Erstens wurde mir, obwohl ich ausdrücklich nach einem Deluxe-Zweibettzimmer gefragt hatte, stattdessen ein Doppelzimmer gegeben. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage kaputt, sodass meine Tante an ihrem letzten Tag auf den Philippinen wie verrückt schwitzte. Sie erwähnten zwar, dass das Hotel sauber war und das Äußere hübsch aussah, aber das war auch schon alles, was sie feststellen konnten.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. Even though we checked in nearly an hour later than the agreed time because of unforeseen delays, it did not negatively impact our experience at all; everything else was simply perfect. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the food deserves a solid 10/10.
