Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet einen hervorragenden Zugang zu den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Personal war freundlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, allerdings war die Schallisolierung in einigen Zimmern etwas enttäuschend. Alles in allem war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

The hotel is convenient by car or by bus, it's not too far from the city centre. The room is spacious, cleanness is fine, just some part of the carpet isn't flat (kinda like having the holes underneath). The breakfast is served in another building, Sunday morning at 9 is totally insane; there weren't many vacant seats and a lot of plates were empty and messy. In a word, It's hard to believe as a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr bequem und der Service war hervorragend. Das einzige, was mir nicht ganz klar war, ist, wie die Sicherheitsleistung zurückgezahlt werden soll. Ich möchte wissen, wie die Rückzahlungsverfahren funktionieren und wie lange es normalerweise dauert, um den Betrag zu erhalten, den bei der Ankunft angefordert wurde.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt im Haus, was es äußerst praktisch macht. Die berühmte Wawelburg ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnete Hotel verfügt über ein geschmackvoll gestaltetes und sauberes Interieur und sehr freundliches Personal. Allerdings fiel die Klimaanlage bereits nach einer Nacht aus. Das Personal half uns zwar, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen, doch leider war auch dort die Klimaanlage defekt. Schließlich willigte man ein, ein Fenster zum Lüften zu öffnen, was im Sommer recht unpraktisch wäre. Zum Frühstück wählt jeder Gast zunächst ein Hauptgericht und bedient sich anschließend selbst an Getränken und einer kleinen Auswahl an Speisen vom Buffet, wie Joghurt, Obst, Brot, Eiern und Salat. Das Essen war köstlich. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und eine Sauna, beide sauber und elegant – ideal zum Entspannen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel, perfekt warm für die Kühltemperaturen draußen. Der Flughafen ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof Kraków Grzegórzki gelegen und ist leicht über den Bahnhof und andere Orte zu erreichen, da er mit dem Hauptbahnhof Kraków Główny verbunden ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfreich, erklärte, wo wir um Kraków gehen können. Wir wurden täglich viel saubere Handtücher, Zimmerreinigungsservice gegeben. Haartrockner wurde auch mit einem Trinkwasserdispenser direkt außerhalb des Aufzugs angeboten. Die einzige Sache wäre die Dusche, da sie manchmal zwischen etwas heißem und kaltem Wasser pulsiert. Es war jedoch angenehmen überrascht, wenn es im Dusch erhitzt wurde!

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt entfernt und ist daher sehr gut für Reisende geeignet, die Wert auf eine bequeme Transportmöglichkeit legen. Dieses Mal entschieden wir uns, auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu parken, der sich sehr sauber und sicher anfühlte. Obwohl die Parkgebühr 120 polnische Zloty pro Tag beträgt, entspricht sie seinem Gebührenniveau. Zudem stehen in der Nähe des Hotels einige günstigere Parkplätze im Freien zur Verfügung, sodass Reisende sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass ihnen am Hotel nicht genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Beim Auschecken bekamen wir vom Hotel ein Stück einheimisches Brot, das sehr gut schmeckte. Vielen Dank für die nette Organisation. 

Nur ein erstaunliches Hotel für einen erschwinglichen Preis. Lage ist nicht groß, wirklich nichts um, aber es ist grünes und friedlich. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Stadtzentrum Große warme Zimmer, perfektes Bett, gutes Frühstück, Sie werden wirklich alles haben dort Schöner Fitnessbereich und großer Schwimmbad mit Spa Ich werde sicher nochmal dort bleiben.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.
