Die Serviceumgebung ist sehr gut. Sie helfen uns, viele Tickets zu buchen. Es ist sehr billig. Es gibt auch eine Dame und Schwester, die Kinder mit Hand zu machen. Es ist toll. Es ist Abends, draußen, und der Film im Freien. Neben dem Knieberg ist ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Danke

If you’re looking a place to stay in Mohe. I would highly recommended this place. Owner is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Their dining is also good especially chicken with coke. The location is in the middle between Aurora coffee & seven star square.

My family had a great and memorable winter experience here. My kids loved to play with the snow at the front yard, where we can always get back indoor when the kids start to feel cold.
The interior design is remarkable, classy, warm and cozy. We can really feel the host is putting the best effort to create this beautiful home stay.
Perfect for winter trip with young kids.
The host is very helpful in making trip and attractions arrangement, such as ski venue, hot springs, and transportation to train station.
Also, the foods served in the homestay are delicious and in generous portions with relatively affordable price. We can even pre-order our meals while having fun in cold snowy winter outside, then to reach back the homestay to have a sumptuous and warm meals which are ready and waiting for us.

2nd Zimmer, das wir für meine Kinder gebucht haben. Freut sie haben ein Zimmer zu beherbergen 3 Pax. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber auch.
Wir genossen das Frühstück und Tante ist freundlich und bieten Ihnen mehr zu Top-up, wenn wir wollen, aber wir waren sehr voll, da das Frühstück für uns ziemlich viel war.
Es gibt einen schönen Rückgang, wo wir unser heißes Wasser abwischen ließen. Am Abend gingen wir in ihren Lounge, um die Musik und Getränke zu genießen (in einem anderen Ort).

Das Hotel ist im Wohngebiet, umgeben von einem Flower-Markt, sehr nahe Barock, es ist etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß, und die Reise ist insgesamt sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist ein oder zwei Minuten rechts abzubiegen, das Essen ist sehr schön.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, aber wenn es voll ist, ist die Isolierung nicht gut und es hört die Ruhe der Gäste um die Mitternacht.
Das Frühstück ist eine Speise, von denen eine Sache frei wählen kann, und die Zusammenstellung ist vernünftig.
Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen Service und Dekoration sehr gut.
Barock Fußgängerstraße hat einen Sand-Gemälde-Shop, der Siegel ist vom Geschäftmann selbst entworfen, sehr schön und kann gepflegt werden.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und warm, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Chef ist sehr aufmerksam und der Service ist sehr geduldig, die Rezeption ist sehr geduldig, es ist sehr bequem zu essen, es gibt einen Ort zum Essen zwei oder drei Minuten zu Fuß, es ist auch sehr nah am Skiplatz, die Erfahrung ist sehr gut, das nächste Mal wird es wieder kommen!

錯峯旅遊之遇到的寶藏民宿，完全超出預期！真的非常非常棒。房間很乾凈，而且淡淡的香味也是我比較喜歡的。民宿還可以坐下來喝喝茶🍵，公共區域還有桌遊和書籍，住起來真的超級愜意！民宿位置也很好，步行幾分鐘就能到景區入口，周邊還有好幾家地道的小吃，逛吃逛吃都很方便，老闆人也非常nice ，詢問外出路線也會細心給到攻略，推薦的農家樂也是量大管飽味道好～東北真好，下次還來❤️ 滿分體驗

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe location is nice, I chose this bcs I prefer to just walk to a place right after I arrive in Harbin or go to another place. Of course, you need to spare time when you want to go to the city center, but this place is close to bus station and subway station making it's convenient to go to other places. If you want to save time, taxi option is always available. It's also close to a mall and many restaurants that are open till late night, you can also find a pub around there. If you want a late night snack, there is a shop that opens 24hrs downstairs.
The owner was nice as well, I added them on Wechat at late night, and they were very nice in responding me. They provided me with a code to enter my room as soon as I arrived in the building. Prepare a 100 CNY deposit (though you can find this info in the policy section). They will returned it once you checked out.
In terms of room, it is quite big and the king size bed easily fits 2 persons. It is also clean and you will get the standard amenities (minus water), the view is also nice from there. The room is warm and you can make it warmer with AC. One thing that I dislike though, it smells of tobacco. I have to air it for around 15 mins as soon as I arrived, after that the smell dissipated and it turned OK. For you non-smokers, this could be a point to consider.
It will be cleaned daily at around 9AM - 3PM so you can tell the owner your preferred time. You will get a room card inside and plenty of storage.
Other things to consider: there is no curtain to separate the shower area so the water might leak to the toilet area. Since the whole building is for hotel so there might be some noises here and there but it won't disturb you too much based on my experience. Prepare ear plugs if you like quiet surrounding just incase. Bcs of the snow, be careful to only wear your shoes till the entrance, otherwise the room area will get dirty.

KKoudanMein bester Freund und ich entschieden uns für ein Vier-Personen-Zimmer im Nordosten mit beheiztem Kang. Obwohl wir ebenfalls aus dem Nordosten kommen, waren wir erstaunt, wie „schön“ es ist. Die großen roten Blumenvorhänge und das große grüne Blumenbeet waren für uns die besten Motive zum Fotografieren. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war angemessen, besonders wenn wir bis Mitternacht schliefen, wärmte das heiße Kang immer noch unseren unteren Rücken, was wirklich angenehm war. Die Toilette ist sauber und hat keinen Geruch.
Der Service der Vermieterin war aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, und ihre Einstellung war wie eine Frühlingsbrise. Sie organisierte einen Fahrer, der uns am Flughafen abholte, zeigte uns die Reiseroute, arrangierte eine angemessene Reisezeit für uns und sorgte für ein kostenloses Frühstück hat meine Schwestern sehr glücklich gemacht.
Ich freue mich darauf, nächsten Juni wieder ins Arctic Village zu kommen!

WWarittA Last-Minute Booking That Became the Best Decision
This trip was quite a spontaneous one, and I spent a lot of time choosing the right place to stay before finally deciding on this one. Many people told me that Snow Valley wasn’t worth visiting, that there wasn’t much to see or do—but I felt like I had to come. And I’m so glad I did.
The main reason I chose this place was because I absolutely loved the room and the view. However, leading up to the trip, I had a lot of concerns—Would the village be closed? Would the snow have melted? Would there still be activities to do? So many questions ran through my mind, especially since I was traveling near the end of the season. But the owner of the accommodation was incredibly reassuring, answering all my questions honestly and making me feel much more at ease.
I arrived in the evening, and although the journey was a bit dark and quiet with not many tourists around, the warm welcome I received made up for everything. The owner and their family were beyond wonderful—so kind and genuine that words can’t fully capture how I felt. You really have to come and experience it for yourself. The next morning, I had booked an activity at Wu Song Ling, and once again, the family took such great care of me. I already know I’ll be coming back, again and again.
I regret that I was so caught up in the beautiful lights and atmosphere of the hotel that I completely forgot to take photos. But next time, I’ll visit during peak season and make sure to capture every moment.
Thank you so much to everyone for the amazing hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, though I woke up late and didn’t have much time to enjoy it. I truly regret staying for just one night—next time, I won’t make the same mistake. I’ll definitely stay longer!

Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive.
I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine.
No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage.
Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :)
Skiing area
1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long
2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too.
3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place.

There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha.
Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy!
PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!

We travel for just a day here.
We left our luggage at our booked hotel at harbin, we travel back pack, morning 6am sharp bus from Harbin central street and arrived at the inn about 10:30-45 ish. And back to harbin 7am the next day arrived at harbin close to 12pm.
The Inn location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the main road where all the food and shops are located. The owner was incredibly kind and, even though we couldn't communicate in Chinese, she was very adept at using Google Translate. We managed to communicate very well, and her caring nature reminded me of my mom, so I ended up calling her ”mama.”
For Muslim Traveller just get ready your translation telling owner that you only eat vege. She will cater for it. On main street you can get sweet patato and can drink lots sort of things. If you unable to eat vege, get couple of ready meal prep from your country, as hot water is provided by the inn.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. To get here, make sure to contact the owner, who will arrange everything from Harbin to the hotel and vice versa. For those who can't speak Mandarin, make a note of the inn's location on your map and inform the driver of your destination, asking them to prompt you when you arrive. While drivers do announce locations upon arrival, it's better to inform them beforehand using Google Translate, especially if you don't understand Chinese.
Overall, the journey and hotel stay were superb. The activities in Wusongling were mesmerizing. There's no need to go to Europe, when you can experience snowmobile rides and stunning scenery here at a much cheaper price even in euro you are unable to do so. All arrangements will be made by the owner. Simply you need to prepare $$$. Simply superb!

KKim LingWe had a wonderful holiday in Dongbei China in Jan 2025 and our group of friends unanimously voted Xuegu Dingzihan Shishang Guest House in Snow Valley as our most memorable stay.
Although I had read good reviews of the home stay before booking our group’s one night stay, I was still overwhelmed by the very warm hospitality and genuine love of Ding senior for his home town.
At the home stay, we experienced the local way of sleeping on a “Kang”, which is a cement bed with a stove below to keep us warm. There are heated floors and an ensuite toilet for each room which was convenient.
The family also prepared delicious home made meals for us at very reasonable prices. The fried chicken nuggets were the best we ever had and were wiped out in no time.
Ding senior also taught us carefully how to execute the Dongbei “hot water splash” and “fire sprinkler” shows in the cold. We all had great fun doing that !
The next day, Ding senior accompanied us to Wusonglin where we were blessed by clear blue skies after days of cloudy weather.
Ding senior is an avid photographer and we felt like models parading in the beautiful sceneries of rime coated trees. He even had a go-pro video of us playing the fun rides !
We would highly recommend choosing Xuegu Dingzihan Shishang Guest House if you are travelling to Snow Valley and do visit the beautiful Wusonglin, you will not regret it !

Der Preis ist mit dem Service unvergleichbar. Das Zimmer sagt, es kommt mit Frühstück, aber wir essen ihr Essen immer 😅(Frühstück, Mittagessen, Theaterzeit, Abendessen). Freier Flüssigkeit von Obst, heißes Wasser, können Sie Ihre Küche zu kochen verwenden. Es hat uns zu Hause fühlen, wie es zurück zu Ihren Großeltern Haus gehen. Der Gastgeber bot uns an, im anderen Zimmer zu schlafen und unsere Gepäck in dem ursprünglichen Zimmer zu verlassen, nur weil unser Fensterhandwerk gebrochen wurde und das Zimmer am Abend kalter wird, aber wir verweigerten, weil wir nicht wollten, den Gastgeber für eine kleine kleine Angelegenheit zu stören. Und die Schleife war so dick, dass wir wie ein Baby schliefen. Wir waren aus unserem Haushalt, um für die Aktivitäten des Berges zu gehen, plus es war extrem kalt, und der Gastgeber nahm uns heraus, um verschiedene Spiele im Freien wie Schieben, Rohrleitungen und Spiele, die ich nicht einmal wusste, was sie genannt werden und all diese sind kostenlos! Meine Freundin Boots wurden falsch von einem anderen Gast verbracht, der gerade verließ und der Gast ließ meinen Freund aus, um den Bus zu jagen und die Boots suchen, so verantwortlich! Wir essen viel von ihrem Essen und sie zahlten nur 10yuan für 2 Personen (so billig!) und bis dahin wollte ich zahlen, hatte ich keine kleine Veränderung und nahmen 100yuan, der Gastgeber verweigerte sofort das Geld zu nehmen und sagte “keine Notwendigkeit”. Ich habe es gern gern geschlagen, wie nett dieser Gastgeber ist und das hat wirklich unsere Herzen berührt. Wir wollen in Zukunft zurückkommen und länger bleiben!

HHaisenbabiXuexiang wurde wegen steigender Temperaturen geschlossen. Um es nicht zu bereuen, wählten unsere beiden Familien Snow Valley, das ganz in der Nähe von Xuexiang liegt, als letzte Station dieser Nordostreise. Die Landschaft von Snow Valley ähnelt der von Xuexiang, ohne zu viel Kommerzialisierung. Ich habe mich dieses Mal vor allem wegen seiner hohen Bewertung und seines angemessenen Preises für das Gaosheng Inn entschieden. Das stimmt auch. Der Ladenbesitzer und seine Familie sind sehr nett und haben eine sehr gute Serviceeinstellung! Wir haben uns für den großen Kang entschieden, der für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend ist, und die Heizung ist sehr leistungsstark; das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sauber, das Essen im Gasthaus ist köstlich, wir haben alle drei Mahlzeiten gegessen im Hotel, und der Eisentopf des Ladenbesitzers schmort die Gans bis heute! Dongsheng Inn hat zwei Geschäfte, eines in Changqing Forest Farm und das zweite in Snow Valley. Obwohl die Landschaft in Changqing Forest Farm auch gut war, bevorzugten wir Snow Valley Am Ende schickte uns der Laden auch zum Laden. Das Auto brachte uns zum Laden in Xuegu. Sehr kostengünstig, fünf Punkte!
