Hotel room was good, comfortable queen bed. No fridge in the room. Good location, less than 200m from Xinhua metro station. Breakfast was ok, though almost no ‘Western’ options as claimed (e.g., there was sliced bread, but no toaster / butter / jam or knives). Staff were friendly, but no English spoken at front desk (as claimed) anytime we were there.

Generally enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean and amenities are nice. The front desk and restaurant staff were responsive and nice. But, could not operate air-con and tv as all the instructions were in Chinese, and had to go down to the front desk for help to send someone.

Das Hotel hat ein großes Hof, wie ein kleiner Garten, und ein Fitnessstudio, sehr freundlich zu Sportlern; die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett, mit einem Kleidungschrank, viele Tafeln für Gepäcktafeln, die bequem sind; Das Badezimmer ist zwar scharf, aber auch scharf. Ich fühle mich persönlich gesünder als das Schlafzimmer. Ich habe nicht sorgfältig geprüft, wenn ich bestellt bin, ich habe mich selbst mit dem Nachtbettservice und ich habe mich überrascht, dass ich mich über das alte Hotel unterbreitet habe. Ich kann das nächste Mal weiterhin überlegen, zu bleiben.

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

Es muss diesem Trichet Hotel einen großen Kompliment geben! Sobald Sie ins Zimmer eingehen, wurde der Raum wirklich groß und die Sicht ist sehr offen. Das Dekorationsdesign geht mit modernen einfachen Qualitätsstunden, das Design des Badezimmers ist sehr gedankenvoll, die Spiegel in der Form von Kleidern sind besonders wunderschön, die Marmorplatten sind sauber und klar und die Details sind voll. Die meisten loben ihre intelligenten Kundenkontrolle und weiche harte Bettwäsche, ein gutes Schlaferlebnis. Rufen Sie mit Wuth oder Reisen Sie dieses Haus nicht zu versehen!

* Zwei oder drei Wochen lang, der Preis ist sehr hoch und das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Fitnesszimmer, Café und Waschraum sind sehr komplett. * Wichtigstes ist, dass das Hotel nicht auf der Straße ist. In dem Garten zwischen dem Schreibgebäude und dem Innenhof ist die Nacht super ruhig (viele gleiche Hotels werden teuerer auf der Straße sein). * Obwohl nicht auf der Straße, sondern auf der Busbahnhof, die Attraktionen in der Stadt haben direkten Busverkehr, ist es sehr bequem. Die Ostbahnhof- und Flughafen-Ebene sind sehr nahe. Sie können in der Nähe des Flusses nachts Spaziergang machen. * Besonders dankbar für das Personal, die Damen und Schwestern auf der Rezeption sind sehr nett, dass Sie mit allen Problemen aktiv koordiniert werden, sehr dankbar. Die Tante zum Frühstück und die Tante zum Reinigen von Hygiene sind auch sehr gut und sehr verantwortlich. Das nächste Mal werden Sie hier leben. Geschäftsreisen und Tourismus sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. An der Rezeption gibt es sogar einen Eiswürfelbereiter zur freien Verfügung. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Beim nächsten Besuch in Hohhot werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Disappointing experience for a hotel of this standard I had quite high expectations for Wanda Vista Hohhot, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing, especially considering the hotel is positioned as a five-star property. The first impression at check-in was already not great. There was very little sense of welcome from the front desk. While the staff member was trying to locate our booking number, she said “麻烦死了” within earshot of us. I was quite taken aback and actually asked if she was referring to us, to which she laughed and said no. She may have been frustrated with the computer or booking system, but regardless of who or what the comment was directed at, I do not think this is appropriate to say in front of guests during check-in. The overall attitude simply did not feel like the level of hospitality I would expect from a hotel in this category. What shocked me the most, however, was at the restaurant. The water jug being used at the coffee machine had very obvious orange-brown corrosion or buildup around the inner seam and spout, in an area that comes into contact with the water. I have attached photos because I think they speak for themselves. I cannot say exactly what the substance was, but seeing equipment used for drinking water in this condition was extremely concerning and immediately made me question the maintenance and hygiene standards of the beverage equipment. The property itself may carry a five-star name and facilities, but service and maintenance are equally important parts of a five-star experience. Between the uncomfortable check-in experience and finding the coffee machine water jug in that condition, this stay fell well below what I expected. I hope management takes the feedback seriously, particularly the condition of the beverage equipment and front desk service standards.

Angenehme Überraschung im The Orange Hotel in Tongliao, Innere Mongolei Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im The Orange Hotel in Tongliao, Innere Mongolei, zu übernachten, und es war ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby wurde ich herzlich empfangen und mit exzellentem Service verwöhnt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da man von dort aus bequem Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäftsviertel erreichen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt und mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten. Ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war das Frühstück im Erdgeschoss, das eine große Auswahl an europäischen und chinesischen Gerichten für jeden Geschmack bot. Das Personal war aufmerksam und der Service während des gesamten Frühstücks hervorragend. Das The Orange Hotel bietet außerdem verschiedene Einrichtungen wie ein Fitnessstudio und einen Wäscheservice, die ich während meines Aufenthalts gerne nutzte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir Zeit gespart. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im The Orange Hotel in Tongliao, Innere Mongolei, eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Die Kombination aus exzellentem Service, komfortablen Zimmern und der günstigen Lage machte den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem, der die Gegend besucht, wärmstens empfehlen.
