Ich habe hier 3 nächte übernachtet und ich habe der Reinigungspersonal kommuniziert das sie das dass zimmer nicht reinigen müssen, aber Kaffekapseln ersatz sollen Sie mir bitte bringen. Das ist nie passiert. Das telefon im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Die dusche hatte sehr weniger wasserdruck und mein Aussicht war einer Mauerstiene. Plus war die Lage und das im Foyer hatten eine Kaffemaschine die immer funktioniert hat.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und aktualisiert. Lage war ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum Kid Rock Konzert. Es war auf der Wasserstraße, so machte es den Spaziergang genießbar .... auch in der Nähe von Restaurants. Die Parkplätze im Garage waren erschwinglich bei $17 für 24 Stunden. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.

Ein gutes, solides Hotel, das an manchen Stellen jedoch etwas abgewohnt wirkt. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad nicht funktionierte, es öffnet erst am 26. Mai. Obwohl das Wetter Ende April bereits heiß ist. Es gab eine Möglichkeit zum Sonnenbaden, aber keinen Pool. Ausgezeichneter Kaffee am Morgen im Zimmer, bequeme Betten mit weichen, bequemen Matratzen und Kissen, Kühlschrank, TV-Kino! Freundliches Personal, das Ihnen gerne weiterhilft. Aber der Preis für das Zimmer erscheint mir zu hoch!

Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und der eigene Parkplatz ist ausreichend. Es ist sehr nah von der Austin University University und dem Kongress des Texas. Das Frühstück wird im ersten Stock des Hotels durchgeführt. Das amerikanische Frühstück ist eine übliche Sorte, aber nichts ist hell, aber es kann auch Tee essen. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Fenster zu schlank ist und das Wasser nicht groß genug ist. Da es eine Nacht wechseln muss, ist der Rezeptor-Servicepersonal geduldig und die Goldabgabe in der Vornacht ist gemütlich zurückgekehrt. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Liquor-Shop und die Tür ist groß.

Das Hotel besticht durch sein ruhiges und elegantes Ambiente, helle und gepflegte Zimmer mit hervorragender Sauberkeit sowie eine umfassende und funktionale Ausstattung. Der Service an der Rezeption ist geduldig und aufmerksam, und das Hotel bietet bequeme Transportmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel war schön. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, war, dass ich meine Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (nicht sicher, was es sagte) auf der Tür hängen, als ich zum Geschäft ging. Sie gingen doch ein! Ich hatte Geld auf dem Zähler und andere Werte, die ich nicht in den Safe BC gelegt habe, hatte ich nicht Zeit, es dort zu werfen. Sie hätten nicht eingetreten sein sollen, wenn ich das Zeichen auf die Tür gesetzt, dass sagte nicht smh

Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

This place smelled like mold, was humid, was dirty, and badly needs a complete remodel. It might have been nice in the early 1990s, but it is not now. The staff at the desk was nice, but everyone else, not so much. If I had to stay here again, I would find another place. It was not scary - it just was not nice.
