Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Schön war, dass es sehr sauber und vielfältig ausgestattet war. Es ist nicht üblich, dass in europäischen Hotels unterschiedliche Gegenstände im Badezimmer vorhanden sind, aber dieses hier hatte alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett, allerdings erschwerte die Lage des Hotels die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es ist etwas weit von der Straßenbahn- oder Bushaltestelle entfernt und es gibt keine Gewerbegebiete in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen engagierten Koch, der das Essen sofort für Sie zubereitet.

The hotel is convenient by car or by bus, it's not too far from the city centre. The room is spacious, cleanness is fine, just some part of the carpet isn't flat (kinda like having the holes underneath). The breakfast is served in another building, Sunday morning at 9 is totally insane; there weren't many vacant seats and a lot of plates were empty and messy. In a word, It's hard to believe as a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr bequem und der Service war hervorragend. Das einzige, was mir nicht ganz klar war, ist, wie die Sicherheitsleistung zurückgezahlt werden soll. Ich möchte wissen, wie die Rückzahlungsverfahren funktionieren und wie lange es normalerweise dauert, um den Betrag zu erhalten, den bei der Ankunft angefordert wurde.

The hotel, the structure, the staff, the position close to city Center; everything was just perfect for our stay in Krakov. we also enjoyed the sauna and the small salt chamber, breakfast was not so much of choice but really good, and the chef benedict's egg, just perfect - very recommended!

Das Hotel war in jedem Fall hervorragend! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, in der Nähe des ehemaligen jüdischen Viertels, das ist erstaunlich, und einen 13/15 Spaziergang zur Altstadt. Das Personal war alles erstaunlich und schnell änderte mein Zimmer in der ersten Nacht, weil wenn ein unbehaglicher Geruch im reservierten Zimmer. Sie beantworteten alle meine Fragen und waren super effizient ! Wenn ich nach Krakoq zurückkehre, würde ich hier bleiben, obwohl es etwas auf der preislichen Seite ist.

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt entfernt und ist daher sehr gut für Reisende geeignet, die Wert auf eine bequeme Transportmöglichkeit legen. Dieses Mal entschieden wir uns, auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu parken, der sich sehr sauber und sicher anfühlte. Obwohl die Parkgebühr 120 polnische Zloty pro Tag beträgt, entspricht sie seinem Gebührenniveau. Zudem stehen in der Nähe des Hotels einige günstigere Parkplätze im Freien zur Verfügung, sodass Reisende sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass ihnen am Hotel nicht genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Beim Auschecken bekamen wir vom Hotel ein Stück einheimisches Brot, das sehr gut schmeckte. Vielen Dank für die nette Organisation. 

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die Tram-Haltestelle aber nur 100 Meter entfernt. So, dass man in knapp 20 Minuten den Rynok von Krakau erreichen kann. Das Hotel selbst: Brandneu, sehr modern. Große Standard-Zimmer mit viel Komfort. Sehr gutes, für meine Schlafgewohnheiten jedoch zu weiches Bett. Bademäntel nur gegen 50 Zloty Kaution. Gym recht klein. Dafür gibt es ein kostenlos nutzbares Indoor-Schwimmbad inklusive Sauna. Frühstück: Gut, jedoch für ein Hotel dieser Klasse mit etwas zu wenig Auswahl.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.
