This is the first time we stayed at the IP and we were pleased with everything from the check-in and food to check-out. We were not happy about the outside valet being closed as we had several pieces of luggage that we had to carry from the parking area into the hotel. Thank you and your staff for a lovely couple of days.

The hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

GGuest UserEs war unser erstes Mal bei The Golden Nugget. Wir waren enttäuscht über die Signaturrichtungenwe mussten uns selbst für das Hotel-Check-in-Zähler suchen. Obwohl es heute Abend war, gab es keine Mitarbeiter am Boden, um zu helfen, und nur ein Sicherheitsbeamter wurde bemerkt. Wir feiern unser Geburtstag und war besonders auf das Buffet-Mahl nur, um herauszufinden, dass es für eine Zeit geschlossen war, obwohl es auf Ihrer Website angekündigt wird. Eine weitere Let-down war keine Slot-Maschinen verfügbar. Unser Hotelzimmer war schön, aber die Reise war insgesamt enttäuschend!

GGuest UserHabe hier ein paar Nächte verbracht. Die Lage ist gut und leicht zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gut. Nichts Spektakuläres. Ich habe noch nie in einem ****** übernachtet und war von diesem Aspekt unbeeindruckt. Einfach nicht mein Ding. Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut, renovierungsbedürftig und den Preis einfach nicht wert.
