Never judge a book by its cover. If we had walked past this hotel  we wouldn’t have booked to stay. The outside is tired and could do with refreshing (in my opinion)  Stayed in a triple room, one double & one single, decent sized room, comfortable beds, well stocked tea/coffee tray. No complaints about the cleanliness as it was very clean. The only negative is that the room was extremely warm (daytime temperature was around 28 degrees C) and only one window would open slightly. We did find a fan, inside the wardrobe when looking for the iron. If we’d have found it the night before then we would have been more comfortable. We didn’t upgrade to a cooked breakfast,  just had the continental, we were all happy with the options available.  Would happily stay here again.

A lovely time, excellent venue, lovely breakfast and meal in evening; gluten free, so nice to know they cater for me without having to have a debate!! Only issue I have, we were on the top floor so, as back problems, was a bit difficult, but managed ok.  Booked for August , have asked for first floor on our return if possible. But all in all, lovely breakaway and the weather was glorious couldn’t have asked for more

Wunderbarer Standort; Guter Service bei Eincheckung oder Gepäcklagerung; Aber der Haushalter klopfte um 10 Uhr an die Tür. Aufgrund der schlechten Sound-Isolierung konnten wir die Klangen deutlich hören, wenn der Haushalter andere Zimmer oder andere Gäste außerhalb unseres Zimmers sauber gemacht hat. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf

Great pub to stay at. Comfortable rooms great shower/bath. Good offering excellent and innovative don't miss specials board. Breakfast was good value choose the £15 option better vfm. We are both coeliac and this inn has a great GF menu. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. Recommemded.

Good location in the shadow of Pendle Hill (well worth the climb). Our room was off site next door which we didn’t expect, luckily the weather was dry. Bar service was hampered by staff shortage it seemed, but friendly. Food was mixed, we enjoyed one dinner but not a second one.

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, ein wenig schöner ländlicher Wind, sauberer Freizeit ist komfortabel, es ist werter als Urlaub in der Stadt zu verbringen; das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch, das Frühstück kann neben dem Angebot auch einige Gerichte bestellen, genügend genießen, der Geschmack ist ein normales westliches Frühstück, Personlich mag dieser ländlichen Wind am liebsten, umgeben von kleinen einzigartigen ländlichen Ferienhäusern, sieht sehr dunkel aus, der Urlaubswind ist reich, empfehlenswert

Insgesamt ist es sehr gut. Es gibt keinen Leiter. Glücklicherweise haben die Servicepersonal Hilfe oben. Wenn es nicht wirklich sehr schwierig ist. Der erste Stock ist ein Restaurant. Die zweite Etage ist ein Wohnzimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Jetzt mache ich die Gemüse sehr frisch.
