My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I was warmly welcomed by two exceptionally friendly receptionists, Yana and her colleague, whose hospitality immediately made me feel at home. They went above and beyond by offering insightful recommendations on places to explore and even provided me with a printed map, making it effortless to plan my outings. The hotel was immaculate, and every area was impeccably maintained, reflecting the staff’s attention to detail. Overall, it was a delightful and seamless experience, and I left thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

wunderschöner Privatstrand und tolle Einrichtungen für meinen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt. schönes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. geräumiger Pool für Kinder etwas Verbesserungswürdiges beim Kundenservice: Ich habe darum gebeten, das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool im Erdgeschoss zu wechseln. Ich habe sogar angeboten, extra zu zahlen, da ich alleine reise und mich in dem Zimmer näher an der Lobby sicherer fühle. Ich verstehe, dass das Resort während der Schulferien möglicherweise stärker belegt ist, daher wurde das Angebot gemacht, den Zimmerpreis zu erhöhen. Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich bei diesen Zimmern um Zimmer mit Verbindungstür handelt und nur diejenigen dort untergebracht werden, die 2 Zimmer gebucht haben. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts nachgeprüft, es stimmte nicht und die meisten Zimmer dort waren leer. Ich weiß nicht, warum es ihnen so schwerfällt, meiner Bitte nachzukommen, da ich auf Anfrage klar darauf hingewiesen habe, den Preis (falls erforderlich) zu erhöhen.

Wenn Sie nach einem schönen Resort-Kurzurlaub suchen, um einfach abzuschalten und zu chillen, dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie. Es liegt auf einer privaten Seite der Insel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das kristallklare Wasser, den weichen Sand, aber mit vielen Felsen. Die Rückseite blickt auf den natürlichen Regenwald und die majestätischen Twin Peaks. Die Zimmer sind recht rustikal, aber sauber, was am wichtigsten ist. Wie in allen anderen Strandresorts liegt jedoch immer noch etwas Sand auf dem Boden und dem Bett. Die Toilette und die Dusche funktionieren gut. Meine Familie und ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl beim Essen, da das Resort nur ein Restaurant hat, aber das asiatische Essen ist ganz gut. Es gibt auch nicht viele Aktivitäten, es sei denn, Sie melden sich für einen Schnorchelausflug an, aber das ist ziemlich teuer und meine Tochter ist noch zu jung dafür. Aber ich habe die Natur, das Meer, den Sand und den Pool genossen. Einfach entspannen und abschalten.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Eingebettet in das kühle und üppige Grün der Cameron Highlands bietet das Copthorne Hotel einen ruhigen Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Seine strategische Lage auf einem Hügel bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge und Täler und macht es zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um nahe gelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Teeplantagen, Erdbeerfarmen und Wanderwege zu erkunden.

Die Pools und die meisten Einrichtungen waren geschlossen, als wir (spät) ankamen und früh aufstanden. Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr bequem und morgens geöffnet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, da wir aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer bekamen. Die Gebäudestruktur ist ziemlich alt und muss besser gewartet werden. Die Handtücher müssen ausgetauscht werden. Es galt jedoch immer noch als gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch.

I had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay more memorable. Overall, Zenith Hotel offers a great combination of strategic location, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Kuantan.

Excellence service apartment on Genting highlands.  High floor good view, prompt services from the front desk. Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions.

Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, es war mehr als dreimal. Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.
