Excellent service. Before check in they call us to confirmed what times expected to check in. Im also requested to hv a pool view. Room cleanliness is superb. Huge smart tv in the room. Super delicious breakfast spreads. Staff is friendly some more. Definitely will stay again on my next terengganu visit.

Great play to stay for a short vacation. My kids enjoying galaxy room so much due to their high imagination while playing..but my mistake because i didn't notice that galaxy room don't have tv..🥲 A bit quiet for us adults without television.overall room is ok. But need to complain about the surrounding..dirty, full of rubbish and not well manage.maybe they did not finish their renovation yet.but that surrounding is very an eye-sore.

Nice and big room, but old. Bed is terrible where u can felt the spring. Booked and paid for double bed, instead given twin bed. So basically pay extra did not guaranteed. Food stall for dinner next to the beach is great, breakfast too. Location is perfect for beach lover.

Hotel in der Nähe von Passar Payang, Mayang Mall, Pantai Batu Buruk & viele Geschäfte & Lebensmittel rund um die Ecke. Freitag hat Passar Malam sehr nahe dem Hotel, so kann man lokalen Essen versuchen. Hotel ist sauber & schönes Bett. Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben Zimmerservice bis 2am & das Essen bedienen ziemlich gut. Versuchen Sie ihre Frühlingroll. wirklich gut & schüchtern. Verbringen Sie 2 Nächte hier & wird definitiv wieder kommen. Ich kann die berühmte Brücke auch von meinem Zimmer sehen.

Good: - Check-in process was smooth and fast - Room was clean, tidy & spacious, enough space for muslims to pray comfortably, and could accommodate an extra single bed - The smart tv has netflix installed so we had a great time chilling & watching movies - Strong water pressure - Adequate variety of food for breakfast, nasi kerabu was delicious - Swimming pool was clean & well-maintained Bad: - Shower cream was very watery like it has been diluted, had to use the provided bar soap for better lathering - bath tub’s plug was very loose, luckily i brought my own plastic cover to fill in water for warm bath

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan and openable windows are plus points. However, the noisy road downstairs can be a nuisance. The room should be cleaned everyday and the amenities should be replenished everyday. But that didn't happen and we had to call for water, clean towels and rubbish bin emptying.

Das Hotel liegt in der mittleren Etage. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, das Restaurant ist wunderschön, das Essen ist erstklassig, die Kellner sind sehr freundlich, verstehen Chinesisch, es gibt einen Bootsverleih für zwei Personen, man kann aufs Meer gehen, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, der Strand ist wunderschön? , das Wasser ist kristallklar, hoffe bald wieder zu kommen
