Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

The place it self was great, the cleanliness was very good and the service was excellent. The only downside we had was the neighbours upstairs kept making loud noises through out our stay, however credit to the agents they replied back to us promptly when we brought this up and had notified their landlord. Unfortunately this didn’t still resolve the loud noises. The building it self is nice, the pool is clean and well maintained, however the building does have a lot of regulations in place which we thought was quite excessive. Other than these minor issues we had a great time and the apartment is well kept.

Really had a very pleasant stay here with my family 😊 We all loved the unit very much. The house design feels very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, the whole place was very clean. Before our stay, the check-in and check-out instructions provided were also very clear and easy to follow, which made the whole self check-in process very smooth and convenient for us. The facilities were also very family-friendly for guests with babies and children. The host thoughtfully prepared extra bedsheets, pillows and blankets in the cabinet. There were also board games, swimming goggles and swimming floats prepared for guests. The kitchen utensils were very complete, and they even prepared separate utensils for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful. Another thing we really appreciated was the floor mats outside the bathrooms because our family is not used to walking around indoors with wet feet. My daughter especially loved sleeping in the living room because she could lie on the bed while chatting together with the family. There was even an old-school game console for guests to play with, which brought back nostalgic memories 😊 The air-conditioning was cold enough, and the refrigerator remained powered on while we were outside, so we did not have to worry about our food getting spoiled. The bathroom also had a shower chair for elderly guests, which was very suitable for my father. The location was also very convenient. In the morning, there were Malay food stalls right across the accommodation. Walking about 5–10 minutes to the left side, there were also Chinese food options available. Downstairs, there was ZUS Coffee and a mini bar, which made everything even more convenient for families staying here. During our stay, my father accidentally broke the shoe rack while sitting down to wear his shoes, and we also accidentally cracked two mugs while making ice. The host was very understanding, did not blame us, and immediately reassured us not to worry. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have more power sockets, as families travelling together usually need to charge many phones and devices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again 😊

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist perfekt und alles ist sauber. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, im Nebenzimmer wohnte ein Mann. Wir konnten absolut alles hören, sogar sein Schnarchen. Das inkludierte Frühstück besteht aus einem Gericht nach Wahl. Getränke sind nicht inklusive. Nicht einmal Kaffee 😭 Aber immerhin gibt es während des gesamten Aufenthalts lauwarmes Wasser. Trotz allem hatten wir die zwei schlimmsten Nächte seit unserer Ankunft in Malaysia. Das Doppelzimmer liegt zur Straße. Es ist nicht schallisoliert und stickig heiß. Wir lassen die Klimaanlage nachts nie an, aber es gab keine andere Möglichkeit. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant mit zusätzlichen Speisen. Sobald es schließt, wird die Klimaanlage abgestellt, sodass man sie nicht einschalten kann, um abends oder früh morgens (die Bedienung kommt gegen 9:00 Uhr) unten zu bleiben. Das ist der größte Nachteil: kein Gemeinschaftsraum für die Gäste. Es ist ein Restaurant mit Zimmern im Obergeschoss. Den ganzen Tag läuft laut Jazzmusik, begleitet von den uniformierten Angestellten. Sobald man nach unten geht, herrscht plötzlich absolute Stille. Es ist total unangenehm. Die Angestellten hängen ständig am Handy (nichts Ernstes), aber die Lautstärke ist voll aufgedreht, und sie scrollen durch irgendwelchen Unsinn. Wir nennen die Mitarbeiter „Personal“. Es wirkt, als hätten sie keine Ahnung, was man in der Gastronomie tut. Absolut unerhört in Asien! Das war ja wie in einer Comedy-Sketch-Show! 🤣😂🤣😂 Das Personal scheint keinerlei Erfahrung in Hotels oder Restaurants zu haben. Höflich im Umgang, aber sehr ungeschickt (eine Frau mit einer großen Tasche kämpft sich die Treppe hoch, und niemand hilft ihr...). So etwas habe ich in meinen mehreren Monaten auf Reisen durch Malaysia (wo ich immer herzlich empfangen wurde) und durch ganz Südostasien noch nie erlebt. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist es kein Wunder, dass hier fast niemand zum Essen oder Übernachten kommt, obwohl das Hotel ganz neu ist. Weiter unten in der Straße gibt es zahlreiche Pensionen, die Sie gerne willkommen heißen würden.

i think its okay in terms of the pricing that this is going up for, so no complains over this standard too.

Wir haben uns in letzter Minute für unseren Kurztrip nach Penang entschieden, konnten aber trotzdem noch diese Unterkunft für den 29. Dezember 2025 ergattern. Da es so spontan war, waren die Preise nicht gerade günstig. Es war schwierig, kurz nach Weihnachten und vor Neujahr eine gute und bezahlbare Unterkunft zu finden. Diese Unterkunft war jedoch ein echter Glücksgriff. Zwar nicht billig, aber aufgrund der Hochsaison preiswert, und die Buchung, der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und die Check-in-Informationen waren ausreichend, wir hatten keine Probleme, die Unterkunft zu finden, und es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Georgetown. Für Ausflüge zu Orten mit schlechter Parkplatzsituation haben wir Grab genutzt, und für alle anderen Ziele sind wir einfach mit dem Auto gefahren. Zum Abendessen sind wir jungen Erwachsenen vom Citadines Hotel (einem lebhaften Viertel mit vielen Garküchen und einem Einkaufszentrum) zurückgelaufen und haben die vielen neuen Restaurants und Bars entdeckt. Die übrigen Senioren nahmen natürlich ein Grab-Taxi und fuhren schnell zurück zur Unterkunft, um sich auszuruhen und vor dem Schlafengehen noch eine Tasse Tee zu genießen. Am nächsten Morgen frühstückten wir auf dem nahegelegenen Markt von Pulau Tikus. Dort gibt es noch immer die alten Straßenhändler, das Essen ist also gut. In der Gegend befindet sich auch ein hervorragendes Nyonya-Restaurant, das wir dieses Mal aber leider nicht besuchen konnten, da wir im Oceano Symphony landeten. Dazu später mehr, falls es Sie interessiert. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung gut gepflegt, sauber und ausreichend. Die Aussicht ist herrlich (hohes Stockwerk) – man hat einen tollen Meerblick, der sich vom Wohnzimmer bis zum Hauptschlafzimmer erstreckt. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss zwei praktische Läden, falls man sich ein Sandwich oder Getränke holen möchte.

Everything is beautifully designed. It was truly aesthetically pleasing being in the room, and even in the common areas. Whenever I step out of the lift and into the common area of my floor, I will be greeted with a pleasant scent from the diffuser. I actually look forward to that every time I return to my room from outside 😂 In-house guests also get complimentary access to the gym downstairs which we really liked, because it’s a fully equipped gym with many machines and even for Hyrox training! Some suggestions for improvement: - Provide extra toilet rolls for the bathroom - More hangers/hooks near the shower area so that it’s more convenient to reach for clothes/towels - Reserved parking spaces for hotel guests. At the moment, maybe there is no need for it but there are a lot of people who visit the Sports Centre next to the hotel/the gym/pickleball courts. I get a bit nervous sometimes wondering if I can get parking when I return to the hotel. - Place a sign with the customer service contact numbers (work hours and after work hours) in all rooms. There was a power outage on one of the nights I stayed for over an hour. I messaged the main customer service number but there was no reply. It was only until the next day when I explored the kitchen that I saw the sign with the contact numbers. There was another contact number provided for after work hours. To be clear, the power outage affected the entire area, not just the hotel, so it was not the hotel with electricity issues. It would still have been nice to have a sign in the room and receive a reply from someone since the power outage happened close to 3am. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place for anyone visiting Penang mainland!

Overall we are satisfied with this hotel but there are one thing I want to highlight. After check out the lady whom I liased with when I checked in told me that there are a burn mark on the bedsheet & also mattress protector and she will forfeit my deposit of RM50. I then asked my niece who slept on that bed & she said the burn mark was initially there but she doesn’t know that she must inform us about it. I’ve tried to explained to her many times that my 11 years old niece was sleeping on that bed & none of us in that room smoke or using any electrical appliances such as hair iron or curling iron or which non of us have with us so how can we the burn mark appeared there. She kept insisting that it was a fresh burn mark and she won’t let her hotel guests sleep with a burn mark bedsheet. This is totally a scam to us as I travel with my mum, my husband, niece (11 years old) & nephew (10 years old) could caused the damage as claimed. I do not have choices but just accept it as the lady keep saying that my deposit is not even enough to cover. Am not sure why they used such a tactic towards a family with kids and I have never had this problem in my entire booking with Trip.com. It was our mistake that we didn’t check the hotel room condition as we checked in very late - 8:26pm and all of us are really tired from travelling long journey. I’d say it was caused by their own staff which are 2 Bangladeshi guys who handle housekeeping but they blamed it on my family. Of course they won’t admit it as the lady keep saying they won’t provide burn bedsheet. This is totally not fair to me and one of the staff keep insisting me to pay the deposit when I arrived.

Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Meerblick, der sich sehr gut für einen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt mit Freunden eignet. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls herzlich und aufmerksam und wird Verwandten und Freunden empfehlen, hier zu übernachten.

Schöner Ort. Seit meinem letzten Besuch modernisiert. Schöne dicke, feste und bequeme Matratzen. Schön, dass jedes Bett im Schlafsaal über eigene Steckdosen und Beleuchtung verfügt. Die einzige Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist jedoch für den großen Raum mit 18 Betten ungeeignet. Ein paar Ventilatoren wären eine tolle Ergänzung für die Luftzirkulation. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt.
