Location brilliant- walking distance from Lime Street Railway Station and all other amenities. The Aldelphi was once a beautiful old Victorian building in its hey day - but now it’s “tired” it needs investment and updating. Reception staff helpful in checking in etc. Unfortunately the bar staff were not interested in customer service - they rang the bell for last orders a complete hour before closing time!!! Pulling down two of the bar shutters sides 30 minutes early! There were at least 30 residents/customers in the room. Do they want trade/ business????? Would I return - no!

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

amazing check-in a lovely gift of 2 drinks for a birthday treat. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and was in need of a better clean but overall a nice stay

Die Studio-Apartment war perfekt für unseren 3-Nacht- Aufenthalt. Wir haben nicht dort gegessen, aber es gab immer Kaffee, Tee und Milch für die Anfrage am Frontdesk. Wir kamen früh und konnten ins Zimmer einchecken und bei dem Verlassen haben sie unser Gepäck bis an diesem Nachmittag ohne Gebühr gehalten. Die Lage war großartig und wandelbar für alles, was wir in Liverpool, sehr zentral gelegen wollten. Ganz in der Nacht, Schnappt Gürtel und komfortables Bett. Gutes Bad und schöne fluffy Handtücher, aber die Duschetür war nicht richtig einbezogen und ein paar Wasser war auf dem Boden. Will wieder bleiben!

Schöne Hotellobby mit historischen, aber modernen Möbeln in den Zimmern. Essen in Palmenhof war gut. Seifenversorger müssen verbessert werden, wenn sie leicht verhaftet werden.

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel hat uns geregelt, auf einem hohen Stock mit Blick auf das Stadtzentrum Liverpool und das Meer zu bleiben. Dies ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
