Hostels in Präfektur Nagano, Japan

Wir blieben in Karuizawa. Die Unterkunft war vernünftig bezahlt und komfortabel. Sie haben verschiedene Zimmertypen, aber wir haben ein ryokan-Stil Zimmer gewählt, das ein Bad mitteilen, aber es gab viele Einrichtungen und es war sehr bequem. Die regulären Zimmer haben auch private Badezimmer. Es ist bequem gelegen, um zu Fuß zu den näheren Attraktionen zu gehen. Das einzige, was wir nicht hatten, war warmes Wasser. Sie haben tatsächlich einen Esel (hot spring), der perfekt wäre, wenn es heißes Wasser hatte, vor allem mit den Einzige-digit-Temperaturen wie das, ich empfehle es sehr an jeden interessiert.

The staff really went above and beyond to make two ignorant Canadian tourists feel extremely welcome at a traditional Japanese Ryuken. Though there was a small language barrier, we never felt that we could not communicate our needs. The hot and cold onsen was very refreshing after walking post towns along the Nakasendo Way. The river next to the hotel made for a relaxing experience and deep sleep. Somehow, I missed the option when booking to select the dinner option, there is really no other food options in the area, and the clerk (owner) said he would put a 'simple meal' together for us for a small charge which we found acceptable. The kaiseki that followed was some of the best and most authentic Japanese food we experienced in our two weeks in Japan. The woman serving us was an absolute gem and the cat that ran the establishment was adorable. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice sitting area with a view of the river. Only points of contention would be that that it's a little out of the way if you don't have a car, but is conveniently accessable by bus with ~10 minute walk. The facilities are a little dated, the onsen is discoloured, but I assume that is from the natural minerals. There was a stale smell (smoke) in the rooms which is a bit off-putting to non-smokers. It would appear smoking is allowed in the facility which might be a plus to some.

The temperament is very good👌👍! I visited this ”hot spring street” and indeed the price of this ”ape” youth hostel is the most affordable! Attached are the photos taken. It's less than 1,000 Taiwan dollars per person per night! This kind of hot spring hotel is really cheap!

The hotel is really well situated, less than 10 minutes from the JR station, and on the same street as the Shrine, so there were lots of places to eat nearby. I stayed in a dorm, which had more people than I expected for a room (I think I saw at least 60 bed/lockers) so it was quite loud even at night as people kept walking in and out. The actual bed was fine, and the people at the front took their time to walk me through what to know for the hostel. The lounge is a little awkwardly partitioned, but at least you get a space to use if you need food. The dorm itself, I think has a little too many people to be comfortable but is clean enough. The lights never turn off, but because you have a curtain, it blocks out most of it. The largest issue is the noise, since people are coming in and out at random times of the night, and the buttons to open the door are also quite loud when you're trying to sleep. If you want ear plugs, they have them for a fee at the front. Nagano overall was very nice though, and the location made it a lot easier to get around.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung hier bei Cafe&Stay Castana. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, ein tolles Finden zu diesem Preis! Die Lage ist großartig mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz verfügbar, und mit einem riesigen Supermarkt bequem nebenan gelegen. Ich muss jedoch besonders die Mitarbeiter loben, sie waren so freundlich und auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten! Wie Sie wissen, sind manchmal Reisende disorientiert und stressig, und ihre Bereitschaft zu helfen ist tief geschätzt. Ich musste auch einen Arzt um Ratschläge bitten, als ich krank war, und sie gingen oben und weiter, um mich zu kümmern. Ich hätte diese Menschheit nur in einem kleinen Unternehmen wie diesem erlebt haben können, und ich bin sehr dankbar.

The hotel is very close to the Tsugaike Kogen ski gondola, which is super convenient. The place is clean and has a very homey vibe. I really loved it. Since I came at the end of ski season, it was very quiet with not many people around, which made it even more relaxing. One funny moment was arriving at night, we had to check in at Unplanned 1 but our room was at Unplanned 2, so we got a bit lost. Overall, everything was great and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht als Familie von 5 und es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Sie können sogar Handtücher für 100 Yen pro Gehen mieten ! Es war ein wunderbarer Ort, schlief wie Babys, kostenlose Kaffee und Tee und die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsküche, kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine und und... nicht zu vergessen, der sehr freundliche und wissensfähige Gastgeber. Danke für einen perfekten Aufenthalt 👍

In der Nähe des guten Lichts ist die Landschaft wunderbar. Das ist ein kleines Volkshaus, das Privathaus und Geschäftsleute gebaut hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr billig. Ein Mensch reißt genug, aber es ist gut für junge Menschen.

お得にサッと一人で利用するには最高なので、あまり人に知られて混んで欲しくないです。場所が小諸駅最寄りなので、軽井沢目的だと本数の少ないしなの鉄道利用の場合少し不便ですが、駅近ではあります。 設備はおしゃれにリノベされていて、掃除も行き届き、とてもキレイでした。一人用の2段になった天井の低い寝床タイプですが、今回はたまたまダブルタイプの部屋を割りあててもらえて、寝るだけなら十分な幅がありました。 女性専用エリアの共同シャワーはとても清潔で、無印良品の化粧水やクレンジングのボトルがあり便利です。一つ問題は、早朝4時に目覚ましをかける方が2人居て、アラームがスヌーズのままずっと鳴っていたので4時に起こされたことですが、この宿のタイプだと想定しないと行けません。
