Dies war meine zweite Reise nach Luoyang. Beim letzten Mal übernachtete ich im Huayang Hotel, und dieses Mal wählte ich das Christine Hotel, das einen ähnlichen Stil hat. Wie das Huayang wirkte es wie ein älteres Hotel mit veralteter Ausstattung. Das Christine Hotel ist kleiner und hat weniger Zimmer, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ist der Service exzellent – ​​ein großer Pluspunkt. **Rezeption:** Ich kam gegen Mittag im Hotel an und aß zu Mittag. Als ich zurückkam, war das Zimmer noch nicht vollständig gereinigt. Nach kurzer Rücksprache durften wir das Zimmer zuerst betreten, und die älteren Gäste konnten sich im gereinigten Bett des Hauptschlafzimmers ausruhen. Die Rezeption ist klein und verfügt nur über zwei Computerarbeitsplätze. Während der Stoßzeiten mussten zwei Mitarbeiter zahlreiche Gäste gleichzeitig betreuen und arbeiteten wie ein Oktopus, reagierten aber effizient und zeigten eine hohe Arbeitsleistung. **Zimmer:** Ich wohnte in einem „Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer“, bei dem es sich vermutlich ursprünglich um eine Standard-Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer handelte. Hinter dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer wurde ein 1,5 m langes Bett aufgestellt, sodass man im Wohnbereich schläft und die Privatsphäre entsprechend eingeschränkt ist. Das Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer verfügt über Badewanne und Dusche, während das Gästebad einem Hotelbadezimmer ähnelt und lediglich Waschbecken und Toilette bietet. Das Zimmer befand sich am Ende des Flurs, und der tieffrequente Lärm von unten war tatsächlich ziemlich laut. In anderen Bewertungen wurden bereits Videos davon veröffentlicht, daher verzichte ich darauf. Nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag war ich zwar müde, aber als ich wieder einschlief, spürte ich davon nichts. Am Abreisetag ging ich jedoch nicht aus dem Haus, da ich mich unwohl fühlte. Der Lärm war aber so laut, dass ich überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Dies ist wohl der größte Nachteil dieser Zimmerkategorie. Service: Dieser Punkt verdient Erwähnung und war der Hauptgrund für meine Wahl dieser Unterkunft. Es gibt einen Shuttle-Service vom Bahnhof, und der Fahrer, der mit einem Schild am Ausgang wartete, war eine sehr nette Geste. An der Rezeption gibt es ein iPad-Bestellsystem, über das man viele Artikel ausleihen, Snacks, Obst und Bier bestellen kann, die dann innerhalb von 40 Minuten bis einer Stunde aufs Zimmer geliefert werden. Der Zimmerservice ist unglaublich aufmerksam. Die Mitarbeiterin, Schwester Wang (Wang Qiuyun), ist jemand, die „alles daran setzt, Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen und sogar Dinge zu schaffen, die Sie selbst nicht haben“. Sie kümmert sich um alles und ist dabei immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass Sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Eines Morgens, als ich mich schminkte, kam Schwester Wang zum Putzen herein und hörte, wie meine Familie und ich uns über die schlechte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer beschwerten. Sie bot mir sofort an, mir einen Schminkspiegel für den Nachmittag im Restaurant zu bringen. Auch das Frühstückspersonal war sehr engagiert und aufmerksam. Brillenträger bekamen Feuchttücher, Kinder bekamen Schürzen und Kindergeschirr, und an den Warmhaltestationen wurden die Tischnummern der Gäste notiert und das Essen direkt an den Tisch gebracht, sodass keine Wartezeiten entstanden. Das Brot und Gebäck der Bäckerei waren ebenfalls köstlich. Das Hotel war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten bestens ausgestattet. Für Familien mit Kindern gab es Bettgitter, Toilettenartikel, Geschirr, Flaschentrockner, Badewannen, Toilettensitze, Kinderzelte, Feuchttücher und Bademäntel. Für Hochzeitspaare standen Luftballons und rote Umschläge zur Dekoration bereit. Für Gäste, die Hausaufgaben machten oder arbeiteten, gab es Schreibwaren und Büromaterial. Das Hotel ging auf die Bedürfnisse aller Gäste ein.

1. Das Hotel ist nicht das Apartment, die Adresse ist das Partner, aber relativ neue 2. Die Suite ist relativ komfortabel, die Bettwaren sind gut, das Doppelzimmer weiß nicht, wie es geht. Trip.com ist kostenlos aktualisiert. 3. Die Lage ist besonders gut, gerade am nächsten Ort der Ticketkontrolle bei Longmen Stein. Sie sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß, und die Fahrkosten sind gespart. Das Auto steht im 6th Floor Hotel Dongshan und dann kommt jemand. Das Frühstück ist ein Zimmer, ein glückliches Gefühl, ein chinesisches Frühstück im chinesischen Familienstil Leider ist es der Dragon Rock, der einen Tag Tickets bekommt. Am nächsten Morgen wollte ich zum Begräbnis des Buddhismus gehen, um den Bud in Rufus zu sehen. Aber die Sicherheit lässt ihn nicht ein, es gibt im Grunde keinen Platz, um zu erreichen, so dass es weniger Spaß gibt, hier zu leben. Aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Dieses Mal bin ich mit meiner Familie nach Zhengzhou gekommen und habe dieses Hotel sorgfältig für meinen Aufenthalt ausgewählt. Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem Kongress- und Ausstellungszentrum und dem Henan Art Center im zentralen Geschäftsviertel des Zhengdong New District Das Geschäftsviertel und die Lage sind sehr gut. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Allgemeinen in den höheren Etagen mit Blick auf die Stadt und sind auch sauber und ordentlich. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Kikis Check-out war effizient und Sarah kümmerte sich gleichzeitig um Rechnungen und andere Folgeangelegenheiten Nun, sie haben den Check-out-Vorgang sehr schnell abgeschlossen und waren sehr professionell. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Gerichte sowie kantonesische und Henan-Küche. Probieren wir es das nächste Mal. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Diese Heimreise war eine absolut perfekte Erfahrung! Die Besitzer waren unglaublich warm und willkommen. Sie bot sogar kostenlose Transfers zu nahe gelegenen Attraktionen, wodurch unsere Sehenswürdigkeit so bequem ist. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach erstaunlich! Am Abend bestellten wir ein Abendessen und sie brachten es auf, so dass wir ein leckeres Essen genießen, während wir in der schönen Aussicht, wirklich die ultimative Urlaubsfreude. Ich habe diesen Ort tatsächlich nur für die Dachterrasse reserviert, und es war nicht enttäuscht! Der Preis ist auch erstaunlich , Sie werden nicht einen besseren Deal finden. Exzellenter Wert für Geld. Sehr empfohlen!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Die Twin Towers waren einst die höchsten in Zhengzhou, und Sie können ihre Erhabenheit schon beim Betreten der Lobby spüren. Die Einstellung des Servicepersonals war sehr gut. Als wir unsere Kinder mitbrachten, gab der Kellner jedem Kind sofort ein kleines Spielzeug. Die beiden Kinder waren sehr glücklich. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Obwohl die Einrichtung der Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, sind sie immer noch sehr schön.

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern hier und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe, was Ausflüge und Unternehmungen sehr einfach gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung gut. Es war zwar etwas klein, aber für eine Familie mit drei Personen war es absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Eine große Auswahl, sehr lecker und auch kinderfreundlich – wir waren alle satt und glücklich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders zu den Kindern. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Wenn wir wieder nach Luoyang kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.
