Igor ist der Eigentümer und super freundlich, gemütlich und verfügbar, immer bereit, hervorragende Informationen über den Ort zu geben. Gutes Frühstück. Das sehr geräumige Zimmer, das bequeme Bett. Igor hat uns immer Wasser und Taschen im Zimmer zu finden. Reinigung der wunderschönen Struktur. Das Haus von Marcello ist in zentraler Lage, leicht zu finden ein wenig laut, aber zu berücksichtigen angesichts der Nähe zum Zentrum! Wir werden zurückkehren!

The Liberty B&B is a very well appointed B&B, with very good facilities and excellent staff. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The bed was huge, the pillows soft and the toilet and shower did not disappoint. The breakfast was of a continental style, served in the garden room overlooking the outside patio and had plenty of choice including fresh meats, tomatoes, cakes and eggs cooked to order. The staff were very happy, chatty and lively. The host, Veronica, could not do enough for us and knew all the little secret and best places to visit, see and eat. The room was fully air conditioned and a fridge was supplied free of charge. For a week this was our home and we enjoyed every minute of it.

ТТHotel im Zentrum der Fußgängerstraße, historisches Gebäude. Ausgezeichnetes Personal, erlaubt, den Rückpack am Morgen vor der Eincheckung und nach dem Abflug zum 21.00 Abend zu verlassen. Für mich war es äußerst wichtig. Einige Unannehmlichkeiten, dass das Badezimmer nicht im Zimmer ist, Sie müssen einen kleinen gemeinsamen Korridor durch. Das Badezimmer konnte nur von mir (mit meinem eigenen Schlüssel) verwendet werden. Im Zimmer, TV, Kühlschrank, Safe, Klimaanlage, kleiner Balkon. Das Bett ist zu weich für meinen Geschmack. Andernfalls ist es in Ordnung. Ich empfehle es.

GGuest UserVeniamo a conoscenza di questa struttura grazie a consigli di amici... E mai consiglio fu più azzeccato. Il TH Luxury Central è una struttura aperta da qualche mese. Super tecnologica, molto pulita e profumatissima (soprattutto il corridoio e gli asciugamani in bagno dei quali mi sono letteralmente innamorata). È tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La proprietaria, la signora Rossella, e la responsabile della struttura, la signora Deborah, non le ho mai incontrate perché come dicevo è una struttura super tecnologica. Il check in si effettua con Deborah tramite whatsapp e telefono (e vi posso assicurare che è gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile). A distanza la signora apre sia il portone del palazzo, sia l'appartamento (che si trova al 5 piano con ascensore) che la camera. Una volta aperta la camera si troverà sul comodino una carta magnetica che servirà ad aprire tutte le porte autonomamente durante tutto il soggiorno. La mattina si viene accolti da una splendida ragazza che si occupa della pulizia della struttura, gentilissima, educata e precisa nel suo lavoro. La struttura si trova nel bel mezzo del mercato Fera o' Luni e questo dà quindi la possibilità di sbizzarrirsi già da subito con lo shopping. La sera (noi siamo stati durante un weekend) c'è un po' di confusione data dal passaggio delle macchine che si parcheggiano nelle strade circostanti per dirigersi verso la movida catanese che è a un passo (le stanze affacciano sulla strada ma con la finestra chiusa il rumore è minimo). Le stanze hanno un piccolo terrazzino dove è possibile godere della visuale dell'Etna. Il servizio colazione non è offerto, ma la cosa non è assolutamente un problema perché sia sotto la struttura, sia a pochi passi ci sono tanti bar nei quali si possono gustare i tipici dolci siciliani. Il TH Luxury Central è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto tramite la navetta Alibus che ferma a 200 mt (noi abbiamo comunque preferito affidarci a un ncc). Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

These rooms (not suites) are in an excellent location. 10/10 In the old building, they are all ( I think there are 6 or 7 rooms total) on the 3rd floor and luckily enough there is a private elevator especially made for the rooms. Breakfast is served in the room and they explain that it is ”Italian breakfast” meaning that it consists of one tea or coffee and one croissant or a local sweet. Served in a very small tray with no extra plates or napkins quite difficult to enjoy. The rooms are as pictured in the photos on the hotel's site. Perfect mattresses, and excellent Wi-Fi. They have given great importance to design (of which they seem to be very proud of..) which is nice but according to my personal experience has quite a few ”mistakes” which make one's stay a bit not so perfect..For example (in my room) on one side of the bed there was a big gap which was quite likely to fall in, especially at night. Also, the lighting was not enough.. Some rooms have no view at all, luckily I chose one with a view which of course was more expensive. !! The worst part is the entrance of the building which is simply ...awful and dirty . It is a sort of internal small yard as most of the old buildings in the historic center have, but this one was one of the worst. Garbage was all around and even the entrance to the private lift was in total decay. As a result, I do not find a good value-for-money relationship. P.S When I booked the room they gave me a non-refundable price which I accepted and paid since it was just a week before my arrival. 2 or 3 days later there was an explosion at the Etna volcano and the news was all around the media in my country so I thought I could postpone my trip for a couple of days. So I called them and asked, if I could change the dates to just a few days later always according to THEIR availability. They simply refused telling me that it was NOT refundable. I explained that I was NOT asking for a refund but a change of dates always according to the dates that suited THEM. But they did absolutely NOTHING not even trying to be polite. Of course not wanting to lose my money I went, but I found that not only unprofessional but also rude.!!

GGastnutzerA beautifully simply appointed boutique guesthouse on the corner of Piazza Stesicoro and Via Etnea. Entry is up the staircase off the entry door on Via Neve - despite initial impressions (Via Neve is a bit of an alley way) and the the stairs to the second floor (I believe a lift is planned later this year) it was a delightful stay. Fabio and Daniel couldn't have more accommodating (Fabio even assisted me in sourcing good Sicilian wine!). Room was spacious and modern and housekeeping was excellent. A simple breakfast is taken at one of the cafes on Via Etnea - more than adequate＞ Location is great with Metro nearby and main train station accessible by Metro or a 10-15 minute walk. Duomo area 600m. Lots of eateries - recommend seafood in one of the numerous restaurants surrounding the famous Pescheria. Lots to see and do - recommend a trip to Taormina (train €12 return). AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage ist sehr gut, wirklich nahe von den touristischen Attraktionen. Sie ist auch mit Restaurants und Bars umgeben. Der große lokale Markt ist gerade auf der nächsten Straße. Die Nachbarschaft kann von Anfang an seltsam erscheinen, aber es ist sicher. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Dieses ist ein kostenloses Frühstücksplatz, aber die Frühstücksoptionen sind die einfach zu gehen. Der Eigentümer spricht nicht Englisch, kann aber mit Google Translate arbeiten. Er bietet auch einen Shuttleservice vom Flughafen zum Hotel für €20 an. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass Sie alles außerhalb Ihres Schlafzimmers hören können. Dies ist wahrscheinlich ideal für junge Menschen, da der Platz vor verschiedenen Bars ist, so ist es sehr laut am Abend bis 1 in der Nacht.

Prima di iniziare la vacanza pensavo che, una volta giunti al termine, avrei potuto scrivere una recensione positiva o almeno mediocre ma purtroppo, ad oggi, durante il viaggio di ritorno mi trovo a scrivere questa recensione davvero da zero stelle ( e sono stata gentile!). Mi sono recata in questa struttura per una piccola vacanza della durata di due notti e tre giorni, previa prenotazione effettuata tramite agenzia di viaggio all'incirca un mese prima. Al nostro arrivo, troviamo la porta chiusa. E già qui iniziamo male, dato che la struttura in questione era stata avvertita del nostro arrivo attorno alle ore 22. Quando, dopo alcune telefonate ai numeri fornitici, finalmente ci risponde la responsabile della struttura. E ci dice che la nostra camera non c'è, che hanno provato a contattarci per fare una cancellazione della prenotazione in quanto erano andati in overbooking ( NESSUNO MI HA CONTATTATA TELEFONICAMENTE O TRAMITE MAIL E NEMMENO L'AGENZIA DI VIAGGIO È STATA CONTATTATA) e, in quanto, non erano riusciti a contattarmi hanno detto che non sapevano se effettivamente saremmo arrivate o meno. Dopo di ché, ci dice che se vogliamo restare ha a disposizione un unica camera di ”scorta” collocata nel piano interrato e quindi senza finestre se non una solo nel bagno; E che la mattina seguente ci avrebbe sistemato nella camera normale. Noi, data l'ora ormai tarda e la zona poco raccomandabile dove si colloca il b&b, abbiamo deciso di accettare comunque la stanza senza finestre e la mattina spostarci nella camera normale. Entrando nella stanza senza finestre si può sentire subito un odore molto sgradevole quasi di fognatura, le lenzuola e asciugamani erano le cose più pulite. Nei servizi offerti è scritto che viene fornito sapone, shampoo come in tutti gli hotel normalmente.. e invece riuscire ad utilizzarli sarebbe stato molto bello, quel poco di sapone che era presente era contenuto in un portasapone a parete arrugginito e prettamente bloccato.. Per non parlare poi della doccia : piastrelle staccate, maniglie arrugginite. La mattina ci rechiamo al piano superiore, una specie di mansarda, per fare colazione e anche qui servirebbe un bel velo pietoso: caffè solubile o macchinetta a pagamento (stile fabbrica) brioches per lo più confezionate e quelle da pasticceria forse avevano un paio di giorni; ruggine sulle posate messe a disposizione per la colazione, succhi in caraffa senza nessuna etichetta di gusto o scadenza (direi a norma di regolamento haccp la prossima volta) ; il salume in frigorifero anche questo fresco forse di qualche giorno e comunque a vista di scarsa qualità. Decidiamo di sederci e troviamo tutte le tovaglie con almeno una macchia di sporco..ma d'altronde forse è il lato che contraddistingue di più questo b&b. La mattina andando a chiedere ulteriori spiegazioni presso la reception ci viene fornita, una nuova versione di spiegazione per la nostra sistemazione, a parer del personale credibile, in cui ci dicono di aver dovuto sis
