Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einigen Einschränkungen: Der Fernseher ist urzeitlich und nicht 1* wert. Das Hotel hat abgebluch 4* Der Kühlschrank mit Minibar ist gut ausgestattet, wärmt den Inhalt aber kühlt nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Keine Empfehlung.Bett ist sehr angenehm, gross und bequem , zusätzlich gibt es im Delzxe für über 4.000 Peso ein kleines Sifa und Schreibtisch. Safe, na ja. Die Lage ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es besseres für weniger Geld.

Es ist mein erstes Aufenthalt im Swissôtel Clark, und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Zimmer ist schön und das Essen ist lecker. Das Personal ist sehr willkommen, und der Pool ist definitiv einer der besten Hotelpools in Clark! Es ist wirklich gut hier zu sein. Ich werde sicher bald wieder sein.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Meine Freundin meinte, das Bett sei total verführerisch gewesen! Auch das Aqua und die Getränke dort haben uns super gefallen! Wir haben sogar eine Meerjungfrau in den Wassergräben des Aqua schwimmen sehen! 10 Sterne, aber einen Stern Abzug, weil es kein Netflix auf dem Fernseher gab. Meine Freundin sagte: „Ich erinnere mich, als wir im Fields Plaza waren, da gab es Netflix und YouTube auf dem Fernseher!“

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

Checking in and out was easy. The service was really good. We were able to talk to some employees like the life guards. They were so fun to talk with. One of them was Arnold. My husband enjoyed chatting with them. When we did the inflatable activities they were very helpful and even offered to take pictures of us. It was an amazing experience. For food, since I didn't get a chance to go to the breakfast, for 200php, they delivered the food in our room. We tried the naya bar. My daughter enjoyed the pasta. we ordered chopsuey and the lechon belly. It was ok but not recommended. Again the service was great

Nice ambience and environment. Friendly staff and great service. Masarap din foods nila sa restaurant. May mga hut sila beside 1 of the pools malapit sa resto. Ang sarap tumambay dito at mag chill lang. Beach is nice, hindi nga lang white sand at may parts na biglang malalim or mababaw. Ang ganda ng pools nila, may part na malalim, so you should be careful. Medyo maliit lang yung room pero comfy at malinis. Sulit ang stay namin. We want to go back soon. If you're looking for a quick getaway that’s close to Manila but far from the noise and hustle, this is a perfect spot to unwind and relax.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort war wirklich angenehm, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Das Eigentum ist schön gepflegt, mit viel offenen Räumen und Grünland, die eine friedliche und sichere Atmosphäre für Kinder, die erkunden und spielen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel, so dass es einfach nach einem Tag der Aktivitäten zu entspannen war. Das Personal war warm, aufmerksam und immer bereit, zu helfen, was unsere Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, die sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder gepflegt, und machte morgens etwas zu freuen. Insgesamt war es ein erinnerelicher und entspannender Aufenthalt für unsere Familie. Hilton Clark ist sicher eine große Wahl für diejenigen, die mit Kindern reisen, und wir würden in Zukunft glücklich zurückkehren
