Das Personal war so freundlich und willkommen, wir kamen und Zimmer waren spotless, alles was wir brauchten. Hatte ein wenig Muschi gefüttert, aber es ist ein älteres Gebäude, das sie nicht vernichtet. Wir essen in der Lounge Bar Essen war schönes Personal wieder groß. Wir baten um ein ruhiges Zimmer und es war nicht hörte einen Lärm ruhigen Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine Natur Spaziergang auf den Boden Es war schön von einem Abend, ein wenig Spaziergang schöne Umgebung ich würde wieder dort bleiben

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

Lovely hotel, fresh clean rooms. Very quiet location considering it is close to the main road. Breakfast buffet was good quality and wide selection. Staff were friendly. Games room added extra fun with the stay.

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

We enjoy staying this hotel especially for the convenient location with parking space. Join the hotel membership, you will enjoy the exclusive reserved area in the restaurant for breakfast and fast check in/ check out queue.

Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist typisch für das englische Unterhaus. Der Blick ist sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist alles in Ordnung. Besonders der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Am Morgen war die Zeit zu beschleunigen, die Damen im Restaurant halfen mir vorläufig etwas zu essen, großartig, danke

Schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Arme Lebensmittelservice von der Bar am Abend. Vorbestellte Abendessen für 19.10 - ankommt bei 19.40 nach dem Service von Personen, die später bestellt haben.

Stayed at the hilton while we visited the Christmas market. We had a lovely weekend. Reception was excellent from the smooth booking in to the hot complimentary cookie. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of the town it is no distance to walk in. Will definitely be visiting again . .
