Meine Familie und meine Kinder haben alle sehr positiv über diesen Aufenthalt gesprochen. Der Raum ist groß genug und das Servicepersonal hat eine sehr gute Einstellung. Besonders Frau Liu Tao an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Auf meine kurze Nachfrage half sie mir beim Wechsel in ein Zweibettzimmer. Sie schenkte mir auch eine große Überraschung, ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Schnee, was ein tolles Erlebnis war . Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Skiausrüstungshalle, in der Sie frei hinein- und hinausgleiten können. Dieses Mal habe ich meine Kinder zum Skifahren mitgenommen, und es war die beste Zeit, die ich schon so oft in Chongli verbracht habe. Abbildung 3-4 ist eine reale Aufnahme des Balkons des Raumes.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top das Personal sehr freundlich das Frühstück super lecker.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

Einrichtungen: ein bisschen alt und das Zimmer ist groß. Gesundheit: Normal. Umgebung: Die Lage ist sehr gut, West Guan ist in die Zivilgesellschaft zurück. Dienst: Begeistert. Frühstück: Verglichen mit den Erwartungen, es ist ein Hotel, das schon ein Restaurant und ein Trinkwasser hat. Aber im Allgemeinen tut es mir leid, dass dieser Preis ist.

Dieses Hotel war für unsere Reise eine echte Überraschung. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Sowohl die Zimmeraufteilung, die Sauberkeit als auch die Parkausstattung und der Komfort sind sehr zufriedenstellend. Auch die kleinen Details im Zimmer sind sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt, vom Willkommensobst bis zu den Souvenirs. Die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke, die im Voraus zubereitet werden, geben uns das Gefühl, besonders aufmerksam zu sein. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am Hauptpark liegt, ist der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Die Verkehrsanbindung im gesamten Park ist gut organisiert, sodass sich die Gäste wohl und entspannt fühlen. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten, übernachten Sie im Nuo'an. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Mitarbeiterin Saria. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in hatten wir viele Fragen, die uns nicht ganz klar waren. Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihr einen WeChat schickten, antwortete sie innerhalb von Sekunden, egal wie spät es war. Selbst wenn sie bereits Feierabend hatte, ging sie innerhalb von Sekunden ans Telefon und half uns schnell. Sie war sehr effizient und gewissenhaft bei der Problemlösung. Sie hat auch unsere Ruhezeiten berücksichtigt und uns geholfen, den Check-out zu verzögern, damit wir entspannter abreisen konnten. Ein anderes Mal wollten wir einen Shuttlebus zurück zum Hotel rufen. Wir rechneten damit, länger als zehn Minuten warten zu müssen, und kontaktierten sie deshalb vor Fahrtende. Unerwartet kam ein Bus in der Nähe, aber wir waren noch nicht zur Hauptstraße gelaufen. Als keine anderen Gäste im Bus waren, beauftragte sie den Shuttlebusfahrer Li Xu, noch ein paar Minuten auf uns zu warten. Das hat uns wirklich ein herzliches und angenehmes Gefühl gegeben. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Saria nicht nur „nur“ ihren Job erledigt, sondern sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Diese Art von Service kann man nicht durch Training lernen. Er ist aufrichtig, rücksichtsvoll und von einer Wärme, die die Herzen berührt. Vielen Dank an Saria, denn sie hat diese Reise zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Erinnernswertem gemacht. Ich hoffe, ich kann bald wiederkommen und sie wiedersehen!

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut erschlossen, mit Supermärkten, Apotheken und Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Service an der Rezeption: Freundliche, herzliche und geduldige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind äußerst wichtig, da sie uns bei Fragen zum Hotel, zu lokalen Attraktionen und zum Transport schnell weiterhelfen können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem ist es sehr empfehlenswert!
