There are 3 steps up to the villa but otherwise step-free access to the pool and inside the house. Our housekeeper is available once a week (included), depending on arrival dates. Our Property Management Company provides a comprehensive service to all our guests and a dedicated team in Barbados ensures all your questions are dealt with promptly. Our Villa Manager, Jeanine, will organise for any supplies you request to be ready and waiting for you when you arrive at a small fee - perhaps some rum punch to welcome you after your journey and some basics for your first evening and breakfast? It is located on the prestigious West Coast in the parish of St. James. The crystal blue water of the Caribbean sea is just 350 metres away at Alleyne’s Bay and can be accessed via the royal palm-lined driveway to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel or by a path close to the renowned Lone Star Restaurant and informal beach bar JuJu’s. There is also the beach and an excellent restaurant - the Sea Shed - at Mullins Bay which is a short drive away - and for water sports fanatics there is plenty of opportunity to take part in a wide variety of activities including diving, snorkelling, water skiing and jet skiing on all the local beaches.
