Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал! Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!! Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера. По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест. Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! Der Kerl auf der Rezepschen schien unweltgefällig. Kommen Sie eine Stunde vor der Abwicklung, bot er eine Abwicklung früher für $6 pro Stunde an. Ich weiß nicht, ob dieser Chip des Hotels für jede Stunde so eine Schande ist. Aber es hat uns gleich weggetrieben. Wenn das Zimmer kostenlos ist, warum nicht Ihre Kunden eine Stunde früher einstellen? Das Zimmer ist insgesamt groß, alles funktioniert gut. Wir waren dort eine Nacht und wir hatten genug.

Das Hotel war sauber, der Service war großartig. Es war gut, dass es einen 24-Stunden-Café gab, leider war die Pflaffer, die wir bestellt hatten, nicht gut gekocht, das Reis nicht gut gekocht.

Der Reiseaufenthalt ist etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber die Unterkunft und das Frühstück sind sehr gut, sehr zufrieden, haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha haha

The room was huge. Salamat at the reception was friendly and tried to help us with booking tours. The water in the shower was cold which was disappointing.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Rezeption kann Englisch sprechen und ein wenig Mandarin, das ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Fitnesszimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Pool. Frühstückswahl ist genügend mit frischem Obst

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.
