4-Sterne-Hotels in Ilocos Region, Philippinen

"We had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler."

"Es ist gut. Sie haben einen großen Pool mit sehr guten Pflege. Ich möchte ihren Platz noch einmal buchen"

"I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!"

"Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement."

"Ich war mit meiner Schwester, ein Suitezimmer reserviert und alles ist so sauber. Das Personal ist so freundlich, wenn Sie etwas brauchen, sie sind aufmerksam. Alle Lächeln, wenn sie Essen servieren. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, würde dieses Hotel empfehlen. Es ist ein schöner Ort, um auch den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, der Pool hat keine obstruktive Sicht, wenn Sie Sonnenuntergang lieben."

"The staff where some of the most attentive and professional I’ve encountered. They make you feel very welcome and special. I would definitely stay again. Only down side was no phone in room and no phone signal so cannot order room service unless you have Viber as the WiFi was acceptable."

"Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away."
