Ich genieße immer meinen Aufenthalt hier. Das Hotel ist mit einem Spaziergang an den Flughafenterminal angeschlossen, so dass es einfach zu und vom Flughafen zu kommen ist. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Hotel ist sauber. Das Personal kann Englisch sprechen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe ein kostenloses Zimmer auf den neuesten Stand gebracht, wenn ich angemeldet bin. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist interessant, da Sie die Flugzeuge abfahren können. Das Zimmer hat gutes Sound-Test, so dass der Sound der Flugzeuge abfahren sehr minimal ist.
Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Toiletten. Insgesamt, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Aussicht von der Hotellobby im 26. Stock ist sehr gut. In der Lobby weht einem ein sehr frischer Duft nach Meeresparfüm ins Gesicht, der einem schon beim Betreten das Gefühl eines High-End-Hotels vermittelt. Die Damen und Herren in der Lobby waren sehr begeistert, erkundigten sich und schoben mein Gepäck. Als ich eincheckte, wurde mir sogar ein Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie mit Meerblick angeboten eine tolle Überraschung! Vom Fenster des Zimmers aus können Sie den Berg Yantai, die Mondbucht, die Chaoyang-Straße und die Stadt auf einen Blick sehen. Es wird dringend empfohlen, diesen Ort zu wählen und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich habe vorher gezögert, Hilton zu buchen, aber die Lage war ungünstig, also habe ich mich schließlich für Pullman entschieden. Es hat sich gelohnt!

Das Ethos war leicht zu finden und überraschend elegant (hochwertig). Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und ruhig, mit einem bequemen Sofa und einer Kaffeemaschine. Die große Badewanne war fantastisch; man konnte sich richtig ausstrecken und die müden Glieder entspannen. Das Bett war groß und weder zu hart noch zu weich. Der Toilettensitz ist beheizbar. Die Heizung war sehr effizient und leise. Alle Angestellten waren trotz meiner schlechten Chinesischkenntnisse freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und als Bonus gab es täglich einen Liter Wasser. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist die beste in Weifang, der Preis ist ausgezeichnet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber angesichts des Preises mehr als ausreichend. Der Zigarettengeruch war jedoch etwas unangenehm. Die Nichtraucherzimmer müssten dringend desinfiziert werden. Der Zustand der einzelnen Zimmer variierte leicht.

主要還是嗯，51海邊的天實在是太冷了，再加上陰天下雨，所以這個温度還是比較低，但是這個住的是非常不錯，直接能看到海也沒有明顯的遮擋，然後離海邊也很近的然後小區裏的配套措施也非常好，有購物的也有吃的，也都還不錯最主要的就是五一天比較涼，然後在陽台上坐着吃吃的看還麪的風靜

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt gut. Allerdings funktionierte das Xiao Du-Gerät nicht während meiner Besuchszeit, was ein wenig ungünstig war. Außerdem gab es einen Tag, als die Hausaufsicht vergessen hat, mein Zimmer zu bauen. Trotz dieser Fragen bietet das Front Desk-Personal einen guten Service und war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch ziemlich nahe Dai Temple, was die Sicht einfacher macht.

Das Suitezimmer ist sehr groß, die Toilette ist sehr groß, die Wasserleitung ist sehr groß, die Einrichtungen sind bequem
Der Nachteil ist zu neu, ein wenig schmeckt, sobald ich ins Zimmer bin, und das Fenster ist eine Nacht geöffnet.
Das ist großartig. Ich empfehle, zu bleiben.
Das Frühstück ist einfacher, die kleinen Tee ist besser süß.

GGastnutzerI found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests.
The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Man kann sagen, dass ich schon in so vielen Hotels übernachtet habe, Atour hat mich dieses Mal wirklich überrascht! Hotels der gleichen Kategorie können Ihnen 5🌟 geben! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig! Es hat riesige Fenster! Juhuu, das ist großartig!
Hygiene: Sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sehr sauber und werden häufig ausgetauscht. Ich ging tagsüber raus und kam abends mit neuen Gesichtstüchern und Wasser zurück.
Umgebung: Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, eine Waschküche, einen Bürobereich, ein Restaurant und eine Terrasse. Die Waschküche ist perfekt!
Service: Der Service ist großartig. Beim Einchecken waren die Jungs und Mädchen an der Rezeption sehr geduldig und hatten eine gute Einstellung. Sie forderten uns auch auf, das Zimmer im Voraus zu überprüfen und uns eine Pause zu gönnen. Wir haben mitten in der Nacht die Wäsche gewaschen und es hat lange gedauert, sie zu trocknen Verantwortungsvoll und rücksichtsvoll und half mir, meine Kleidung zu trocknen und zu packen. Es war sehr früh am nächsten Morgen, obwohl ich nicht aufgestanden bin Beim Auschecken wurde mir die Lieferung der Kleidung erklärt, es war also überhaupt kein Problem.) Sie lieferten auch sorgfältig Wasser und baten mich, auf dem Weg zum Zug eine Flasche mitzunehmen (ich fand es auch etwas kalt am Morgen, also bekam ich Wasser mit Raumtemperatur) Voller kleiner Details

Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, aber dank der Mitarbeiter erwies sich es als eine sehr gute Erfahrung.
Zuerst kümmerte sich Nicky um mich bei der Eincheckung und gab mir ein besonderes Geschenk und Erfahrung.
Und Nicky ist wunderschön.
Kimi war auch ein großes Mitarbeiter für mich während der Abreise.
Er gab mir eine Teddy-Bär.

GGastnutzerVielen Dank an die Dame an der Rezeption, die uns vorab angerufen und nach unseren Check-in-Wünschen gefragt hat. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und hat alles Nötige für die Kinder vorbereitet.
Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geputzt, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die U-Bahn bietet eine direkte Anbindung an den Bahnhof Qingdao oder den Nordbahnhof Qingdao.
Das Frühstück war sehr sättigend. Die Bilder zeigen einen schnellen Happen, da ich in Eile war. Mir fiel ein, dass ich noch keine Fotos gemacht hatte, also habe ich welche hinzugefügt.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Gewerbegebiet, sodass man dort sehr gut essen und einkaufen kann.

GGastnutzer房間設施 : 雖然開業已久，但保養還不錯。浴室玻璃房居然沒看到水漬，膠條也沒發黴，倒是出乎意料。有個桌子特別好，吃飯娛樂很方便。酒店有配備洗手液，經過疫情事件，大家都習慣了回家洗手，有個洗手液真是貼心，酒店想的很周到。
早餐：出乎意料，不愧是老牌五星，早餐是按照正兒八經的五星標準出，手工鮁魚水餃超美味！
wifi：網絡很順暢，不卡頓。
床：床品舒服，床墊睡着很舒適。
位置: 地理位置優越，離金海灣棧橋很近。
停車：免費停車，停車位足夠。
服務：辦理入住流程順暢，服務耐心貼心，細節做的很到位，是一次很安心的入住，推薦大家選擇。因為此次是家庭旅遊，我們到房間的時候，服務人員已經在門口等候，給我們送來了第三份洗漱用品和拖鞋了。給一個大大的贊！
性價比：非常高！

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

CCallum McNeill-KeayMy recent stay at the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel in a Deluxe Queen Room was a well-rounded and positive experience, particularly suited to travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and efficiency near the airport.
One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress.
The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest.
Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations.
Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay.
In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice.
Overall, the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel provides a balanced blend of efficiency, comfort, and accessibility. The attentive service, highlighted by small but meaningful gestures from staff such as Ali, elevates the experience and reinforces the hotel’s reputation as a high-quality and dependable airport accommodation option.

FFrom a SingaporeanThe positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question.
After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

Besonders Hotelmanager Mr. Fred xu und Mr. Charles zhais hervorragende Kundenservice ist unvergesslich. Wenn Sie das Ghus Hotel besuchen, rufen Sie sie an, bevor Sie den Grund kennen. Der Kundenservice ist genau perfekt und endlos freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über ausgezeichnete Qualität Unterkunft einschließlich Bett und Kissen komfortabel und sauberer Boden und voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Viel höher ausgestattet als andere 5-Sterne-Hotel. Ich werde sicherlich wieder bleiben. Vermisst nicht das beste einzigartige Frühstück !
