Siamo stati davvero felici di trascorrere una notte al Philip Royal B&B il 29 gennaio e se avessimo avuto la possibilità, avremmo volentieri prolungato il nostro soggiorno. La posizione di questo B&B, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale di Napoli, è davvero comoda. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la cura con cui è gestito da personale altamente qualificato che dimostra una grande passione per il loro lavoro. La nostra camera, la numero 501, era semplicemente perfetta: spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e con una vista mozzafiato sul Vesuvio dal balcone. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione deliziosa che ci è stata servita direttamente in camera. Vorremmo ringraziare di cuore Francesco e Arianna, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e sempre sorridenti. Senza dubbio, rappresentano il punto di forza di questo B&B. Se ci sarà l'opportunità, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore ragazzi!

Es liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof gibt es einen schönen Supermarkt, eine Wäscherei und eine leckere Pizzeria, und nebenan gibt es eine Drogeriekette, die Lage ist also perfekt. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und hatte eine große Terrasse, sodass es sehr komfortabel war. Zusätzlich zu Neapel fuhr ich nach Pompeji, Salerno → Amalfi → Potagino → Sorrent, aber Amalfi und Potagino waren zu voll, also war ich froh, dass ich einen Tagesausflug von Neapel aus gemacht habe. Da es kein festes Personal gibt, müssen Sie zur angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass das Zimmer nur nach Ihrem Anruf geöffnet wird. Letztendlich konnte ich sie in Matera nicht erreichen, und das Hotel stornierte noch am selben Tag und ich konnte keine Rückerstattung erhalten, sodass ich wieder etwas nervös war.

May 13, 2023. In April, Judy and I visited Pompeii with another couple who are good friends and traveling companions, while visiting Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. Our group has considerable international travel experience and each of us really enjoyed Mirosa Bed and Breakfast; the people and accommodations were great. It was an excellent choice. Of note, during our stay issues arose with a booked tour and related timing and transportation issues. Owners Mirosa and husband Pasquale personally took control and, through considerable effort on their part, made it all work out. Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem B&B und hatte jedes Mal eine tolle Zeit. Komfortable und einladende Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet. Darüber hinaus liegt das B&B nur einen Steinwurf vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Sie kann Ihnen sagen, welche Gegenden von Neapel Sie besuchen und wo Sie zum Mittag- und Abendessen gehen können. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wenn Sie in die Wohnung gelangen, ist es sauber und schön dekoriert. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen und war ziemlich schön. Jetzt für die Nebenstöcke... Als wir ankamen, wurde der Aufzug gebrochen, so mussten wir durch das Transportieren unseres Gepäcks bis zu 2 Treppen Geschichten leiden. Glücklicherweise konnten sie das Apartmenthaus innerhalb eines oder zwei Tages unserer Ankunft den Aufzug befestigen. Außerdem waren nur Blätter auf den Betten, keine Schranken. So, dass die erste Nacht, wir waren kalt. Wir haben später Kleider aus der Hauspflege (die Hauspflege ist nur für ein paar Stunden am Morgen). Es gab kein Eisen zur Verfügung, so wenn Ihre Kleidung gebrochen ist, sind Sie sh*t aus Glück, wenn Sie nicht Ihre eigene brachten. Kommunikation fehlte. Wir liefen aus dem Toilettengewebe und es wurde ihnen gesagt, sie würden einige auf dem Vordertisch verlassen. Sie haben es nie getan. Wir gingen 2 Tage ohne sie unsere Toilettengewebe wieder aufzubewahren. Glücklicherweise hatten wir mit uns Wimpern. Sie kamen auch nie zu reinigen unser Zimmer. Die Beschreibung für das Zimmer sagte: „Tageshaushalt“ aber ich denke, sie betraf nur die gemeinsamen Bereiche. Wir sollten jeden Tag mit Frühstückskarten für jeden von uns versorgt werden (da waren drei von uns in einem Zimmer). Wir hatten nur eine Karte einen Tag hinterlassen. Nachdem sie noch eine Karte sah (dies wurde über WhatsApp auf die Mitarbeiter gebracht und die Karten noch nicht geliefert, genau wie das Toilettengewebe). Sie können es laut und klar hören, zumindest aus meinem Zimmer. Es gibt auch eine Klingel oder etwas, das jeden Morgen um 7:30 Uhr austritt. Noch einmal hören Sie es laut und klar aus dem Zimmer, in dem wir waren. Wenn Sie nur einen Tag oder zwei in Neapel bleiben planen, könnten Sie mit diesem Ort ok sein.

What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with. We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp. The internet was good once we realised logging into the named internet with our floor number made it stronger. Despite the cosmetic looks of the area we did actually feel safe and found the locals to be very friendly and helpful (although English is not prevalent). If you are visiting the Tabbaco shop at the bottom of the hill sells bus tickets but is shut on Sundays. Next door the mini supermarket is very well priced (well compared to UK prices). The buses leave from opposite the little newsstand (back side of it not the front) and head to Naples Central in about 15mins. Taxi from the Central Station was a maximum of 16euro and from the airport 30euro I can not comment on value for money as we booked a package deal but despite the location I would stay again because it was so nice, stylish, quiet and comfortable. Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with. We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp. The internet was good once we realised logging into the named internet with our floor number made it stronger. Despite the cosmetic looks of the area we did actually feel safe and found the locals to be very friendly and helpful (although English is not prevalent). If you are visiting the Tabbaco shop at the bottom of the hill sells bus tickets but is shut on Sundays. Next door the mini supermarket is very well priced (well compared to UK prices). The buses leave from opposite the little newsstand (back side of it not the front) and head to Naples Central in about 15mins. Taxi from the Central Station was a maximum of 16euro and from the airport 30euro I can not comment on value for money as we booked a package deal but despite the location I would stay again because it was so nice, stylish, quiet and comfortable. Eine Struktur auf dem Promotiontor der Amalfitaner Küste. Aus den herrlichen Zimmern, freundlich und gemütlich wie nie, sehr saubere Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Ich würde es für jeden, der ein schönes, romantisches Wochenende will, sehr empfehlen.

Eine wunderbare, kleine feine Unterkunft. Eine Art Boutique Hotel. Zimmergröße (wir hatten Zimmer3) war sehr komfortabel. Ein sehr schönes neues großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Martina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch die ganzen Tage mit ihrer Kollegin gut betreut. Einzig: Die Straße ist vor dem Zimmer, ab 23h ist es ruhig auch in der Nacht war es bis 6h morgens sehr ruhig. Dann beginnt das Leben. Sehr zentral gelegen, der Strand und die Restaurants sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Zimmerpreis ist ohne Frühstück. Es gibt in der Straße oder am Weg zum Strand nette kleine Bars, wo man sehr gut Frühstücken kann. Alles in Allem: Preis/Leistung top.

Where do I begin? From weeks before my arrival to the day I left, I was met with some of the sweetest, kindest, and most amazing staff in the world. The experience was truly world-class, and the way the staff went above and beyond to make my stay the best ever was incredible. The property was breathtaking—pictures don’t do it justice. I was blown away by the views from the balcony and the beautiful rooms adorned with fresh flowers and intricate details. Day 1: We arrived on a very rainy day, and despite the downpour, we were greeted with umbrellas and someone to assist with our bags, which we truly appreciated. We ventured out to explore, and the staff provided us with umbrellas just in case it rained again. They also offered tips and tricks to navigate Positano, along with a list of fabulous restaurants. We took full advantage of Saraceno d’Ora, which was near the hotel and had some of the best food in Positano. We went there every day during our stay! Day 2: This was my birthday, and they surprised me with a beautiful birthday treat during breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, and I appreciated that they asked how we liked certain things. Later, I went on a photo shoot excursion, and a lovely lady at the front desk—unfortunately, I can’t remember her name—called to let them know I was ready. She also assisted us with dinner reservations at Chez Black, seating us with the best view in Positano. She helped us secure beach reservations at the beach club, and as we headed to the beach, we were offered beach towels—yet another amazing touch to make the day even better. The hospitality at this beautiful place was unmatched. Day 3: Check-out day arrived, and I didn’t want to leave. I wish we could have spent more days at this stunning property. I told everyone back home they must stay here; the level of care is unbelievable and truly enhances the experience. I highly recommend that anyone stay here. For some reason, it says this is a 1-star hotel, but in the USA, it would be considered 5 stars due to the service, level of care, and personal touch. To everyone at Villa Yiara, thank you so much for everything. You made my birthday the most memorable and special day I could have ever asked for!

B&B de 4 habitaciones muy bien ubicado, a tres cuadras de la estación de trenes y de la terminal de barcos Concordia desde donde salen los ferrys hacia Amalfi y Positano, y a una cuadra de la peatonal. Habitación grande y baño enorme! Hay una heladera en la recepción para uso de los huéspedes.El desayuno es mejorable, te sirven un croissant y cafe/Capuchino/ te, se podría agregar algo más.

La signora che gestisce il b&b è una persona molto carina e disponibile. La camera è moderna e pulita. Localizzato molto vicino al centro e non abbiamo dovuto usare mezzi pubblici. Se si è fortunati si trova parcheggio gratuito sotto lo stabile ( noi lo abbiamo trovato). Altrimenti la signora vi consiglia un parcheggio a 4/5 euro al giorno. La zona ha molti negozi e supermercati proprio sulla via dello stabile. Il bar sotto il palazzo è convenzionato per fare la colazione. Perfetto direi. Le uniche cose per cui non metto 5 stelle perché la stanza è troppo fredda. I condizionatori per scaldare la stanza ci mettono molto per scaldare l'ambiente e il bagno risulta freddo non essendo provvisto di riscaldamento, inoltre ho avuto problemi con l'acqua calda della doccia dopo 3 Min mi sono ritrovata a fare la doccia fredda. Dopo 15 Min è ripartito però nel mentre il freddo della stanza il freddo della doccia è stato un enorme disagio, motivo per cui il mio compagno si è dovuto fare la doccia il giorno seguente. Infine cmq è un appartamento diviso in b&b quindi non adatto a chi non tollera i minimi rumori..per me non è stato un problema.

Let me start by being positive. The location is fantastic! A few minutes from the train station, about 8 min to the ferry terminal to catch the ferry to explore the Amalfi Coast towns. It is on a pedestrian street with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. It would get 5* for location. We stayed in the “family suite” for two weeks. You have to let them know when you are checking in because there isn’t a front desk. Someone comes to let you in. The “suite needs to be refurbished as there were curtains that needed to be replaced. The kitchen was sp****ly equipped. No sharp knife or cutting board. No kettle. Backsplash covered in grease marks. The shower head was on the floor of the shower so we had to tie it with dental floss so we could use two hands to shower. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathroom next to the kitchen with about a 12” step to get in it. We did not have daily housekeeping. I wasn’t looking for luxury but this certainly wasn’t as advertised.
