Das Aufenthaltsverhalten bei Kokomo hat unsere Reise nach Camiguin so viel besser gemacht! Irene, der Besitzer und ihr Partner David sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt durch Unterstützung mit Scooter-Anstellung, Buchung von Touren, geben Tipps über was auf der Insel zu tun und viel mehr. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr gut, die Dusche ist heiß, der Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt (das Zimmer war nach 5 Minuten cool) und die Bettmatrix ist sehr komfortabel! Wir hatten auch Hänge draußen, um unsere Tauchgerüste und weiche Kleidung zu trocknen. Die Pool- und Gartenbereiche sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter waren immer auf der Plätze und Reinigung. Der Tauchgeschäft im Resort ist super gut mit sauberen und neuen Ausrüstungen. Die Tauchführer, die wir hatten waren super aufmerksam und freundlich, wir hatten viel Spaß! Der Reef vor dem Hotel ist sehr gut für Snorkeling. Das Resort hat eine sehr friedliche Vibe, Irene und David machten uns fühlen, wie wir zu Hause waren! Wir blieben seit sieben Nächten und am Ende wollte ich nicht verlassen haha Ich würde es sicher noch einmal empfehlen.

This is actually my third time staying at New Dawn Pensionne House in Cagayan de Oro, mainly because of its convenient location and affordable rates. The hotel is well-located near malls, restaurants, and other establishments. If you need personal items, Watsons is also nearby, which is very convenient. However, during my stay I noticed that the Wi-Fi inside the room was very slow. I also tried switching to mobile data, but the signal inside the room was still weak. I even had to step outside the room just to get a stronger signal. Considering that Cagayan de Oro already has 5G network coverage, it was surprising that the signal could barely reach inside the room. Another thing to note is that the room does not provide free toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so you need to buy them outside if you forget to bring your own. There was also confusion about the check-out time. The booking app indicated that check-out was 2:00 PM, but the hotel informed us that the check-out time is 12:00 PM. The staff even knocked on the door and called the room before the 2:00 PM check-out time stated in the app, which was a bit inconvenient. ✅ Pros - Convenient location near malls and stores - Affordable place to stay - Nearby convenience stores and Watsons ⚠️ Cons - Very slow Wi-Fi inside the room - Weak mobile signal inside the room -No free toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste) - Confusion with check-out time ⭐ Overall: Since this is already my third stay, the hotel is still a practical choice because of its location and price. However, improvements in Wi-Fi, signal reception, and clearer check-out policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

Unser schneller Aufenthalt war schön. Der Pool war spektakulär! Wir genossen es so sehr! Unser Zimmer war ok. Wir wurden ursprünglich mit einem größeren Zimmer angeboten, da es 5 von uns waren, aber wir haben uns entschieden, in der 4-personen-Kabine zu bleiben, da wir das größere Zimmer fertig und das Toilette geschluckt. Der Empfangsmann war sehr nett und schnell, um auf diese Anfrage zu antworten. Unsere Kabine war gut, aber das Hotel konnte in das Zimmer ”Kinderbescheinigung” schauen, da die Doppeldeck-Ecken ein wenig gefährlich sind. Wir mussten die Ecken mit Badehandtüchern umhüllen. Die Schleiftüren des Toilettes und Dusches Zimmer konnte auch ein wenig Wartung wie Sie waren schon rustig. Wir liebten den Garten und die Umgebung. Es war so ruhig und gab uns eine sehr entspannende Atmosphäre. Perfekt für Morgenkaffee. Die Hühnchen bbq, die wir zum Abendessen im Poolbereich hatten, war sehr schmackhaft. Unser Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist gut. Es ist nicht zu weit vom Flughafen und wandelbarer Entfernung zum White Beach Port (ca. 30 Minuten) und Restaurants. Es gibt auch einen Schottervermietungsort vor dem Eingang des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr warm und hilfsbereit. Sie erlaubten uns, Gepäck beim checkout im Empfangsbereich zu lagern, während wir zum White Beach gingen und warten auf die pick-up. Kudos zu Benj und Grace für ihre top-notch Gastfreundschaft und Ehrlichkeit! Wir empfehlen das sehr für einen Budget-freundlichen Aufenthalt.

The property is beach front and it has a magnificent view of both the sunrise and sunset; the staff is friendly and the service is great, too. If you are looking for a tropical and boho chic vibe, check out this property. I wanted to book the room with provate bath and toilet but they are fully booked so i booked the one with shared bath and toilet. Certainly, it didn’t disappoint. The rooms is spacious with basic amenity. I’m looking forward to booking since I’ll surely Camiguin!

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.

If you travel solo or with friends, Parkview Hotel is an ideal budget friendly, near to shopping malls safe and sound. Best recommended

Das Zimmer ist groß mit 2 Betten. Hat starkes WiFi, keine heiße Dusche. Und das kostenlose Frühstücksmahl ist nett und neu kocht.Es gibt ein TV, aber es ist nur gut für weißes Lärm und ist im Grunde nutzlos
