Große Hotelerfahrung, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier! Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und bietet alles, was Sie bei einem Besuch in Jinan wünschen könnten. Es war mein erstes Mal, lokale Spezialitäten wie die Äquivalente und zu versuchen, und sie waren hervorragend. Die westliche Auswahl ist auch ein Highlight. Die Backwaren sind hervorragend, und die Desserts sind alle lecker. Die Schwimmbadeinrichtungen sind sehr gut gepflegt, mit einem 25-metre Pool, der ideal für Übung und Entspannung ist. Serviceeinrichtungen sind von 6:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr verfügbar, so dass Sie wirklich einen großen Wert für Geld erhalten. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt gründlich genossen und würden dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Ausstattung: Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr gut, es riecht nicht, die Möbel und das Badezimmer sind sehr sauber. Man kann sagen, dass ich schon in so vielen Hotels übernachtet habe, Atour hat mich dieses Mal wirklich überrascht! Hotels der gleichen Kategorie können Ihnen 5🌟 geben! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig! Es hat riesige Fenster! Juhuu, das ist großartig! Hygiene: Sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sehr sauber und werden häufig ausgetauscht. Ich ging tagsüber raus und kam abends mit neuen Gesichtstüchern und Wasser zurück. Umgebung: Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, eine Waschküche, einen Bürobereich, ein Restaurant und eine Terrasse. Die Waschküche ist perfekt! Service: Der Service ist großartig. Beim Einchecken waren die Jungs und Mädchen an der Rezeption sehr geduldig und hatten eine gute Einstellung. Sie forderten uns auch auf, das Zimmer im Voraus zu überprüfen und uns eine Pause zu gönnen. Wir haben mitten in der Nacht die Wäsche gewaschen und es hat lange gedauert, sie zu trocknen Verantwortungsvoll und rücksichtsvoll und half mir, meine Kleidung zu trocknen und zu packen. Das Hotel liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend von Golden Beach. Die Doppel- und Doppelbetten im Zimmer sind sehr gut für das Mitbringen von Kindern geeignet Das allgemeine Urlaubsgefühl ist voll. Beim Check-in gab es leckere Snacks und Sandgräbe-Sets für Kinder als Geschenk. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir in Kontakt kamen, waren alle enthusiastisch und rücksichtsvoll. Sie erkundigte sich vorab nach unseren Wünschen und ergriff sogar die Initiative, Reisefotos als Andenken auszudrucken. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass das chinesische Restaurant des Hotels fantastisches Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen bietet. Man kann sagen, dass es die zufriedenstellendste Mahlzeit dieser Reise ist. Wenn Sie nach Yantai kommen, empfiehlt es sich, ein oder zwei Nächte in der Stadt und am Golden Beach zu verbringen.

Dieser Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, wurde aber vom Hotel kostenlos in ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick upgegradet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und der Balkon bot einen herrlichen Meerblick. Es war sauber und komfortabel, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, und der Hotelservice war sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotelambiente erinnerte an ein Märchenschloss, und das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und schmeckte hervorragend.

Zuerst kümmerte sich Nicky um mich bei der Eincheckung und gab mir ein besonderes Geschenk und Erfahrung. Und Nicky ist wunderschön. Kimi war auch ein großes Mitarbeiter für mich während der Abreise. My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Was mich am meisten beeindruckt war ihre freundliche Anbietung einer Komplimentarzimmer-Upgrade. Es war so eine angenehme Überraschung und wirklich machte meinen Aufenthalt noch wunderbarer. Das upgrade Zimmer war wunderbar, und ich schätze wirklich diese gedankevolle Geste. Sie zeigt ihre Entschlossenheit, die Gästezufriedenheit und ihr starkes Engagement für die Erbringung eines ausgezeichneten Services zu bekunden. In meinem Aufenthalt war Frau Gao Xue immer hilfreich und reaktiv, wenn ich Fragen hatte oder Hilfe benötigt hatte. Seine positive Einstellung, Effizienz und Professionalität reflektieren sehr gut im Hotel insgesamt. Vielen Dank nochmal, Frau Gao Xue, für Ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher an andere empfehlen und freue mich auf Ihren Aufenthalt in Zukunft wieder.

Ich war schon oft hier und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer bieten das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Landschaft ist unbeschreiblich. Die Servicemitarbeiter des Hotels, sowohl am Concierge als auch an der Rezeption, lächeln alle und sind sehr freundlich. Es lohnt sich, zu bleiben! Ich habe eine Suite mit einer unvergleichlichen Aussicht und einem großzügigen Bereich gebucht. Es gibt wahrscheinlich kein Hotel mit einer besseren Aussicht. Die Lage ist einzigartig. In der Nacht, als wir im Laden ankamen, empfing uns ein männlicher Manager, an dessen Namen wir uns nicht erinnern konnten, und schenkte uns eine Kostprobe der lokalen Spezialität Laoshan Coca-Cola, was uns die Strapazen der Reise ersparte.
