Wir reservierten dieses Hotel, so dass wir das Dampfzimmer und die Heizungsröhre nutzen konnten, aber beide waren für 3 Tage aus der Reihenfolge, die die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts war. Das Essen im Hotel - der Service war erschütternd Ich wartete 1.5 Stunden für ein veganes Rindfleisch Wellington, dann ein Caulifur risotto, das ich nicht bestellt und wurde die Entschuldigung, dass der Koch nicht genügend Zeit / es würde zu lange dauern, um ein Vegan Wellingotn- obwohl es ein Sonntagsgebäck war und sie wussten, dass ich nicht Fleisch gegessen habe 4 Stunden vor dem Essen und ich ursprünglich gesagt wurde, dass ich 10 Minuten für mein Wellington nach dem Krähen auf die Höhle warten musste- also alles, was ich zu essen hatte, waren Seiten. Das Zimmer war groß- und Hotel unschädlich

Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. It’s clear that attention to detail has been prioritized. One of the standout highlights was the spa. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was tranquil—perfect for unwinding. The pool area was spotless, and the treatments were first-class, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Dining at the hotel was also a fantastic experience. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with a smile. It’s evident that the team takes great pride in the quality of their service. Overall, I’m delighted to say that Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa has more than redeemed itself in my eyes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service. Can’t wait to return!

Wir besuchten die Stadt, da mein Sohn ein Koch ist und in der Gegend arbeitete. Dies war eine wirklich schöne Lage und ein schönes Hotel, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und die Eincheckung war einfach. Wir würden empfehlen.

Picked this hotel as it is very close to Gatwick North Terminal, only 2 minute walk away. I checked in and was first assigned a room, I walk in and it had not been cleaned at all, towels on the floor, bed not made and bottles opened on the table. I went back to reception and they were very nice and apologetic, they kindly told me that they have upgraded my room and apologised for the inconvenience. The new room which I was assigned looked very much like the room I had paid for, not sure what the upgrade was, but at least it was clean this time. In terms of the price, it’s very expensive but what the hotel lacks in cleanliness, it makes up for in location. I’ll probably save my money next time and stay at the Premier Inn across the road.

The Hotel is ideally situated and can access directly near the easy jet bag drop off in North Terminal. Don't even have to go outside. Checkin was so simple and all my previous requests were carried out. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Beds were very comfortable too. We had an early flight so only had continental breakfast which was delicious and set us up ready for our flight. Check out was a breeze too and there was a very pleasant helpful gentleman there even though it was 5am in the morning. Have booked again for our next early flight in May. Highly recommend

As normal excellent service. Such a friendly but professional attitude from all staff, with a great breakfast included in price. Rooms clean with all facilities you would want on a business trip. Still no restaurant for evening meal but they do offer pizza’s, and there is an excellent restaurant across road.

Beautiful & clean facilities, nice strong hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed with various pillows to choose from & extra towels in the wardrobe. Enough lighting from lamps around the room & good view of the carpark to check on our vehicle. Located 20 mins from North Terminal Gatwick via shuttle bus (£4 each) runs every 15 mins. Full English cooked breakfast available with black pudding as well as pastries, continental options too. Front desk (Danny) was super helpful & answered all our questions for an early start to catch our flight. Car was safe in their carpark for 4 days (£20 per day) & easy to get back to via the shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again.

Ich verbrachte insgesamt drei Tage im Hotel während einer Arbeitsreise, die auch eine gewisse Zeit nötigte, um in den Abenden Computerarbeit zu machen. Es erschien der perfekte Ort zu bleiben. Ein komfortables und ruhiges Zimmer mit allen Einrichtungen, das Sie beantragen können, ein großes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal und eine Art 'zu Hause machen' das Gefühl über den Ort. Ich habe das Restaurant nicht benutzt, weil ich spät arbeitete, aber ich genieße Pie und Masch bestellt aus der Bar-Zone ein Abend, (mit einem Pint), und beide gingen ein Therapie. Es gibt auch ein Gesundheits-Spa dort, so dass nächstes Mal werde ich mich erinnern, um meine Schwimmshorts zu verpacken. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt und ich habe Geld gerettet, indem ich auch durch Trip.com buchte.
