So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Großes Hotel, große Lage! Hausaufbewahrung ersetzte nicht die Artikel im Zimmer (Wäschepapier, Tassen, etc.), aber das Zimmer war sauber.

Awesome place to stay! Don't look amazing on the outside but very nice on the inside! Wäre definitiv empfehlen!

Wir haben in den letzten 5-10 Jahren mehrmals hier übernachtet, also *dachten* wir, wir wüssten, was uns erwartet. Es ist Sommer in Nashville, also ist es mir einigermaßen egal, wenn ich wegschaue, wenn sich das Gebäude und das Zimmer feucht anfühlen. Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung; bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, recht bequemer Sessel und Ottomane. Die kleinen Dinge sind einfach verwirrend und beunruhigend, weil dieses einstmals tolle Hotel einen Abwärtstrend zeigt. 🚪Die Schlüsselkarte an der Tür war kaputt! Das Einschieben der Karte war das KNIFFRLICHSTE ALLER ZEITEN und hat uns Probleme bereitet. Einmal ist die Schlüsselkarte ganz hineingerutscht und hat die Karte aufgefressen. Die Wartung kam, um die Karte zu holen. Es wurde keine Reparatur durchgeführt, uns wurde nur gesagt, wir sollten vorsichtig sein. 🪟 Die Sonnenblenden hinter dem Fenstervorhang waren verdammt wackelig, die linke Seite war unten, ließ sich aber nicht bewegen (die Kordel war entfernt und oben verstaut worden). Die ganze Zeit war die rechte Seite oben, ohne dass man sie runterbekommen konnte, außer daran zu ziehen. Aber als ich das tat, wurde mir klar, warum sie sie oben hatten und der Elektromotor ausgeschaltet war ... Sie ging nicht ganz runter und war zerfetzt. 💧Das Waschbecken ist verkehrt herum, heißes Wasser rechts und kaltes links. 🌡️ Der Thermostat war kaputt. Obwohl das Zimmer kühl gehalten wurde, war es unangenehm kühl, weil es feucht war. Es war feucht genug, dass die Möbel sich klebrig anfühlten. War das Zimmer für uns geeignet? Ja. Haben uns all die kleinen Dinge in der Summe dazu gebracht, unsere nächste Reise woanders zu buchen? Auch ja.

Gut für die Familie. Zimmergröße war gut. Obwohl das Hotel auf der Straße ist, sind die Zimmer weg von der Straße, daher ruhig. Hotel ist auch am Fluss und Zimmerbalkonen gegenüber dem Fluss, der schön ist. Eine Schwimmbad ist mit Schleife und Wasserfall. Der zweite Pool am anderen Ende des Hotels ist auch schön. Das Frühstück ist grundlegend. Es funktionierte gut für unsere Familie. Vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Haltestelle für kostenlose öffentliche Nostalgienbus (Blue Line Trolley), die Sie in wenigen Minuten nach Gatlinburg Zentrum führt (Aquarium ist letzte Haltestelle), kommt alle 15 Minuten. Sonst ist es 15 min.Wandern zum Stadtzentrum.

Die Lage ist immer noch gut, es ist auch bequem, nach Downtown zu gehen, unten ist ein sehr berühmter Hühner. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, der in fünf Minuten zu Fuß etwas kaufen kann.

Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey

Ich hatte hier vorhin eine kleine Idee, was zu erwarten war. Aber es war eine Weile, also gab es ein paar Dinge, die mich aus der Wache gefangen genommen haben. Es gibt nur einen negativen, den ich denke, und es ist nicht eine riesige, aber ich denke es ist notwendig, aufmerksam zu machen .... 📱📱 Es gab Null USB-Plugins im Zimmer. Es gab ein paar verschiedene Standard-Plug-ins, dass wenn Sie den Kopf für Ihre Kabel haben, Sie wären okay. Aber zwischen zwei Leuten hatten wir einen Kopf, so dass es uns ein wenig aus der Wache gefangen. Es würde nicht viel dauern, um einen Ausflug in der Wohnfläche zu wechseln. 🛏️ Das Bett war komfortabel. Die Kissen waren komfortabel und verwendete die nach unten Alternative, die schön war. Da jemand, der ständig überprüfen muss, ob Hotels Kissen und Betten anbieten, ist es schön, wenn ich finde, dass es nicht da ist. 🚗 Wenn Sie planen, sich selbst zu parken, fahren Sie nicht bis vorne des Hotels. Dieses Gebiet wird strikt für den Valetparkplatz verwendet. Gehen Sie weiter und gehen Sie in die Untergrundgarage in der Nähe der Ecke des 4. und Demonbreun. Sie können das Hotel von der Parkgarage erreichen. 🚽 ☎ Ich wollte ein Bild bekommen, aber der Luxusstandard in den 80er Jahren gibt es immer noch mit einem Telefon neben dem Toilette. Ahhh, einfachere Zeiten. 😂️
