Der Standort befindet sich direkt vor dem Bahnhof Niigata! Es war so bequem, überall hinzukommen, Der Service war super, das große Bad und das Frühstück auch!^^ Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, wenn ich Niigata wieder besuche! Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprach der eines 5-Sterne-Hotels! Ich habe mich gut erholt! Danke!^^

Very good deal for Ski in ski out!! Room in building 4 is smaller than expected but no complaints with such discount. Restaurants inside are nice, but heading out to the village once a while is good too. The walk to village is like 10 mins and very do-able!

Bezirk relativ nahe dem Bahnhof Niigata. Der Preis war gut für einen letzten Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte sogar einen Massagesitz. Das Bad war kleiner als das Hotel Shinjuku, aber immer noch angemessen groß.

Location was a little far out from the JR station. Shopping district was about 15-20mins walk from the hotel. However, there is a nearby bus stop with is quite convenient should you want to take the bus. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable and a great port view.

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn  2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance 3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him 4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins 5. Breakfast is same everyday 6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same. 7. Child meal is hopeless.  Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.  8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.  9. Onsen was good 10. Basic ice cream treats.  11. Simple ramen in the evening Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night. Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel. In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

ロビーやレストランの雰囲気が老舗のクラシック感があって素敵でした。朝食もとても良かったです。立地も良く、また利用したいです。シャワーヘッドの黒ずみだけが気になりました。新潟市内の某高級シティホテルにも宿泊しましたが、このホテルがいいですね。

駅から近く、観光に便利な立地です。1階にはコンビニもあるので便利です。 建物は古いのかと思いますが内装はリニューアルされてるのか掃除も行き届いていて清潔感があります。 朝食が美味しく、新潟名物のソースかつ、へぎそば、栃尾揚げもいただけます。刺身もあり朝から海鮮丼も食べれます。 少食の自分達ではピンポイントで選ばないと食べきれない種類でした。 また宿泊したいホテルです。

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber das ganze Gebäude ist sauber, die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt. Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe der Station und der Ausgang ist bequem. Es ist auch viel zu essen, Simbac ist nicht weit, nicht auf die Geschäftsstraße, die Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte sind sehr viel. Es kann kein Problem sein, zu essen und zu trinken, der Hotelpreis ist auch praktikabel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch wenn Sie in der Nacht verbleiben, müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen machen. Das Café vor der Station öffnete sich auch früh am Morgen, so dass es überhaupt kein Frühstück braucht. Die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist auch gut. Es ist schön, den Berg von Weihnachten 々 in der Entfernung zu sehen.

Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, es gibt eine chinesische Rezeption, mit dem Auto super bequem, die Station zu dem Schneeplatz zu bekommen, der Fahrermeister ist besonders enthusiastisch, wir starten am nächsten Tag eine neue trockene Linie aus dem Schneeplatz nach Tokio. Die Telefonrezeption hilft uns direkt, die Gepäcke in den Gala Schneeplatz zu schicken, es ist zu bequem. Das Zimmer ist groß, obwohl ein bisschen alt, aber die Wartung ist sehr gut. Die große Schale im ersten Stock ist warm und kostenloses Schrotflaschen werden verwendet. Die Haut ist am nächsten Morgen sehr lustig. Kaffee und Eiskuchen sind auch kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Soße ist zum Ende des besonderen Dufts. Die Möbel des Büros sind altmodische Baumstrukturen, sitzen dort und lesen Bücher, eine Menge Duft, besonders heilbar. Wir kamen am Montag, als ich das Abendessen am nächsten Tag vorbehalten wollte, aber der Koch ruhte am Dienstag. Direkt am Wenxi Street essen, kann auch die Tanze Station zufrieden sein, fast nicht mit dem Gras. Montag, Dienstag, der Schneeplatz ist etwas weniger Menschen und das Gefühl der Erfahrung wird besser. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die höchste Hälfte der Servicepersonal, die uns eine besonders angenehme Urlaubserfahrung gebracht hat. Nächstes Mal werden wir wiederkommen.

Bevor ich nach Japan ging, wollte ich einen Ort finden, an dem man 2 Nächte Ski fahren und heiße Quellen genießen kann, aber egal ob Zao in Yamagata, Asahi in Otaru oder Echigo Yuzawa, die Preise sind sehr hoch, also muss ich aufgeben . Ich habe in Ueno ein 3-Tages-Ticket gekauft und bin auf dem Weg nach Karuizawa in den Shinkansen gestiegen. Wenn mir langweilig war, bürstete ich Ctrip, und plötzlich bekam ich ein Zimmer im Toei Hotel in Yuzawa-cho und schloss es sofort ab. Steigen Sie in Takasaki aus und ändern Sie Multiply by. Eine Reise wert. Wie in Kawabata Yasunaris ”Snow Country” geschrieben: Ein langer Tunnel, der die Landesgrenze überquert, kommt zum Snow Country. Der Süden des Tunnels ist noch klar und sonnig. Nach der Durchfahrt des Zuges durch den Tunnel liegt ununterbrochen starker Schneefall. Anders als in Nordchina ist die Temperatur nicht so niedrig, die niedrigste Temperatur liegt bei minus vier oder fünf Grad und die höchste bei minus vier oder fünf Grad. Der Himmel ist mit Pulverschnee bedeckt, was das Skigebiet garantiert. Echigo Yuzawa stach hervor, man kann den Hotelshuttlebus buchen, auch zu Fuß dauert es nur 10 Minuten. Unter dem Hotelfenster befindet sich eine Hauptstraße. Fahren Sie mit dem Hotellift hinunter zur B1, dem Skiverleihschalter und der Umkleidekabine. Sie können das Zimmerkonto aufhängen. Sie können auch mit der Seilbahn auf den Berg auf der Hauptstraße fahren und bis auf 900 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel fahren. Es gibt alle Strecken der Hauptstraße und der Mittelstraße.
