Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Es war eine sehr einfache Eincheckung, sie haben einen Shuttle, der Sie zum und vom Flughafen nimmt. Das Château kommt alle 30 Minuten vom Flughafen und alle 15 Minuten vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Das Personal war super freundlich die Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber. Das einzige, was ich bitte, ist, zumindest ein paar Slips im Zimmer für Komfort zu haben.

Das Hotel selbst ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das fällt kaum ins Gewicht, denn der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise waren alle herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltete. Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer fährt alle 15 Minuten und war stets pünktlich, sodass die Transfers zum und vom Flughafen OR Tambo stressfrei verliefen. Und das Frühstück – einfach wow! Definitiv eines der Highlights des Aufenthalts. Ein reichhaltiges Buffet, hervorragend zubereitet, frisch und einfach himmlisch. Insgesamt ein wirklich solides und komfortables Hotel, das in den wichtigsten Punkten punktet: Service, Komfort und Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großes Hotel! Wir wurden sehr gut von der Mitarbeiter empfangen, und der Ein- und Auscheckprozess war super schnell. Der Hauptpunkt ist der kostenlose Round-Flughafen-Shuttle. Für diejenigen, die nach praktischer Praxis suchen und sich nicht um den Transport kümmern wollen, ist es die perfekte Wahl. Ich empfehle es sehr!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

This is a good Hotel near Sandton city. The good: Near Sandton city Safe The shuttle service to Nelson Mandela Square was reliable. The amenities are great. Could use improvements: The restaurant menu.

Ich hatte die beste Zeit nur entspannen im Hotel . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und weil es mein Geburtstag war sie mein Zimmer upgraded und gab mir kostenlos Frühstück . Ich hatte eine erstaunliche Zeit und ich kann nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen . Zimmerservice war auch wirklich groß und die Ansichten waren erstaunlich .

The location is spectacular. The rooms are good value for money. I liked my stay a lot. The only thing is if you’re booked into a room further away, you must know that if it is raining you have to walk outside and to the entrance to fetch your food orders or get your uber — only downside.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Pros: * Very clean rooms and common areas. * Convenient location close to the airport. * Friendly and professional staff. * Comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. Cons: * There are stairs in some sections of the hotel, which made it quite difficult to move around with heavy luggage. * There was a noticeable noise coming from the air conditioner during the night. * Guests are still required to fill out a paper check-in form, which feels outdated since most of that information has already been provided when booking online. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Despite a few inconveniences, it’s a comfortable and practical choice for travelers needing accommodation near Johannesburg Airport. I would stay here again, especially for the convenience before an early flight.

Das beste Hotel in Johannesburg. Sicheres Gebiet, großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Polizeipersonal, angenehme Gäste. Einchecken war schnell, Renovierungen sind hervorragend. Ich hatte hier eine wunderbare Zeit, zu schlecht Ich habe nur zwei Nächte geblieben. Einer Nebenwirkung: Es gab Probleme mit Zahlung. Ich hatte bereits für das Hotel auf Trip.com gezahlt, aber die Empfangsbestätigung sagte, die Zahlung sei noch nicht verarbeitet. Ich musste den Empfang an den Hotelbedienten mailn. Nur am nächsten Tag haben sie mir gesagt, dass es keine Probleme gab und das Hotel bezahlt wurde.
