1. Instabilität des Stromsystems 2. Sehr schlechtes WLAN-Zugang zum System ist verbreitet, es scheint, als ob die Gäste nicht willkommen sind, das Signal schwach und häufig unterbrochen zu werden. 3. Allgemeine Telefonsignale sind auch sehr schlecht. 4. Hotelservice klar.

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

I recently stayed at Radisson Resort Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation.
The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Radisson Resort Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, im Hotelferien in Express pimpi während einer Geschäftsreise zu bleiben, und insgesamt war es eine sehr geeignete Wahl für meine professionellen Bedürfnisse. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen eine produktive und nützliche Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisende mit seiner bequemen Lage, komfortablen Unterkünften und gut ausgestatteten Einrichtungen.
Der Eincheckprozess war effizient und ohne Probleme, so dass ich mich schnell in mein Zimmer einstellen konnte. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und gezielt gestaltet, mit einem speziellen Arbeitsplatz, der einen komfortablen Desktop und ergonomischen Stuhl umfasste.
Die Wi-Fi-Verbindung des Hotels war zuverlässig und schnell, was für virtuelle Treffen, den Zugang zu wichtigen Dokumenten und den Kontakt mit Kollegen und Kunden von entscheidender Bedeutung war. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts keine Probleme mit der Verbindung, die eine schmierlose Kommunikation und einen effizienten Arbeitsfluss gewährleisten.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Das Innendekorationen des neuen Hotels sind sehr schnell, die Arbeit ist sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, Capuchino ist besonders gut! Die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut! Es ist nahe der Außenstraße, ein bisschen schwach!

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. GGastnutzerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Das geräumige Zimmer ist für einen separaten Sitzbereich mit einem Plus-Sofa und einem modernen Unterhaltungssystem ausgestattet. Die Fenster im Erdgeschoss bieten atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Stadt-Skyline, was es zu entspannen und in der Privatsphäre der Suite zu entspannen macht.
Das Marmor-Klasse-Badezimmer war ein Highlight, mit einem tiefen Schaumtube und Regenschlauch mit Premium Toiletten. Die doppelte Vanität, mit einer tiefen Beleuchtung, machte sich bereit zu einer Freude. Ich habe besonders die erwärmten Böden und die luxuriösen Badewanne geschätzt, die einen zusätzlichen Anzug von Komfort hinzugefügt.
Dienst war unvermögenswert, mit Hausaufbewahrung, um sicherzustellen, dass das Zimmer jederzeit unspottbar und gut gespeichert war. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ausgedehnt auf die kleinen Touchs, wie der Nacht-Switch-Service, komplett mit handwerklichen Schokolade und eine Auswahl an Kissen aus wählen.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Taj nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war ein heiliges Haus von Luxus und Ruhe, so dass es die perfekte Wahl für jemand, der sich in einer erstklassigen Erfahrung zu verabschieden sucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der eine Mischung von Opulenz und Komfort in ihren Unterkünften sucht.

AAnonymer BenutzerIt’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.
