"We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable."

"Location is ok. Some of the surfaces looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Given the ”hot spring” in the name I thought there might be a fancy pool are but it just means the hot water in the rooms comes from a hot spring. The sockets in the rooms are Chinese only so international travellers should bring an adapter or a Chinese charger for their devices."

"Villa A was large and comfortable with a great little private hot spring in the back. Private hot spring was not filled with water until we requested it, which meant that it was fresh and clean when we were ready to use it. The room also had a mahjong table, which was a fun surprise.
The hot springs area itself was very nice, with many small springs all over so you can definitely get one to yourselves. Nice variety of temperatures, herbs, etc. Some of them were closed for the season, so there was only one cold pool and it required a swim cap to use.
Most of the amenities were near the non-villa hotel area, which is a bit of a distance from the villas. Honestly, there seems to be very little reason to pay extra for a villa. The normal hotel rooms are probably sufficient for whatever you are doing."

Auch das Personal war überaus freundlich; sie hatten meinen Badeanzug vom Vortag aus der heißen Quelle gewaschen und getrocknet. Nach dem Abstieg vom Laojun-Berg hatte ich Krämpfe in den Beinen, deshalb buchte ich eine Massage im Hotel. Zwei nette junge Damen, Nummer 7 und Nummer 3, massierten mich. Ihre exzellenten Massagetechniken linderten die Müdigkeit nach dem Aufstieg sehr. Sie bemerkten schnell, dass mein Cousin hustete, weil es im Zimmer kalt war, und überprüften umgehend die Fußbodenheizung, um die Temperatur zu erhöhen. Das Buffet des Hotels war ebenfalls hervorragend, besonders die Rindfleischsuppe. Eine Schüssel Rindfleischsuppe, so frisch und köstlich, wärmte meinen Magen und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich die ganze Nacht wohlfühlte. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in Luoyang. Mein Herz bleibt noch immer in Luoyang; die Pfingstrosensuppe wärmt meine Seele. Ich werde die Drei-Flüsse-Straße wieder besuchen, um die Landschaft noch einmal zu genießen."

酒店整體設施和環境還在完善中，老闆計劃在酒店周邊栽種各類果樹與繽紛花卉，明年夏天這裏將會時時有花、四季有果。如今雖未完全成型，但酒店已然具備了精品酒店的雛形，遠離塵囂、藏於田園，靜謐安逸。"

"酒店法式裝修風格很舒適，整體比較新，大堂很寬敞，配備了自助打印機，咖啡和紅茶暢飲。有地下停車場🅿️，很方便。洗衣房和健身房在一起，對於喜歡健身的老公非常驚喜，一邊烘乾衣物，一邊還能擼鐵。前台，餐廳服務態度都很好，贈送了伴手禮。早餐出乎意料的豐盛，現做的雞湯米線非常好吃。水果沙拉，酸奶果汁，咖啡牛奶，甜品煎蛋，熱菜烤腸，炒飯粥應有盡有。房間是智能馬桶，有化粧鏡，吹風機。洗澡水壓大很舒服，出熱水速度超快。需要涼拖工作人員很快就送了兩雙，還細心的配了小童牙具和拖鞋。兩米寬的大床，孩子怎麼睡都可以，足夠大。電視可以投屏，辦公椅居家舒適。有免費漢服可以借，款式和質感都挺不錯，可惜當天中午要退房沒來及穿😂。酒店離西工小街不遠，除了小吃還有很多文創手工藝品，晚上逛一逛，十分接地氣。"

Ein fantastisches Hotelerlebnis! Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Altstadtstraße der Longmen-Grotten, unweit des Besucherzentrums und des nordwestlichen Eingangs. Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein riesiges Zimmer mit durchdachtem Grundriss. Bettwäsche und Badezimmerausstattung waren erstklassig. Neben der Ausstattung, die mit einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel vergleichbar ist, war der Service wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Rezeptionisten waren stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Paket beinhaltete ein VR-Erlebnis, das eine Rezeptionistin proaktiv für uns beide buchte. Da wir unsere Zugabfahrt von Luoyang kurzfristig geändert hatten, organisierte sie sogar noch über Nacht einen Transfer zum Bahnhof für uns. Der Shuttle kam übrigens nicht von einem externen Fahrdienst, sondern vom Hotel selbst! Kurz gesagt: Dies war definitiv das beste Hotel unserer Reise. Ich hoffe, bald wiederzukommen und kann es meinen Freunden wärmstens empfehlen!

Mit Freunden, die von Zhou East Station nach Xinjiang reisen, ist der Hotelservice sehr gut, die Überführung des Meisters ist sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, viele Arten von Menschen haben einen zufriedenen Frühstück. Es gibt Früchte, und es kann auch kostenlos am Abend geliefert werden. Insgesamt ist es sehr zufrieden. Die Reise ist zu beschäftigt, die Fotos sind nicht zu schnell. Grüßen Sie das Hotel!

GastnutzerIch habe zwei Tage im Hotel gelebt, sehr ruhig und die Nacht ist ein Gefühl des Morgens. Die Bettwäsche und die Schalen sind sehr komfortabel.
Nach dem Schlucken, warmem Wasser, der Geschäft hat einmalige warme Tee.
Frühstück in der nebenan gelegenen kleinen Laden, die Zuckerzuppe, die Laden arrangiert.
Der Parkplatz ist auch bequem, der Parkplatz im Loyang Museum, unter einem Baum, ist großzügig und ruhig.
Obwohl es keine Elektronik gibt, hat die Rezeption Sister die Gepäckstücke ins Zimmer geholfen. Wir haben mehr Gepäck, weil wir Hunde ** mitnehmen. Die Sister ist mehrere Male auf dem Weg.
Die Einrichtungen des Zimmers sind hochwertig, insbesondere das Badezimmer, die Blumenmuster, die Atmosphäre ist einfach und hochwertig.
Das Hotel ist einzigartig, die Zimmer und die Korridoren sind mit Champagner, wunderschön und glücklich!

GastnutzerDas Zimmer ist zu weit weg. Von der Rezeption bis zur Aufzugshalle ist es weit. Von der Aufzugshalle bis zum 40-Zimmer-Zimmer muss man 70 % sparen. Das Zimmer mit über 600 Zimmern sollte nicht so sein. Das Beste sollte sein, dass es in seinem Hof viele Projekte gibt. Es wurden zwei Thermalbad-Tickets ausgegeben, und die Kindertickets mussten separat gekauft werden.

BaliFanDie Umgebung ist wunderschön, warm und „Oxygenbar“ erlebt wunderschön, und die Luft im Berg wird wirklich heilen.
Die Pistenpunkte: Die zwei Wohnungen sind mit einem Badezimmer ausgestattet, es ist sehr unkomfortabel; der Park ist groß, überall muss man einen Heckwagen nennen; das Frühstückstisch ist alt und schmutzig und sieht den Preis ab.
Im Allgemeinen ist der Sauerstoffzufuhr zu geeignet, aber der Detailsservice ist nicht zu hoch.
