Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar... danke dem Team im Vorbüro, das unser Check-in gemacht hat, FNB, die das Essen mit lebendig vorbereitet und serviert, Zimmerservice, der sichergestellt hat, dass wir das Zimmer sauber und organisiert, wenn wir zurück sind. Ich werde das gleiche sicher buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Goa bin. Taxistand ist nahe und der Bereich ist sehr sicher für die weiblichen Reisenden.

Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in Colva von Marriott am Hof zu bleiben, und es war eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der warmen Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die dieses Hotel bietet. Hier sind einige Highlights aus meinem Aufenthalt: 1. **Exceptional Staff**: Die Mitarbeiter von Courtyard von Marriott ging wirklich oben und weiter, um meinen Aufenthalt komfortable und erinnerlich zu machen. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. 2. **Exzellente Reinigung**: Das Hotel verfügt über einen außergewöhnlich hohen Reinigungsstandard. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und die gemeinsamen Bereiche, einschließlich der Lobby, Restaurant und Pool, waren unschädlich. Es ist klar, dass das Hausbetreuungsteam in ihrer Arbeit sehr stolz ist, um eine hygienische und angenehme Umgebung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten. 3. **Nachbarschaft zum Strand**: Eine der besten Merkmale dieses Hotels ist seine Nähe zum Colva Beach. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang, ist der Strand leicht zugänglich, macht es perfekt für einen Morgengrauen oder einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Bequemlichkeit, so nah am Strand zu sein, fügte mir einen besonderen Kontakt zu meinem Aufenthalt hinzu. 4. **Komfortable Zimmer**: Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut konzipiert und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel und der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Es war ein perfekter Rückzug nach einem Tag der Erforschung. 5. **Essen Optionen**: Das Restaurant auf der Website serviert eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten, sowohl lokale als auch internationale. Das Frühstücksbuffet war besonders beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die jedem Palast passen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Courtyard von Marriott, Colva nichts weniger als fantastisch. Die Kombination aus hervorragender Service, Sauberkeit und der beste Lage in der Nähe des Strandes macht es eine top Wahl für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende und freue mich auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Zukunft!

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.

Insgesamt war dies ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Einige große Hütten, aber weniger aufgrund des Hotels oder des Personals. Einige Zeiten des Jahres wird es zu besetzt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde es bequem und zufriedenstellend gefunden. Ich denke, das Personal hier ist sehr professionell und gewidmet, was sie tun. Ich würde für einen Aufenthalt hier zurückkehren.

Got back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

Ich war vor kurzem im Hilton Goa und hatte eine angenehme, wenn auch nicht einheitlich Erfahrung. Das Zimmer selbst war ausgezeichnet – sehr geräumig mit einem großen Kingsize-Bett, wunderschönen Möbeln und blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Die Lage war auch ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön. Der Swimmingpool war jedoch eine große Enttäuschung. Es schien zu viel Chlor oder andere Chemikalien im Wasser zu sein, was das Schwimmen unangenehm machte. Meine Augen brannten schon nach wenigen Minuten im Pool stark … er war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts praktisch unbrauchbar, was bedauerlich war. Auch im Fitnessclub besteht Verbesserungsbedarf! Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und professionell, aber es fehlte etwas an Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, die ich von einem High-End-Resort erwarten würde. Ich würde sie auf keinen Fall unhöflich nennen, aber sie beschränkten sich strikt aufs Geschäftliche und lächelten kaum oder unterhielten sich anregend. Ich hatte mir Personal gewünscht, das sich besonders anstrengt, um eine einladendere Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Alles in allem hat das Hilton Goa in Bezug auf Zimmer und Lage einiges zu bieten. Sie müssen das chemische Ungleichgewicht im Pool beheben und ihren Service gastfreundlicher gestalten, um als erstklassiges 5-Sterne-Hotel hervorzustechen. Das Fundament ist vorhanden, aber einige Optimierungen könnten daraus ein wirklich erstklassiges Hotel machen. Danke
