4-Sterne-Hotels in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

Новый отель, очень новый, ещё не доделан в коридорах, но в номере всё сделано уже. Чисто,светло,красивый вид из окна, удобное расположение,много кафе и закусочных рядом. Супермаркет рядом тоже есть. Из минусов,что на ресепшене обычно никого нет и к сожалению парковки нет, только платные рядом

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. 

Dieser Ort, der sich selbst ein ”Hotel” nennt, war eine Katastrophe, mit einer langen Liste von schrecklichen Dingen. Der Dachpool, den Sie auf den Bildern des Hotels sehen, ist nicht wirklich in einem anderen Hotel gelegen, und es wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt! Sie müssen ca. 200 Meter hoch, um das andere Hotel zu erreichen, wo dieser Pool ist (obwohl sie auch einen Fahrwagen zum anderen Hotel bieten). Wenn Sie dort sind, können Sie die zweite Reihe der Betten des Pools ”gewinnen”, weil Sie nicht zu diesem speziellen Hotel gehören - also machen sie Sie zu einem zweiten Klasse Gäste. Außerdem gab es keine Schampoanele, nur Körpersap. Die AC funktionierte nicht gut. Die Temperatur ging nicht um rund 24 Grad unter, obwohl ich sie auf 19 Grad gesetzt hatte. Daher schwitzte ich die ganze Nacht und konnte nicht gut schlafen. Das Hotel behauptet, die Sonne habe die Temperatur beeinflusst, aber die Gärten waren geschlossen, und es gibt keine Sonne in der Nacht! Um dem Elend hinzuzufügen, gab es kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche am Abend um 7:00 Uhr. Ich wurde gesagt, um um 10 Uhr zu warten und wieder zu prüfen, nur zu informieren, dass die Frage behoben wurde. Aber, wie Sie vielleicht gewusst haben, war es nicht. Wenn ich mich um eine Dusche in einem anderen Zimmer bitte, sagten sie mir, ich könne nicht warten und schlugen mir vor, etwas länger zu warten. Ich habe die Empfangsstelle gebeten, eine Entschädigung zu bedenken, aber sie haben es völlig abgelehnt. Als wir nach Hause kamen, habe ich die Kette des Hotels bestellt, um eine echte Referenz zu diesem gesamten Aufenthalt zu erhalten, und sie entschuldigten sich, aber konnte mir keine Erstattung anbieten, weil ich nicht direkt von dem Hotel unseren Aufenthalt reserviert. Stattdessen bot sie mir einen nächsten Aufenthalts Rabatt an, den ich natürlich niemals nutzen werde. Ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht diese Art von Bewertung für ein High-Score-4-Sterne-Hotel geschrieben. Ich glaube, Sie retten sich das Problem und vermeiden Sie dort oder irgendwo anders mit ihrem Namen verwandt zu bleiben. Ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht diese Art von Bewertung schreiben müssen. ps, befestigt ein Pick' des Toilettes, das in einem engen Ort gelegen war, um komfortabel genug sitzen.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot. We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant. The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years. The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

Hotel Villa Garcia überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Es ist ein Familienhotel, in einem schönen Ort in Budva. Es ist minimalist in Design, kommt mit Balkon mit schönen Stadt-/Bergblick’s. Das Personal gab uns bei der Eincheckung eine kostenlose Upgrade, da es relativ niedrig war. Wir waren im dritten Stock und hatten schöne Aussichten auf die umliegenden Berge. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das alte Stadtzentrum ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, wo Sie viele Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich, von frisch gemachten Pancakes bis zu lokalen Speisen. Der Koch war so nett, uns einen Taschentasche vorzubereiten, wie am letzten Tag, wir mussten früh raus, um zum Flughafen zu gehen. Insgesamt außergewöhnliche 5* Service in diesem schönen Hotel, wählen Sie diesen Ort, wenn Sie beabsichtigen Budva zu besuchen, nur 25 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen Tivat.

Хороший отель, недалеко от пляжей. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Капитан, где можно вкусно покушать. В отеле есть только завтраки и бар. Нам это было удобно. К сожалению, нет места для хранения вещей, все было в чемоданах. И нет химчистки в отеле, нужно ехать в Будву, там есть круглосуточные постирочные. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. В целом, остались только хорошие впечатления

We had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it. The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service. The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

It was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.

Das ist ein Geschmack eines Ortes. Die Aussichten vom Balkon waren immer so angenehm und Sonnenuntergang wert eine Million Dollar. Ein Spaziergang zum Strand vor und eine Menge Restaurants und Cafés an Ihrem Türsteg. Przno ist eine ruhigere Nachbarschaft in Budva. Sveti Stefan ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von hier entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und gut ausgestattet und schmackvoll eingerichtet. Marijana, der Gastgeber ist wunderbar und weiß, was echte Gastfreundschaft wirklich bedeutet. Vielen Dank Marijana!!! Sicherlich sehen Sie wieder!
