The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility.

Great location and a well-appointed room. The hotel is a bit older, so some of the furniture and finishes feel slightly dated, but overall it was comfortable and pleasant. We used the pool and hot tub during our stay. The pool could have been cleaner, and the hot tub temperature was a little lower than expected. We did enjoy the sauna and appreciated having it as an additional amenity. Overall, it’s a very good hotel despite showing its age in some areas. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The counter staff was so kind to accommodate us in the handicapped room when I requested for it. Everything in the room looked great except that there was no real cabinet for clothing. And they only provided 2 hangers (I attached a photo). The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and malls. A short walk to Walmart and Lansdowne Centre. Nearby skytrain station and bus stops. Parking lot is huge and can accommodate a lot of cars (with a minimal parking fee if you’re a hotel guest).

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens Vancouver liegt. Der Shuttlebus war für unsere Reisezeit ausgebucht, daher organisierte das Hotel ohne großes Aufsehen und kostenlos ein Taxi für uns – ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und hatte ein schönes Badezimmer. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das wir erst bei unserer Ankunft am internationalen Flughafen Vancouver feststellten, war, dass wir eigentlich in Abbotsford hätten sein sollen – anderthalb Stunden entfernt.

Everything was fantastic. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at 130 am. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend if your plans are to stay in Abbotsford

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Schalldämmung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon war aber alles in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sicher und gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Das Zimmer war gemütlich. Ich hätte mir nur zwei Dinge gewünscht: Hausschuhe (da der Boden sehr kalt wird) und Trinkwasser.

Es war mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es waren zwei Dinge, die ich wirklich erwähnen musste. Erstens wandte ich mich an Netflix und begann, einen Film um 8:00 Uhr zu sehen, aber ich schlief kurz danach. Um 9:00 Uhr begann jemand sehr laut auf meine Tür zu klopfen, was mich wach machte. Ich hörte jemand draußen sagen: “Hey, verringert das Volumen.” Ich war ehrlich überrascht, weil der Fernseher nicht einmal so laut war???? und der Schlag selbst lauter als der Fernseher war und war, was mich eigentlich erwachte. Ich habe die Tür nicht geöffnet, weil ich es schrecklich fand. Danach rief ich meinen Freund an und er schlug vor, dass ich mit dem Frontdesk in Verbindung treten werde. Als ich anrufe, sagte die Dame mir, dass ihr Hausmeister bereits geprüft hatte und es niemand mehr im Lobby war (was sinnvoll ist, weil es etwa 20 Minuten früher passiert war). Sie sagte auch, dass andere Menschen nicht ohne eine Schlüsselkarte in der Lage sein sollten, die Gästeboden zu bekommen. Als ich fragte, ob jemand neben mir gebeten hatte, sagte sie, niemand wohnte neben meinem Zimmer, und der Gast neben der Tür hatte nur gerade angemeldet. Vielleicht war es nur jemand, der durchgeht, aber es war noch wirklich seltsam und unbehaglich. Ich habe in vielen Hotels in verschiedenen Ländern geblieben und nie etwas wie das erlebt. Die zweite Frage war, dass sowohl das Internet als auch das Fernsehen nachts aufhörten zu arbeiten und noch nicht am nächsten Morgen arbeiten, als ich auscheckte, was wirklich frustrierend war. Ich erwähnte es während der Checkout, und das Front Desk Personal sagte einfach, dass das gesamte Gebäude die gleiche Frage hatte und sie versuchten, es zu reparieren 🥲 Das gute ist, dass sie jetzt die Zugangsfrage beheben, so dass jeder eine Schlüsselkarte braucht, um ihren Fußboden zu besuchen. Das Hotel selbst ist brandneu, sehr ruhig und sauber, weshalb ich mich hier wieder entschieden habe. Da es von Hilton gehört, hatte ich ehrlich erwartet, dass das Personal bei der Rede mit den Kunden etwas professioneller sein wird. Die Hausbetreiber waren jedoch alle super freundlich.
