"Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal des Hyatt Regency Kuantan Hotels, das diese Reise zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Muhammad an der Rezeption, der meinen Wünschen entgegenkam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :) Prost"

"This was my second stay at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan. Overall, I still had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again. The room is very spacious, the air-conditioning works well, and the shower has good water pressure. The bed is also comfortable and I slept well during my stay. Breakfast is one of the better parts of the stay. There is a good variety of choices and the overall food quality is good. However, I think some areas of the room are starting to need refurbishment. The towels are getting quite old and should be replaced with newer ones. One of the towels provided during my stay also had a visible stain. The bathroom and toilet could also use some upgrading. The layout and size are fine, but the fittings and overall condition are beginning to show their age. Another issue is the lighting — there is only one main light around the toilet/bathroom area, so it feels quite dim, especially at night. Overall, still a good and comfortable stay. The room size, comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, strong shower and breakfast are the main positives. With newer towels, brighter bathroom lighting and some bathroom refurbishment, the experience would be much better."

"The room itself is nice. However, the hallway looks old, and doesn’t smell good. Service is normal, considered as good but below expectation for 5* resort (welcome drink is self-served, carry your own luggage and find the room yourself, etc). The cafe in the resort is very nice and chill."

"Das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches Personal, das immer hilfsbereit ist. Bereit, sich zu unterhalten und alles zu besprechen. Die Führung durch das Haus und die Informationen über die Geschichte der Gegend waren eine tolle Erfahrung"

"I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"This hotel had been on our list for a long time, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. From the outside, it looks a little dated and even slightly intimidating, but once we stepped into our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was beautifully designed with a modern and romantic touch, and it was exceptionally clean. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. Although there was an event that continued until around midnight, it did not affect our stay at all. Once we closed the bedroom door, the room was well insulated and we could hardly hear any noise. The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan was a little noisy. We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious. While the prices were on the higher side, that is to be expected for a hotel of this standard. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking lush greenery and giving the feeling of being surrounded by a forest. One thing to be mindful of is the monkeys. Avoid opening the windows, as they may enter the room, and try not to carry bags openly while walking along the corridors, as the monkeys are known to grab them. The breakfast was good, although we felt the selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere made for a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future."
