Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass ich ein Raucherzimmer reserviert hatte, aber als wir ankamen, sagte der Mann, der uns eincheckte, es sei kein Raucherzimmer und würde uns nicht in ein Raucherzimmer bringen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir wussten, dass es Raucherzimmer gibt. Ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

It was great had breakfast

Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

Das war definitiv unerwartet. Für den Preispunkt hätte ich gern mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf diese kleineren Details erwartet. Das heißt, der Gesamtaufenthalt war immer noch angenehm. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Oaks-Bereichs, das schön ist, und ich habe die künstlerischen Elemente um das Gebäude wirklich geschätzt. Jedes Stück Kunstwerk hat seine eigene Geschichte, und Sie können mehr über sie lernen durch ein Buch, das in der Lobbya schön und einzigartig berührt ist. River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

Very convenient location and excellent service!

Der Manager war sehr freundlich bei der Eincheckung und ging aus seinem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass ich einen oberen Raum hatte, auf meine Anfrage. Er war sogar sicher, dass mein Zimmer am Ende der Treppe war, so dass ich einfach meinen Hund direkt draußen nehmen konnte, um ihr zu handeln. Die einzige Beschwerde, wenn ich mit einer zu kommen hatte, war, dass der Abgasfans im Badezimmer nicht funktionierte. Alles in meinem Hund und ich hatte einen großen Aufenthalt. Das wird mein fahren-motel, wenn ich wieder in die Stadt kommen muss.

It's a good spot you should be the Ramada everything's the same The only thing is like you got to make sure they clean your room if you're still in it sometimes they skip it and that sucks but if they do skip at least you can trade out your towels and stuff and get new towels and everything it's pretty quiet The beds are comfortable the rooms are good some of them have a little bit of defects with the showers but overall in great shape the hot tub is good but the bubbles don't work which sucks that you used to The pool is small but it's cold so I like that they got breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and cereal and pancakes and all that goodness they are weight room they got a big giant courtyard in the middle for if you have animals it's all non-smoking but they're pretty relaxed with **** but cigarettes they're not If you ask for a wake up call you might not get to wake up call so make sure you set the alarm on the bedside table other than that yeah it's a good spot I go there a lot and it's a $50 deposit not $100 and do it with cash because if you do it with a car that takes 10 or longer days to get it back and you might have to jump through some hoops to get it like I did the first time so I learned my lesson

Die Klimaanlage war zu laut und störte den Schlaf, da sie ständig ein- und ausgeschaltet wurde. Am wichtigsten ist mir eine gute Nachtruhe. Es ist nicht passiert. Alles andere war super. Buffet war heiß und gut zum Frühstück.

I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.
