Lovely hotel in the middle of Sendai, only a short walk away from everything you need. Extremely convenient location for arrivals from Sendai Station. Wide variety of food options nearby, including the old reliable convenience stores. It's the perfect hotel for anyone that wants to be centrally located, but not in a noisy road. Amazing for the price.

The hotel is near the Sendai morning market and walking distance to the Sendai station. To get to hotel, simply walk towards the Parco 2 and take down escalator. Then exit from the back door it’s a shortcut to the hotel:) it’s a lovely place to stay! There s a zenjro nearby too to eat yummy beef tongue !

It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit). Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

Es wird etwas besorgt sein, wenn Sie nachts durchgehen. Aber das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Geschäftestraße, es gibt eine Menge 🍽️ Zur Auswahl. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber und sauber, obwohl das Zimmer nicht groß ist, aber die Anästhesie ist zwar klein, aber alle fünf schmutzig. Der Rezeptor-Service ist sorgfältig aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich nahe einem U-Bahnhof, alles war großartig. Das Zimmer war sauber, alle Einrichtungen sind leicht verfügbar (Sie können auch mehr im Hotellobby holen) alle Mitarbeiter waren groß und freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit! Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel :)

Ehrlich gesagt war alles von Anfang bis Ende großartig über dieses Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sprachen Englisch, Zimmer waren geräumig, schön und modern. Lage war im Sendai Station mit Malls, Lebensmitteln und Sehenswürdigkeiten überall.  Sendai ist auch das Haus des Gyutans. Versuchen Sie es, ehrlich. Wenn ich etwas über das beschweren hätte, wäre es, dass einer der 3 Aufzüge nur zum 3. Stock und nicht zum 1. Stock gehen würde.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet servieren sie Lebensmittel mit allen allergischen Zutaten, aber es wurde überhaupt nicht klar erwähnt, ob es Schweine oder Rindfleisch oder Hühner hat. Beispiel: Es gab eine Kartoffelsalat, in dem es heißt, sie haben kein Schwein darin, aber es wurde herausgefunden, dass sie Schweinesalat in ihnen setzen, während sie essen, und sie werden Ihnen nachdem Sie sie fragen lassen. Wenn sie klar erwähnt hätten, wäre es besser, wenn Sie allergische Fragen haben, zu überdenken. Ich denke, dass es schlecht organisiert war. Bitte beachten Sie vor dem Frühstück die Allergieprobleme und fragen Sie sie in Einzelheiten über die Zutaten, wenn Sie sich verwirrt fühlen.

Der Aufsichtsrat sagt, dass sie einen Teil der Ernährung sehr wichtig und empfehlenswert sind.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par with my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was rather lackluster. Situated in Sendai, I had hoped for a scenic and picturesque view of the surrounding area, but instead, I was greeted with a rather uninspiring landscape. The hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities was also quite inconvenient, as it required a fair amount of travel to reach any notable destinations. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.
