Recomiendo este hotel me gustó desde que llegué tiene mucha limpieza y bastante claridad se ve muy seguro las habitaciones están muy limpias y no huele a bleach las camas cómodas y la decoración de las toallas son muy bonitas y hay toallas suficientes la piscina es pequeña pero muy limpia y el agua está bien caliente el hotel está a sólo cinco minutos caminando y todo está cerca los restaurantes y las tiendas recomiendo mucho este hotel por la limpieza y la ubicación

You MUST read this before you choose to stay. Down below, you will find the owner REAL response to me. The lady (young Indian woman) at the front desk was extremely rude to me from the moment I checked in. She snatched my ID from my hand, shoved my receipt at me, and was generally cold and rude. We paid $105, or something close to that, for out stay. We were promised basic amenities that we did not receive. Upon arriving, we found the door handle was physically broken. It took us several minutes of messing with the handle before we got access. When we entered, I realized we had a smoking room. I have a sensitivity to smoke, so I called the office and asked for another room. The rude lady just told me there were no other rooms available. I checked online and it showed there were still other rooms available. I checked my reservation and it did say smoking so I must have messed up. It was my fault. So I accepted the room. I spent my time and slept in the room with a face mask. About 20 minutes in we discovered that the refrigerator didn’t work. We checked power at the wall, the knobs, all was good. Refrigerator was just not working. I called the office, the lady said that maintenance was not available and that, once again, there was no other rooms to move to. No solution offered. I called again to report that the floors were sticky. We were told that it was normal because of the humidity. We then called back to the office to let them know the towels in the restroom were damp and that the AC was turning off (all lights would turn off for 2 or 3 seconds) before turning back on. It was as if it was shorting out. This was happening every half hour or so. She informed me that someone would bring me towels and that maintenance is not there. She again offered me no solutions. We ended up sleeping in about 80-85 degree temperatures. We waited an hour, no towels. Luckily my wife had a beach towel and we chose to just share it. Upon turning on the shower, the handle tell off, exposing either mold behind the knob. We informed the front office every time we found a new issue, and every time we were given no solutions. To recap Broken door handle Broken refrigerator Sticky floors Wet towels Tv didn’t work Shower handle broke AC not working The next morning I asked for a manager and was told she just left. It was 10am, I asked for some sort of compensation for my issues. I was told they don’t offer refunds or compensation. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. Edit: owners REAL RESPONSE. When I submitted my review, I also reviewed the hotel on Priceline and emailed their corporate. The owner wanted me to call him to “work it out” when I spoke with Mr. Patel the 1st time, he hasn’t found out about the Priceline review or the email to corporate yet. He systematically went through each of my concerns and said I must be lying. He also informed me that the other people working there that was rude was his family. Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt ... war für eine Nacht und war erstaunt, wie gut ich behandelt wurde.. Ich blieb in einer 4-Sterne in San Antonio die Nacht vor und wurde nicht wie ich hier war in der Staybridge begrüßt!!! Es wurde Kaffee und Snacks angeboten, bevor ich ins Zimmer ging ... Mehrwertsteuer-Zimmer war sehr komfortabel.. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine Vielzahl von heißen und kalten Auswahlen ... Wenn jemand um ein bestimmtes Essen ... Es wäre für alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten ... Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.. Ich bin eine ältere einzelne Frau und ich fühlte mich sehr sicher hier ... so dass es ein großer Plus für mich ... Gefühl sicher ...

Wir blieben hier eine Nacht. Der Manager gab uns eine kostenlose Upgrade in eine Suite mit einem Jacuzzi! Das Zimmer war groß. Ich konnte direkt vor meinem Zimmer parken. Der Manager sagte, er würde uns zerstören, und lassen Sie uns um 2 Uhr kostenlos aussehen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, aber grünes Tee wäre schön. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen. Sie können nicht falsch gehen, vielleicht gut.

The problems: the website does not represent the reality at all, our dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, balcony door was very difficult to lock and was unlocked upon arrival, the handle of the exterior door came off and we had to postpone our vacation activities so it could be replaced, the free breakfast was inedible, the room phone had no signal, the wifi didn't work, the manager was extremely rude and refused to work with us. The details: I booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed one. My friends and I were disappointed when we walked in the door but decided to make the best of it. Everything looked and smelled very old- not at all like the pictures on their website. The first thing we noticed was that the dresser drawers were open. We closed them and they fell open again. We put clothes in them thinking the weight would help. They rolled open again so we had to just leave them that way. The balcony sliding glass door was unlocked when we got there. I tried to lock it and couldn't get it. It took two of us to force the door shut enough to get it to finally lock. I had minimal service on my phone so i tried the wifi. It didn't work. I was going to call the front desk for help but the room phone didn't even work. I was able to call on my phone and the front desk person said that alot of people have a difficult time getting the wifi to work but he didn't know why. We left the room to explore the island then returned to go to sleep. We had a busy day planned the next morning. We had already found out that the exterior door was hard to shut and needed some extra force. But as we were closing the door on our exit to spend our first full day in padre, the door handle came off. I had to borrow a phone to call the front. They said they'd send maintenance. I asked for a room change. That request was completely ignored. Now our plans were delayed. My friends check out the gym while I wait in the room. The 3 men (who didn't speak any English) had to replace the whole assembly (front and back handles). My friends went to get our continental breakfast. They wouldn't allow them to bring in their water bottles from their workout. They don't allow food to be taken out of the restaurant. The pancakes were rubbery and the yogurt was warm and runny. The gym equipment was so dirty that you could see the discoloration. The restroom in the gym was locked with no one in it. So we decided to change hotels. We go to checkout and pay. The guy says I have to pay for all 3 nights. I ask to speak to manager. He has to call her. I get on the phone and tell her all of the reasons why we are leaving. Her response was that she personally inspected the room before we arrived and everything was fine. They always leave the balcony doors unlocked for their guests. They fixed the exterior door handle. And a lot of hotels don't allow you to take food out of the restaurant. I told her I would dispute t the charges and she rudely said to
