Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend – gute Lage, super freundliche Besitzer, sehr ruhig, privates Zimmer (sogar mit Schlüssel!), eigene Heizung/Ventilator zur individuellen Temperaturregelung und sogar Zugang zu einer Gemeinschaftsküche, falls man selbst kochen möchte! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Alle im Haushalt sprechen Chinesisch, daher wird mit Übersetzern oder Gesten kommuniziert, falls man nur Englisch spricht. Gastgeber Jason spricht jedoch fließend Englisch, sodass man sich im Notfall immer verständigen kann. Außerdem gibt es während des Aufenthalts kostenlos Instantnudeln, Obst und Wasser, sodass man sich keine Sorgen ums Verhungern machen muss! Kaffee, Tee und Reisbrei sind ebenfalls kostenlos, sofern man sie zubereiten kann. Überraschenderweise gibt es auch eine Speisekarte mit sehr günstigen Preisen: Reisbrei für 2 $ am Morgen, hausgemachte Tomaten-Eiersuppe für 8 $ – beides war wirklich lecker! Die Lage ist super – direkt an der Queen Street mit direktem Straßenbahnanschluss, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass es ruhig ist. Parken ist einfach, kein Wind etc. Das Zimmer selbst ist groß, sauber und geräumig. Es war sehr ruhig, was für einen wirklich guten Schlaf gesorgt hat. Das Badezimmer wird geteilt, ist aber fast nie belegt, also auch hier kein Problem. Was die Ausstattung angeht: Das WLAN war schnell, Leitungswasser und Duschen waren heiß, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden, und ich bekam sogar kostenlos Butter für meinen Toast! Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Toronto bin!

Während dieser Reise verbrachten meine Familie und ich ungefähr drei Wochen in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war auch sehr gut Es ist praktisch, mit dem Bus zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren, um den täglichen Bedarf zu decken. Die Artikel sind auch in der Nähe erhältlich. Obwohl dieser Laden etwas alt ist, ist es in Ordnung, wenn Sie ihn noch einmal besuchen.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
