I talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

Was ich mag: (1) Tee/Kaffee 24 Stunden verfügbar, Frühstück ist einfach, aber genug Wahlen, Eier, Sauce, Waffeln, Brot, Oatmeal, Saft, Kaffee, Tee-Frucht (2) Personal ist professionell, erklären Sie die Dinge gut. (3) Die Möbel sind etwas neuer als die andere Hampton, in der ich verbleib. Was kann verbessert werden: (1) Ich wartete auf Island 3 (Tür 512) von 745pm bis 830pm und rief zweimal, um den Shuttleservice zu sichern. Ich sah andere Hotelshuttle bereits um 4-5 Zeiten in diesen Minen fallen und sah sogar die anderen Hotelshuttle, wie Cambria innerhalb von 30 Minuten fallen. Als ich nach Hampton kam, war es bereits 850pm und auch realisiert, dass das Restaurant neben der Tür geschlossen ist. Ich verstehe, dass es vielleicht aus ihrer üblichen Servicestunde, aber ich frage mich, ob sie einen Joint Venture Service mit anderen Hotelmarken machen können, damit Kunden früher aufgeholt werden können. (2) Ich wurde am Ende des Korridors das Zimmer angeboten, aber es gibt laut Wasserlärm aus den Rohrleitungen, wenn jemand die Toilette neben der Tür oder oben benutzte. Da ich nach den Längs- und Kurzstreckenflügen so müde war und 30 Stunden nicht schlief, ging ich nachts schlafen, wie üblich. Aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass es mich stört, wenn ich am Tag empfindlicher zu klingen. Ich habe es nicht berichtet, weil es nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt war. Insgesamt würde ich einen 4-Sterne-Stern geben, da die Personal-Einstellung (Check-in, check-out und Reinigungs-Lady) und ihre Service verdienen große Respekt, Standard bis zum Par Frühstück und sauberes Zimmer.

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

Ich blieb in der Westin die Nacht vor meinem Flug, weil ich nicht panisch wollte, wenn ich zum Flughafen zu Zeit. Ich hätte gehört, dass Westin gut ist und die Lage wirklich so bequem ist, so dass ich schluckte. Ich wünschte, ich hatte nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr grundlegende. Die Dusche war schön, aber es gab nichts über meinen Aufenthalt, das mich ”jeden Penny wert!” vor allem, weil sie für das Internet bezahlen. Gute Dinge: Das Personal ist schön, obwohl es sicherlich unterbesetzt und ein wenig stressig erscheint. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es ist AT Flughafen und so einfach zu navigieren! Ich bat um etwas Wasser und sie brachten viel. Das Zimmerservice war so gut. Meh Dinge: Das Teppich machte mich super glücklich, dass ich meine eigenen Slips mitgebracht habe. Es schien nicht schmutzig, aber etwas über Teppich-Hotelzimmer sind wie ichkig. Die Kaffeetassen waren alles Papier und ich fühlte mich einfach, als ich viel Müll machte, als alles was ich wollte war Abendtee und Morgenkaffee. Boo Dinge: nicht einmal eine Stunde kostenlosem WLAN? Nur sofort ”Zahlt 18 Dollar auf den Hunderten für ein Grundzimmer, so können Sie Ihre Familie sagen, dass Sie angekommen sind ok und stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie wissen, wo zum Flughafen morgen gehen.” Ich weiß nicht, ich bin kein Geschäftsmann, aber es fühlte sich sehr günstig und klein.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

Good things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

Wir blieben hier nur für den Abend. Wir gingen zum Baseballspiel und zurück. Es war ein schneller Aufenthalt und verbrachte nicht viel Zeit in unserem Zimmer. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, die Eincheckung war reibungslos und einfach. Ich konnte für die Mitgliedschaft in Marriott eingetragen werden.
