Wunderbar
홍홍대광Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, als ich dachte! Die Unterkunft war japanisch, so war es so einzigartig und romantisch. Der Preis ist nicht belastend, so ich denke, ich werde es oft verwenden, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Pyeongtaek komme.

아아이러브민스라이프Ob Sie ein Kontrapersonal oder der Boss sind, die Antwort war gut und freundlich. Ich mag alles andere im Hotel.
Sobald ich ins Zimmer kam, riechte ich wie Zigaretten.
Also bat ich ihn, das Zimmer sofort zu ändern.
Das veränderte Zimmer riechte zuerst nicht Zigaretten, aber es war nach ein paar Stunden schwindlig, ob es sich von einem anderen Zimmer durch einen Ventilator oder so oder ob es ein Möbel im Zigarettengeräusch gab.
Ich war dort seit ein paar Stunden, aber es tut mir leid, das Zimmer zu ändern, also bin ich gerade zum Hotel gewechselt und schlief.
Alles war gut außer dass. Ich mag die Gegenantwort, also glaube ich, ich hätte es geändert, wenn ich mich um eine Änderung des Zimmers gebeten hätte.
Jedenfalls war alles gut außer dass. Das Frühstück scheint einfach zu sein und die Waschmaschine ist kostenlos. Das Dach ist 24 Stunden am Tag offen und der Parkplatz ist gut. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß im TV.

GGastnutzerBased on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

TThinidaเกือบดีแล้ว แต่ชักโครกเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด มีคราบอุจจาระ อยู่ขอบชักโครก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเปื้อนมากๆ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่แ่ปกติของที่พักในเกาหลี โดยรวมถือว่าดีถ้าไม่เจอคราบชักโครก ห้องตรงปกติกว้างขวาง

Der einzige Nutzen ist die gute Lage, es gibt große Super-Steine und kleine Geschäfte, das Hotel hat auch ein Gastwagen und eine leckere tägliche Kuchen. Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass Sie 연박비 zusätzlich erhalten, und einmalige Einnahmen, tägliche Gebühren, Urlaub teurer.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

GGastnutzerSo my review will be a bit complicated. Basically, the issues you read about on other reviews are legitimate, but the staff is very friendly and will do their best to take care of you and respond to any concerns.
My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room which was much better, and also had a bath which I was hoping for with my first room. To be honest, depending on the time of day, the smoke smell can be found in various parts of the hotel.
I also had an issue where a glass door on the bathroom was touching the floor and unable to be opened. They fixed this within a few hours.
The location is more convenient to travel by bus and then transfer to a subway. It is somewhat outside of Seoul so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, there is good shopping and food nearby without walking very far.
I think the fact that a hotel has problems is not bad if they take positive steps to fix it, and they did a good job of that during my trip. Based on that I would consider staying again.
