It's not my first time stay here and still my top choice hotel when i visit Bandung. Affordable price, location is close to the train station which makes it very convenient. Room is clean and smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There’s an aesthetic cafe that’s perfect for having coffee, and enjoying some metime here.

Liebe die glamouröse Erfahrung.. ein ruhiges und komfortables Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht. Das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr bequem, aber wir haben einen erfahrenen Lokalfahrer und das Hotel hat uns klare Anweisungen zur Ankunft (wir sind sehr früh am Morgen angekommen). Das Frühstück war angemessen mit schönem Blick. Die einzigen Kons sind die Fliegen im Frühstücksbereich, was das Essen in etwas irritierend mit den Fliegen macht. Nichtsdestoweniger. Es ist ein Plus.

If you prefer to stay not in city center of Garut, this hotel is suitable for you. You will be surrounded by mountain and paddy fields’ view.
This hotel has 2 main buildings. Each buildings has their own heated pool. So, you can enjoy night swim without worry.
They also serve afternoon tea, and while you are waiting check in process, they will serve you snack and complimentary drinks.
Breakfast menu has decent varieties. They have EV charging station at parking area.
Cleanliness at hotel, no complaint at all.

Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry.
This area is serene but not on raining day.
They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp.
Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected.
The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box.
Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid.
2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby.
A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I understand it is a budget hotel, but the receptionist was not welcoming at all, no smile, no warm greeting. Is this Indonesian hospitality? I will not be coming back.
Another thing to note is that there is no elevator, so if you are staying on the second or third floor, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not ideal, especially with heavy bags.
Breakfast was also very basic, just sayur lodeh, rice, fried snacks, papaya, and watermelon. That was it. Nothing more.
Overall, the management still has a lot of homework to do, especially when it comes to warm hospitality and good service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.

Lembang asri semakin melakukan banyak kemajuan. Front office baru. Kamar2 byk yg diperbaharui. Cuma untuk wifi signalnya masih kurang bagus. Air panas juga panasnya tidak stabil. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar junior suite. Untuk wifi mungkin bs ditambahkan, agar signal lebih bagus lagi. Air panas agar panasnya stabil. Pintu2 depan agar lebih diperhatikan ada yg perlu diperbaiki atau di cat ulang agar lebih bagus lagi. Utk toilet bisa diberikan pengharum/kamper biar tidak bau toilet, karena kamar saya bau toiletnya masuk ke kamar tidur. Selebihnya selalu puas nginep di lembang asri. Karena udara yg sejuk.

Lage: Es ist nicht im Stadtzentrum, der Weg hierher zu kommen es könnte zu bestimmten Zeiten Verkehrsknopfen mit einigen groben Pflastern haben. Aber wenn Sie einen ruhigen, ruhigen Ort mit schönen Seenausblicken und einem Dorfvibe suchen, ist dieses Hotel die perfekte Flucht.
Zimmer: Da dieses Hotel neu errichtet ist, ist das Zimmer ziemlich sauber und sauber. Die Möbel in einigen Teilen haben bereits einen Zahn, und der Glasbecher ist nicht sauber genug.

Die Hotelpreise sind sehr erschwinglich und gerecht für den Service und die Einrichtungen, die bereitgestellt werden. Die Lebensmittelpreise im Restaurant sind auch vernünftig, obwohl einige Artikel etwas überpreist sind. Leider, als ich mich anmeldete, waren die EDC-Maschinen und das QRIS-Zahlungssystem nicht funktioniert, so dass sie nur Bargeld oder QRIS/Banktransfers an ein Personalmitglieds persönliches Konto akzeptierten.
Umwelt & Vibes: Das Hotel ist ruhig und ruhig. Bei Gebetszeiten kann der Ruf zum Gebet (suara adzan) von einer nahe gelegenen Moschee gehört werden, es ist aber nicht störend. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig und es gibt auch Grundstücksparkplätze.

MMimie WahabVery old building with basic amenities. Need some improvement and refurbished. The room size is ok. The aircond at the 1st room given at the ground floor is faulty. After few minutes trying the staff decided to offer 2nd room at the 1st floor.
The guest house full with trees but unfortunately the guest can smoke freely at the compound in front of the rooms. We can still smell the cigarette smoke lingering around the compound.
We saw a plug at the common area that being tampered with soooo many plaster. It should be repaired for safety.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of being served at the hotel itself, breakfast is provided at a charming restaurant located about 150 meters away. The short walk to the restaurant was refreshing and added to the overall experience. The food there was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
The staff at Bungalow Homes Hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of travel.

레레드썬1975a stylish accommodation with a small pool. the pool has warm water and is available 24/7. however, it is far from bandung city center, which results in significant grab costs. you should plan nearby sightseeing together. since it’s not a hotel, there are no additional facilities outside the accommodation itself, making the overall value for money not very good. the room lacks a refrigerator, and the air conditioner is extremely noisy. ordering meals takes a long time to be processed, so if you have a pre-planned schedule, delayed meals could disrupt your plans. still, if you’re looking to spend a romantic time in the outdoor hot water pool, this place is ideal.
