Am Nachmittag wurde ein Nachmittagstee angeboten, den wir aus Zeitgründen jedoch nicht genießen konnten. Das Hotel konnte es nur durch zwei Sets themenbezogener Toilettenartikel ersetzen, aber wir waren zu viert ... das war ein bisschen schade.
Obwohl die Hotellobby etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und der Geruch etwas unangenehm ist, gibt es im Zimmer kein derartiges Problem. Es wurde sorgfältig renoviert und auch der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer ist sehr gut."

SSunny.ChiuVor langer Zeit lebte ich in Hengchun und arbeitete als Yogalehrerin. Ich fand die Umgebung damals wunderschön. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, muss ich unbedingt wiederkommen und Urlaub machen.
Ich habe meine Kinder nach vielen Jahren wieder mitgebracht, und es ist immer noch so schön!
Das Zimmer ist auch sehr komfortabel. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß mit der intelligenten Haushaltshilfe. Als ich nachts eine Duschhaube brauchte, brachte sie mir der Roboter an die Zimmertür. Ich hoffe, dass beim nächsten Familienurlaub mehr Leute das gemeinsam erleben können!
P.S.: Die Einkaufstaschen gefallen mir auch sehr gut.

DdkworksThe only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

GGastnutzerVier-Sterne-Hotels sind relativ teurer als Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Aber die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr schön und meine Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem ich die Sonne genießen kann, was ein sehr gutes Gefühl ist. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten, aber die Qualität ist gut. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel für Alleinreisende geeignet. Darüber hinaus denke ich, dass der größte Vorteil des Lebens hier darin besteht, dass es in der Nähe viele hochwertige kleine Restaurants gibt, darunter koreanische, westliche und japanische Gerichte. Wenn es einen Rabatt für einen Aufenthalt von drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gibt, würde ich ihn meiner Meinung nach jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Taipeh komme, gerne buchen.

GGastnutzerMeine allgemeine Erfahrung im Hotel Kuva Chateau war angenehm, obwohl ich ein wenig enttäuscht war, dass der Pool im Winter geschlossen und nur vom Mai bis September geöffnet wird. Es gibt jedoch einen öffentlichen Pool gegenüber dem Hotel, wo man NT 100 zahlen kann, um einen schönen Schwimmbad und heißen Frühling zu genießen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit einem sehr sauberen und gut gepflegten Park in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, und ich mochte das Badezimmer, das eine saubere Badewanne mit einem Spottlöser hatte.

GGastnutzerWir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Orient Luxury Hotel. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war genau nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet, schlicht und modern. Die private Hotspring auf dem Balkon war ein Highlight. Das Essen war auch hervorragend. Da wir aus Europa kommen, war auch für beim Brunch Buffet sehr viel Auswahl. Natürlich gab es auch eine riesige Auswahl an Früchten und Gemüse (für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment.
Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of.
The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic.
Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility.
On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch.
The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future.
Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

GGastnutzerEs ist nur eine Minute Fußweg von der MRT-Station entfernt. Das Hotel ist neu und sauber, und auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. Leider ist die Schalldämmung nur mittelmäßig. Nachts konnte ich die Gespräche der Gäste in den Isolationszimmern hören. Insgesamt bin ich aber zufrieden und würde beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten.
