlang des Taihu-See-Deichs ist sehr schön. Das Hotel grenzt direkt an den Sportpark, der sehr groß und hügelig ist und in dem man gut einen halben Tag verbringen kann. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

在酒店約了@嶼奇旅拍，體驗感直接拉滿。攝影師非常熟悉度假村各個出片點位，懂得利用湖景、草坪、山林的自然光影，不用我們自己找角度。拍攝過程特別有耐心，會細緻引導動作，就算是不太會拍照的人也完全不緊張，抓拍自然靈動，不會僵硬擺拍。粧造精緻貼合度假氛圍，全程沒有隱形消費，溝通順暢，成片氛圍感十足，把天目湖的山水美景和度假的美好瞬間都記錄下來，拿到照片特別滿意，來涵田度假想要留紀念的朋友，真心可以選嶼奇旅拍！
