Die Lage ist sehr gut, 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 10 Minuten vom Uftzy Museum entfernt, aber es ist schwer zu finden, weil es kein Hotelzeichen gibt! Auch wenn ich in der Nähe von 10m stand, weiß ich nicht, ob ich hierher kommen würde. Als ich den in der Nähe ansässigen Hotelmann fragte, wurde ich auf die kleine Tür ”da” angezeigt. Auf den Referat, öffne es und dann auf den dritten Stock und fertige die Ankunftsverfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr süß. Als ich sagte, das Frühstück sei ein früher Morgen, antworte ich flexibel: ”Ich kann im Frühstücksgeschäft machen und einen Tag vor der Lieferung verlangen.” Außerdem bietet es einen Kaffee, Kühlschrank und Bettwäsche. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen und oben aufsteigen, werden Sie eine Terrasse finden, die die Landschaft des gemeinsamen Daches der alten Stadt sehen kann. Wenn Sie die Aufenthaltsverfahren reibungslos anwenden, wird es ein gutes Hotel sein.

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung. Eine der besten Dinge darüber war die Lage. Es war sehr bequem und machte es einfach zu kommen, ob für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen oder Orte zu essen. Alles, was ich brauchte, war nahe, und die Gegend fühlte sich lebendig und zugänglich, was die Reise viel mehr genießen konnte. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, als ich ankam, und es war klar, dass das Hotel gut für seine Einrichtungen sorgt. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer war unbekannt und die gemeinsamen Bereiche wurden auch gut gepflegt. Ein sauberes und gemütliches Umfeld macht immer einen großen Unterschied, und es half mir sicherlich, sich während meines Aufenthalts bequem und entspannt zu fühlen. Das Personal war auch einer der Highlights. Jeder, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, war freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Sie waren froh, Fragen zu beantworten, Hilfe anzubieten und sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste sich willkommen fühlen. Ihre positive Einstellung hat eine warme Atmosphäre geschaffen und einen persönlichen Kontakt zu der gesamten Erfahrung hinzugefügt. Es ist immer schön, irgendwo zu bleiben, die einen guten Service wert, und das Personal hier hat wirklich dazu beigetragen, den Besuch reibungslos und angenehm zu machen. Ich habe auch die lokalen Empfehlungen der Mitarbeiter geschätzt. Sie schlugen nahe gelegene Restaurants, Cafés und Besuchsplätze vor, die mir helfen, mehr über die Umgebung zu erleben, über die üblichen touristischen Orte hinaus. Ihre Beratung war nützlich und zeigte, dass sie wirklich wollten, dass die Gäste nicht nur im Hotel, sondern auch in der Umgebung eine gute Zeit haben. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel jedem, der einen komfortablen und bequemen Ort für einen Aufenthalt sucht. Mit seiner hervorragenden Lage, hohen Standards der Reinigung und freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal bietet es eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Ich würde sicherlich auch in Zukunft hier bleiben.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich! Ich traf die Dame mit schönem grauen Haar, die während meines Aufenthalts für Frühstück und Reinigung sorgt. Das große Problem ist, dass sie nicht Englisch versteht, Ich habe ihr mein Telefon über Google Translate sprechen. Sie hat nichts gesagt! Ein Sekunde später begann sie wieder in Italienisch zu sprechen. Dies geschah ein paar Mal in 3 Minuten, um sie zu sehen. Sie weigerte sich, auf Google Translate zu sprechen. So habe ich aufgegeben und ging weg...Sie sagte “Respecta”, ich glaubte, es bedeutet “Respecta”. Ich habe sie weiterhin Google übersetzen in Italienisch zeigen, dass “was Sie sagen wollen, Sie sagen hier, weil ich nicht Italienisch verstehen”. Die Gäste sollten über „Ruhezeiten“ informiert/erinnert werden. Aber es wird ziemlich laut von den Gästen... wenn jemand die Türen öffnet, hört jeder es. Ich könnte meine Nachbarn sprechen, schnecken, brechen und so weiter. Mein Zimmer steht vor dem Hinterhof, letzte Nacht hatten einige Gäste, die unten wohnten, den Hinterhof um 11 Uhr genossen. Es war laut! Die Dusche war ein weiteres Problem, das Wasser scheint nicht richtig abzulaufen. Das Bett war zwei Zwillinge ohne einen richtigen Topper zusammen. So bewegten sich die Zwillinge nachts voneinander, wenn Sie in der Mitte schlafen. Dieser Teil ist ein gemeinsamer Sinn, entweder das Hotel legt Topper oder der Gast schläft auf einer Seite des Bettes. Das WLAN war zuverlässig. Das Frühstück war sehr elementar. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie gute Qualität Ohrenschleifen mitbringen...

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.
