"Kinder spielen gerne Kinderwasser, es ist sehr glücklich. Die Fischheilmittel sind gut, die Fische haben eine intensive Phophobie, wenn sie essen. Die Service-Einstellung von Frau Liu ist gut, wie die Familie. Auch das Buffet ist reichhaltig. Es gibt nicht viel Platz für Spiele im Freien, aber Kinder spielen auch gerne. Das ist nicht gut. 1. Ich weiß nicht, wie Rauch ins Zimmer kommt; der Auspuff des Toilettenraums öffnet den Rauch noch schwerer. 2. Die Trailer werden oft falsch gekleidet, die Trailer und die warmen Trailer des Zimmers können noch nicht ausgetauscht werden, der Rat kann sich gegenseitig kommunizieren, sonst müssen Sie sich immer auf die Erfahrungen ausziehen."

"I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team."

"Super sauber und sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat sogar einen süßen Hund. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und die Beleuchtung angenehm. Sowohl im Empfangsbereich als auch in den Zimmern sind die Möbel sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber. Es handelt sich um ein Premium-Boutique-Hotel mit nur 10 Zimmern. Der Service ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Hotel hilft Ihnen gerne bei der Organisation von Skiausrüstung und anderen Angeboten, inklusive Tickets, Skibekleidung und Transfer zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Sie servieren auch guten Kaffee, den Sie bestellen und sich sogar abends aufs Zimmer bringen lassen können! Das Frühstück ist inklusive, lecker und individuell zusammengestellt – ganz anders als in anderen Hotelbuffets. Insgesamt ein super Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Das große Schlafzimmer erlebt über die Erwartungen hinaus, das Zimmer ist groß, die Bettwaren sind sanft und komfortabel und schlafen sehr ruhig. Die Umwelt- und Hygiene ist in Ordnung, die Wäsche ist trocken und die Zubehör sind vollständig. Die Innenräume sind ruhig und gut isoliert und die Einrichtungen sind gut ausgestattet. Der Rezeptionservice ist warm und aufmerksam, die Lage ist bequem zu reisen und ist sehr kostengünstig. Einzelpersonen oder Liebesmittler sind geeignet, bevorzugen Sie das nächste Mal dieses Haus!"

"First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!"

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended."
