La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

🌟 Peaceful & Convenient Stay in Venice – Highly Recommended! 🌟 We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Locanda Herion in Venice. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful area, yet still very central—making it the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. It’s just a short walk from the bus and train terminals, as well as the ferry stops, which made getting around Venice incredibly easy. Even St. Mark’s Square is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is secure with access control codes, which gave us peace of mind. Although there is no physical reception desk, the staff were easily reachable by phone and were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet yet central place to stay in Venice. Would definitely recommend!

Es ist sehr spät, aber es ist auch bequem, die Passwort zu öffnen, die vorab gesendet wurde, um die Umschlagkappe und die Schale Ihres Zimmers zu bekommen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, die Hygiene ist gut, die Isolierung ist normalerweise eine vorläufige Nacht. Die Landschaft von Verona ist wirklich sehr gut, viele Touristen sind auch sicher.

We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte auf einer Pärchenreise. Das weiß gehaltene Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab keinen Müll oder Gegenstände, die von früheren Gästen zurückgelassen wurden. Sämtliche Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden, so dass auch ein kurzer Aufenthalt problemlos möglich ist. Das heiße Wasser in der Dusche war gut und es wurde nicht so schnell kalt, sodass ich eine angenehme Zeit hatte, obwohl ich an japanische Duschen gewöhnt bin. Obwohl wir nicht viele Mitarbeiter trafen, war die Frau an der Rezeption sehr nett und gab uns leicht verständliche Erklärungen, obwohl wir nicht sehr gut Englisch sprachen! Die Lage des Hotels selbst ist etwas ungünstig, und wenn Sie nicht Wasserbusse oder Gondeln nutzen, müssen Sie ziemlich weit laufen, um irgendwohin zu gelangen. Insbesondere der Markusplatz, das wichtigste Touristenziel, war weit entfernt und die Anreise für Erwachsene dauerte etwa 30 Minuten. Allerdings gibt es entlang des Weges viele Geschäfte. Wenn Sie also genügend Zeit auf Ihrer Reise haben, wird das meiner Meinung nach kein Problem darstellen. Darüber hinaus gibt es rund um das Hotel viele Restaurants und Bars, außerdem gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Crêpes-Laden ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Um das Essen müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen machen, daher empfehlen wir Ihnen, ohne Frühstück herumzulaufen. Gibt es übrigens einen Polizeiposten vor dem Hotel? Polizeistation? Obwohl es weit vom Hauptgebiet entfernt ist, ist die Sicherheit nicht schlecht, denn es gibt Leute, die aussehen wie die Polizei, die Tag und Nacht Wache hält. Angesichts der Gesamtkosten war es ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt!

В номере был холодильник с двумя типа воды с газом и без. Чайник не был включен в комплектацию номера. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.
