"Wir blieben hier nur eine Nacht, als eine Übernachtung als Teil unseres Transit erforderlich war, aber das Hotel ist schön. Ein wenig vom Flughafen, aber Glück für uns sehr nahe der Südbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett ist das Beste, was wir bisher in China übernachtet haben. Wir wurden schnell und unbekannt überprüft, da wir einen kostenlosen Upgrade zu einem der größten Zimmer des Hotels angeboten. Wir haben hier die Waschbecken genutzt, die uns schnell und wie erwartet sauber und getrocknet haben - was sicherlich nicht immer eine Garantie ist. Ich kann nicht viel mehr sprechen, da unser Aufenthalt so kurz war, aber ich würde nicht zögern, hier zu empfehlen, wenn die Lage Ihren Aufenthalt in Hefei passt."

"Die Hotelmanagerin war unglaublich aufmerksam und kannte den Huangshan-Berg in- und auswendig. Als ich sie nach verschiedenen Touren auf dem Berg fragte, beantwortete sie geduldig alle meine Fragen, gab Empfehlungen und berücksichtigte dabei, welche Routen einfacher oder schwieriger sind, Zeitpläne und die Angemessenheit der Routen. Außerdem half sie bei Problemen im Zimmer sofort. Wirklich toller Service! Ein großes Lob an sie! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Was das Hotel betrifft, so ist die Ausstattung und die Zimmer die besten am Huangshan-Berg. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert, entspricht einem Fünf-Sterne-Standard und die Zimmer verfügen sogar über warme, wasserdichte Jacken, was super ist. Das Hotelbuffet ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
Beim nächsten Mal, wenn ich zum Huangshan-Berg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Eine fantastische Erfahrung!"

"Dieses Hotel wurde von meiner Familie während der Maifeiertage aufgrund seines Waldthemas ausgewählt. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte dort und hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Erstens ist die Lage sehr günstig. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, und der Bahnhof Huangshan Nord, die Altstadt von Tunxi und Xidi sind nicht weit entfernt; sowohl Taxis als auch Autos ermöglichen eine schnelle Anbindung. Obwohl das Hotel an einem Hang liegt, führen Stege bequem dorthin. Zweitens ist die Hotelanlage sehr naturnah. Das Hauptgebäude fügt sich harmonisch in die Umgebung ein, ohne protzig zu wirken. In der Lobby zu sitzen und aus dem Fenster zu schauen, ist typisch für den Huizhou-Stil und sehr angenehm. Sogar Moos an den Wandecken und schwarze Fliesen verleihen dem Hotel eine besondere Note. Drittens war der Service exzellent. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vor unserer Abreise erhielten wir sogar ein Souvenir aus Zhanji – eine nette Geste. Viertens sind die Zimmer geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war hervorragend und das Bett genau richtig bequem. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass jeder, der mit Herzblut eine Pension führt, die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste verdient. Herzlich willkommen!"

"Ich war sehr glücklich, in diesem Hotel übernachtet zu haben. Erstens ist es sehr nah am Umsteigepunkt des Huangshan-Tors, nur vier bis fünf Minuten zu Fuß (ca. 500 Meter). Zweitens war der Service an der Rezeption hervorragend, herzlich, geduldig und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie erklärten geduldig die Routen zum Berg. Drittens sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, neu renoviert und geruchlos. Im zweiten Stock gibt es eine Wäscherei mit drei Waschmaschinen und drei Trocknern, die 24 Stunden lang kostenlos genutzt werden können. Viertens war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und bot viele Optionen, die Kinder mochten. Fünftens ist die Landschaft des Huangshan einfach wunderschön. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und erneut in diesem Hotel übernachten."

"Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Hefei kam, entschied ich mich für Grand Hyatt! Ich habe schon oft im Grand Hyatt übernachtet, aber im Grand Hyatt in Hefei hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sowohl der Service als auch die Zimmer wirklich großartig sind! Vor dem Check-in rief Grand Hyatt-Managerin Heidi an und fragte, ob Bedarf bestehe. Beim Einchecken. Sie haben die Initiative ergriffen, um auf meine Bedürfnisse einzugehen, haben für mich ein Zimmer im 54. Stock (maximal 55) eingerichtet und mir ein Upgrade in eine bessere Ecksuite vorgenommen! Zur Aussicht gibt es nichts zu sagen. Auch die Steppdecke ist sehr bequem und entspricht dem Niveau von Grand Hyatt! Als ich eincheckte, ergriff ich auch die Initiative, über WeChat zu fragen, ob ich noch weitere Wünsche hätte, und stellte mir Obst nach meinen Wünschen zusammen! Es ist wirklich super! "Diesmal kann ich auf dem See in Ayahu kommen! Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet, ist 3.6 Version. Die Umwelt sollte gesagt werden, dass es die gleiche Version ist, die Tiefe ist relativ dick. Es gibt eine Kulturstation an der Tür. Es ist einfach, auf der Bahnhof oder auf der Fußgängerstraße zu gehen. "Ich spielte in Hefei herum und blieb zwei Tage hintereinander. Insgesamt recht zufrieden.
Lage: Das Hotel liegt an der Hochstraße. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es etwas laut. Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, liegt zur Hochstraße hin (direkt vor dem Fenster). ist in Ordnung. Direkt daneben befindet sich eine U-Bahn-Station, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Zimmer: Mir gefällt vor allem die Bartheke und die Mikrowelle.
Sonstiges: Im dritten Stock gibt es einen Fitnessraum und eine Waschküche. Huiting ist sehr gut. Zusätzlich zu den beiden Frühstücken kostet das Frühstück für Kinder ab 1,4 Jahren 68 Yuan und für Kinder von 1,2 bis 1,4 Jahren 45 Yuan. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, erwarten Sie nicht zu viel."

GastnutzerThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

1. Ausgezeichnete geografische Lage, 3 Autominuten von der Yuping-Seilbahn entfernt. Nur auf halber Höhe des Berges.
2. Genießen Sie den exklusiven Abhol- und Bringservice. Das Buick-Nutzfahrzeug fährt direkt zum Huangshan Management Committee, um Sie vom Hotel abzuholen. So sparen Sie sich die Kosten und die Zeit, die für das Anstehen in Huangshan für den Transfer zum Bus anfallen die Seilbahn. Wenn Sie am nächsten Tag zu einer Seilbahn müssen, bringt Sie ein spezieller Wagen dorthin. Sie haben auch Trekkingstöcke parat, sodass Sie sich darüber überhaupt keine Sorgen machen müssen.
3. Das Design und der Geschmack des Hotels sind sehr gut. Es herrscht eine starke künstlerische Atmosphäre, die Dekoration ist sehr stilvoll und Kampferholz wird geschickt eingesetzt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Huangshan-Kunstzentrum mit zwei Etagen, das Kalligraphie- und Gemäldewerke berühmter Künstler sowie zeitgenössischer berühmter Kalligraphen und Maler sammelt und so einen umfassenden künstlerischen Einfluss bietet.

6. Der Qihua Club ist ein Schatz-Teehaus. Der Teekünstler der kleinen Schwester macht Tee und stellt die Teekultur vor. Elegant und einzigartig, Sie können Tee trinken und dabei dem Rauschen des Wassers lauschen. Selbst der regnerische Berg Huangshan hat einen einzigartigen Geschmack und die Menschen sind sofort still.
7. Huangshan Maojian-, Houkui- und Qimei-Tee werden im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Teeliebhaber müssen ihren eigenen Tee nicht mitbringen, was sehr rücksichtsvoll ist. Täglich werden Obst und zwei Flaschen Sodawasser geliefert, die Marke ist das berühmte Perrier-Wasser. Toilettenartikel: Lafite-Vorhang. Nach dem Auschecken schenkten sie mir aufmerksam ein Souvenir, was wirklich aufmerksam war.
Wenn Sie den Berg Huangshan besteigen möchten, buchen Sie es, buchen Sie es! Das ist es. Nachdem ich den Berg Huangshan bestiegen hatte, war ich so müde, dass ich fast zusammengebrochen wäre. Der Spezialwagen des Hotels holt Sie ab und die Fahrt dauert 3 Minuten. Verglichen mit den Gästen, die Schlange standen, um mit dem Bus zurück zum Hotel zu fahren, war dieser Moment wirklich ein glücklicher.

Das Zimmer ist ok, ich bin ganz zufrieden damit und auch die Umgebung ist gut. Genosse Li Jing, der Rezeptionist, der mich eincheckte, war sehr enthusiastisch und gab mir ein umfassendes Verständnis des lokalen Essens, des Reisens, des umliegenden roten Tourismus, der Yingjia-Kultur und des Foziling-Damms usw. Ich bin ihm sehr dankbar

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet durchweg hochwertige Speisen, wobei der Mandarinfisch besonders hervorzuheben ist. Der Zimmerservice ist schnell und aufmerksam. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Qualität des Deer Valley Guesthouse wechselte ich nach meiner Wanderung in ein anderes Gästehaus desselben Besitzers, Youhao Valley, um meinen Aufenthalt fortzusetzen.

Anonymer BenutzerFor a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy.
One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it.
However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience.
I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each.
The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems.
The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water.
For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here.
Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

Dieses Hotel war ein echter Gewinn für unseren Familienurlaub mit unseren Kindern! Der Besitzer war bei unserer Ankunft unglaublich freundlich, half uns mit unserem Gepäck und erkundigte sich proaktiv nach unseren Bedürfnissen. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war etwas klein, aber der Besitzer, der wusste, dass es mit unseren Kindern möglicherweise unbequem sein könnte, gab uns kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Der Raum fühlte sich so viel geräumiger an! Was für eine aufmerksame Geste!
Das Duschwasser war einfach fantastisch! Nicht nur die Temperatur war konstant, sondern auch der Wasserdruck war unglaublich angenehm. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag voller Spaß entspannte mich eine Dusche sofort und ich fühlte mich entspannt. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war sogar noch fantastischer, mit einer großen Auswahl an Optionen, darunter Porridge, gedämpfte Brötchen, Beilagen, frisches Obst und Heißgetränke. Es war für jeden etwas dabei, und wir waren satt und bereit für unsere nächste Reise.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt fantastisch und der aufmerksame Service des Besitzers war wirklich herzerwärmend. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

蔡梦萍I am filling this review out as the person who booked and paid for the room on behalf of my guest / driver, who stayed here for eight days. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor, and despite being adjacent to the main lobby, it was reasonably quiet. A set menu breakfast with nine small dishes was provided every morning in the restaurant, and was very healthy and beautifully presented. Cleaning was done every morning by aunties who knocked around 10a.m. to check if cleaning was requested. Parking onsite for free and EV charging was also available very conveniently next to the hotel. Although the hotel room was non-smoking, the driver smoked both inside the room and in the public lobby, but was not ticked off or asked to smoke outside (!). Staff were very courteous and friendly, always helping with any issue and happy to answer any questions. On departing, both the driver and myself received local biscuits as a gift. Really wonderful place to stay with an extremely well trained, polite family of hospitality experts.

Die Hotelmanagerin war unglaublich aufmerksam und kannte den Huangshan-Berg in- und auswendig. Als ich sie nach verschiedenen Touren auf dem Berg fragte, beantwortete sie geduldig alle meine Fragen, gab Empfehlungen und berücksichtigte dabei, welche Routen einfacher oder schwieriger sind, Zeitpläne und die Angemessenheit der Routen. Außerdem half sie bei Problemen im Zimmer sofort. Wirklich toller Service! Ein großes Lob an sie! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Was das Hotel betrifft, so ist die Ausstattung und die Zimmer die besten am Huangshan-Berg. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert, entspricht einem Fünf-Sterne-Standard und die Zimmer verfügen sogar über warme, wasserdichte Jacken, was super ist. Das Hotelbuffet ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
Beim nächsten Mal, wenn ich zum Huangshan-Berg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Eine fantastische Erfahrung!

GastnutzerEin rundum gelungener Ausflug zum Nationalfeiertag. Der Butler kontaktierte uns im Voraus, um das Zimmer vorzubereiten. Es war geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und bot einen schönen Blick auf den Schwanensee. Auch die Badewanne war großzügig bemessen, und beide Kinder genossen ein gemeinsames Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Executive Lounge ein echtes Schnäppchen, und das Frühstück war das reichhaltigste, das ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe! Da wir mit einem kleinen Baby reisten, das nicht so leicht das Hotel verlassen konnte, blieben wir im Hotel und spielten am nahegelegenen Schwanensee. Unser Kind wollte gar nicht mehr weg!
