"Ich kam nach Tangshan, um mit meinen Kollegen zu arbeiten. Ich sah, dass die Bewertung von Starway auf der Website ziemlich hoch war, also wollte ich bleiben und es erleben. Am Eingang des Hotels gibt es ein Festzelt, das den Hotelgästen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es sieht schon nach Urlaub aus. Das Personal an der Rezeption im Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Service und begrüßt Sie mit einem Lächeln. Es gibt einen U-Bahn-Eingang, der sehr praktisch ist, um überall hinzugehen. Sie werden sich auch sehr sauber fühlen Sobald Sie eintreten, gibt es viele verschiedene Frühstücksvarianten. Ich habe die von der Rezeption empfohlene Schüssel mit Xingcheng-Nudeln bestellt. Sie war wirklich gut und hat meinem Appetit entsprochen. Es gibt auch eine Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby, die normalerweise ziemlich hochwertig aussieht. Dieser kostenlose Kaffee ist wirklich gut und sehr kostengünstig, wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe, in Zukunft nach Tangshan zu kommen , ich werde dieses Starway Hotel wieder wählen!"

Ein besonderes Highlight war der Dr. Fish-Pool, wo die kleinen Fische gerne Ihre Füße von überschüssiger abgestorbener Haut befreien.
Das Frühstück war anständig, obwohl es auf den chinesischen Geschmack ausgerichtet ist, aber es gibt Speck, Eier und Rösti für diejenigen, die etwas Magereres brauchen (wie ich)."

"Mit Freunden des Studios ging ich aus und wählte dieses Hotel. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, es ist auch sehr nah an der Suppe, ich habe auch einige Suppe-Pool, die alle sind echte Suppe, sehr gut. Das reservierte Familienzimmer, das Ergebnis ist die Rezeption-Miss Schwester besonders gut, wurde auch aktualisiert, das Zimmer hat eine private Suppe. Great Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

GastnutzerFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

dyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime.
Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor.
The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish.
Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Ich habe alles mit meinen Händen getippt, ich hoffe, es hilft allen.
Das Hotel ist großartig. Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Fünf-Sterne-Ketten hat Dusit Thani einen ausgeprägten Resort-Stil. Das Hotel selbst ist ein großer Park mit einer angenehmen Landschaft, in der sich Villen mit geringer Dichte und dreistöckige Gebäude befinden, die in der wunderschönen Landschaft verstreut sind. Die Villa mit Gartenblick, in der wir dieses Mal wohnten, verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen Garten. Sie hat eine sehr hohe Etage und die Klimaanlage ist nahezu geräuschlos. Die Privatsphäre und der Komfort sind recht hoch. Das große Bett im Zimmer ist tatsächlich zwei Meter breit und sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt etwa 12 Gehminuten vom Shushan Scenic Area entfernt. Es gibt viele zuverlässige Bauernhäuser, in denen Sie speisen können.
Neben den wunderschön gestalteten Gärten und Zimmern beeindruckt vor allem der Service des Personals. Sie können den fröhlichen und enthusiastischen Service des Personals auf dem Parkplatz, in der Lobby, im Zimmer, am Seeufer, wo die Enten gefüttert werden, und im Restaurant spüren. Am 1. Mai kamen meine Partnerin und ich mit einer Wassermelone an der Lobby vorbei und fragten uns lächelnd, ob wir Löffel brauchten. Dann rannte sie den ganzen Weg zum westlichen Restaurant und gab uns ein paar Löffel. Für ein Hotel ist es in der Tat sehr befriedigend, solch einen proaktiven Service zu bieten.
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This by far has been the most unique Radisson experience;
I always love the Radisson Collection Yangtze Shanghai Branch but I think I found a new favorite.
This is a place for someone looking to decompress, relax, and just enjoy
The customer service is 10/10 and a special thanks to Dream who catered to all out meal needs from breakfast to lunch (by day two she knew I wanted only pancakes and 排骨for breakfast ), the bartender damn the cocktails were the smoothest I’ve ever had, the driver I think Beng Shifu so fun, his smile and excitement to pick us up was breathtaking , the front desks,room cleaners, hot springs staff,pool staff,concierge all amazing .
Meals: fresh, delicious, right portion. Of course if you are looking for variety maybe you might not gravitate towards the menu however then pancakes and 排骨are to die for
Amenities: the gym is just ok, would appreciate a little more equipment, pool is amazing , sauna 10/10, springs also good.
Room: the Mountain View is all I need to decompress, I never knew I needed it until I sat by the balcony. The room is actually spacious.
Surroundings: You can pay 100yuan for the hello car and drive around , however this place is so big that you need more than a week to explore all corners. It’s just peaceful.
if you love cardio you can definitely enjoy the parks around , touring the different cities represented by different parks.
Would I come back, I might be back in a month and I definitely recommend it.
Radisson staff, you outdid yourself, I think you’ve just made me forget about Shanghai Radisson and focus only on you.

Unter dem ehemaligen Minenabgrund, heute in üppiges Grün gehüllt und in Nebel gehüllt, liegt das atemberaubende Design des Banyan Tree! Die ursprüngliche Struktur der Mine wurde erhalten und mit moderner Architektursprache neu interpretiert. Die Korridore von der Lobby zu Ihrem Zimmer sind ein Spiel aus Licht und Schatten und erzeugen ein atemberaubendes Raumgefühl. Jeder Schritt zeugt von der architektonischen Ästhetik.
Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Minnie, unsere engagierte Butlerin, rief uns im Voraus an, um uns unseren Standort und unseren Zugangscode mitzuteilen. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war sie für Sie da und unglaublich aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer mit Blick auf das Mining Valley, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte ein eigenes Thermalbad auf dem Balkon, und das Wichtigste war der atemberaubende Blick auf die Mine! Die kaskadenartigen Klippen und die üppige Vegetation waren ein wirklich einzigartiges und wildes Erlebnis! Abends zündete ich die Aromatherapie an und genoss die heißen Quellen.
Das Frühstück war herzhaft und bot eine Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Gerichten. Der Blick auf das Tal machte mir richtig Appetit! Die Huaiyang- und kantonesische Küche im chinesischen Restaurant ist exquisit und unverwechselbar, und das Ambiente und der Service sind erstklassig.
