"Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, neben dem St. Regis Hotel und der Haitian Mall. Es ist nicht weit vom May Fourth Square und MixC entfernt, etwa zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß oder eine kurze Taxifahrt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Meeresfrüchte-Dinnerbuffet bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit frischen Meeresfrüchten und einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und alkoholischen Getränken. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich; bei der Ankunft halfen sie mit dem Gepäck bis aufs Zimmer und beim Abschied trugen sie es aktiv zum Auto. Bei der Ankunft gab es Laoging-Getränke und kleine Geschenke und es wurden viele Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Zimmerservice reagierte schnell. Als an unserem Abreisetag Straßen wegen eines Marathons gesperrt waren, wurden wir proaktiv informiert, um Verspätungen zu vermeiden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert."

"Das im Voraus gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr groß. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist recht weit und der Service ist akzeptabel. Das Bett war recht bequem und die Badewanne war groß. Der Wasserdruck war instabil und es gab nur eine Taschentuchbox. Der Inhalt des Kühlschranks wird bezahlt und es gibt kein Willkommensobst. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. "Wenn das Marriott nebenan ein Gartenhotel ist, ist dieses ein kleines Hotel im Bonsai-Stil. Es ist wunderschön gestaltet und sauber. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist nicht sehr vielfältig, aber der Geschmack ist akzeptabel. Ich empfehle, die Anzahl der Dampfbrötchen zu reduzieren und stattdessen auf Toast und frittierte Teigstangen umzusteigen.
Die neu eröffneten Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet! Es gibt jedoch ein kleines Problem: Der Bodenablauf im Erdgeschoss hat keinen geruchsdichten S-Bogen, und der Geruch im gesamten Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist unerträglich. Es hat riesige Fenster! Juhuu, das ist großartig!
Hygiene: Sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sehr sauber und werden häufig ausgetauscht. Ich ging tagsüber raus und kam abends mit neuen Gesichtstüchern und Wasser zurück.
Umgebung: Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, eine Waschküche, einen Bürobereich, ein Restaurant und eine Terrasse. Die Waschküche ist perfekt!
Service: Der Service ist großartig. Beim Einchecken waren die Jungs und Mädchen an der Rezeption sehr geduldig und hatten eine gute Einstellung. Sie forderten uns auch auf, das Zimmer im Voraus zu überprüfen und uns eine Pause zu gönnen. Wir haben mitten in der Nacht die Wäsche gewaschen und es hat lange gedauert, sie zu trocknen Verantwortungsvoll und rücksichtsvoll und half mir, meine Kleidung zu trocknen und zu packen. Es war sehr früh am nächsten Morgen, obwohl ich nicht aufgestanden bin Beim Auschecken wurde mir die Lieferung der Kleidung erklärt, es war also überhaupt kein Problem.) Und Nicky ist wunderschön.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress.
The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest.
Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations.
Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay.
In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice.

This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi.
The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it.
The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily.
I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

Der Service und die Verwaltung des Hotels sind sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmerfrucht werden täglich aktualisiert. Es gibt Yoghurt, Tremella Suppe, Gepäckwäschereiniger, Kopfband, spezielle Schalen. Am Tag der Abreise, Frau Yue Aihua ( Ehua), eine Vollzeit-Boden-Butler, persönlich schickte die Tür aus. Sie hat auch intim Obst, Trinkwasser und Joghurt und einen guten Fünf-Sterne-Service.
