Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, um das Land zu bereisen. Den Gästen stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer bieten Meerblick. Das Hotel ist neu, modern, die Betten sind sehr bequem (die Matratze ist nicht weich). Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten im Badezimmer, obwohl diese auf Anfrage aktualisiert wurden.
Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein unansehnlicher Rohbau, der die schöne Aussicht beeinträchtigt; die Bauarbeiten werden in der Nähe fortgesetzt, was das Wohnen jedoch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.
Für diejenigen, die im Urlaub Ruhe bevorzugen, empfehle ich die Wahl eines Standardzimmers mit Blick auf den Pool und das Restaurant, wo es immer etwas gibt.
Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber lecker und sättigend. Wenn Sie guten Kaffee möchten, zahlen Sie extra. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereit!

The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel.
The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room.
Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Новые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

Большой красивый отель в лучшем месте Будвы. Рядом все, что нужно посмотреть в Будве - старый город с его церквями, крепостными стенами, множеством сувенирных лавок и живописнейший пляж Могрен. За покупками можно ходить в супермаркет Voli (в 2 шагах от отеля). В теплую погоду тут же у старого города можно взять прогулку на катере. Чистый очень удобный номер с ванной (это редкость на Балканпх, в основном везде душевая кабина) невероятный открыточный вид, балкон, на котором действительно удобно проводить время. Хорошие завтраки в формате шведского стола, который проходит в осень просторном зале с видом на море. В хорошую погоду можно позавтракать и на свежем воздухе. Приятные сотрудники, которые быстро откликаются на любую просьбу. В общем, все круто! Spa не пользовалась, может, в следующий раз. Если уж выискивать какие-то недостатки - по-моему, в номерах нет бесплатной питьевой воды, есть только в баре. Это неудобно. Добавьте воду и будете просто best of the best. На фото - вид с балкона номера и пляж Могрен (лучше него в Будве точно нет)

Хороший отель, недалеко от пляжей. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Капитан, где можно вкусно покушать.
В отеле есть только завтраки и бар. Нам это было удобно. К сожалению, нет места для хранения вещей, все было в чемоданах. И нет химчистки в отеле, нужно ехать в Будву, там есть круглосуточные постирочные.
Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь.
В целом, остались только хорошие впечатления

Превосходный новый и современный отель. Со своей парковкой, которую нам любезно предоставили. Номер большой, светлый, свежий и кайфовый. Расположение хорошее, до пляжа 5 7 минут идти. Завтрак был тоже отменный 15 блюд на выбор в кофешке, которая находиться чуть правее ресепшена. На стойке регистрации очень милые девушки, одна из них говорила по русски)) будете в Будве, рекомендосьен!

EevilyachI travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

ייDieser Ort, der sich selbst ein ”Hotel” nennt, war eine Katastrophe, mit einer langen Liste von schrecklichen Dingen. Der Dachpool, den Sie auf den Bildern des Hotels sehen, ist nicht wirklich in einem anderen Hotel gelegen, und es wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt! Sie müssen ca. 200 Meter hoch, um das andere Hotel zu erreichen, wo dieser Pool ist (obwohl sie auch einen Fahrwagen zum anderen Hotel bieten). Wenn Sie dort sind, können Sie die zweite Reihe der Betten des Pools ”gewinnen”, weil Sie nicht zu diesem speziellen Hotel gehören - also machen sie Sie zu einem zweiten Klasse Gäste.
Außerdem gab es keine Schampoanele, nur Körpersap.
Die AC funktionierte nicht gut. Die Temperatur ging nicht um rund 24 Grad unter, obwohl ich sie auf 19 Grad gesetzt hatte. Daher schwitzte ich die ganze Nacht und konnte nicht gut schlafen. Das Hotel behauptet, die Sonne habe die Temperatur beeinflusst, aber die Gärten waren geschlossen, und es gibt keine Sonne in der Nacht!
Um dem Elend hinzuzufügen, gab es kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche am Abend um 7:00 Uhr. Ich wurde gesagt, um um 10 Uhr zu warten und wieder zu prüfen, nur zu informieren, dass die Frage behoben wurde. Aber, wie Sie vielleicht gewusst haben, war es nicht. Wenn ich mich um eine Dusche in einem anderen Zimmer bitte, sagten sie mir, ich könne nicht warten und schlugen mir vor, etwas länger zu warten.
Ich habe die Empfangsstelle gebeten, eine Entschädigung zu bedenken, aber sie haben es völlig abgelehnt.
Als wir nach Hause kamen, habe ich die Kette des Hotels bestellt, um eine echte Referenz zu diesem gesamten Aufenthalt zu erhalten, und sie entschuldigten sich, aber konnte mir keine Erstattung anbieten, weil ich nicht direkt von dem Hotel unseren Aufenthalt reserviert. Stattdessen bot sie mir einen nächsten Aufenthalts Rabatt an, den ich natürlich niemals nutzen werde.
Ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht diese Art von Bewertung für ein High-Score-4-Sterne-Hotel geschrieben.
Ich glaube, Sie retten sich das Problem und vermeiden Sie dort oder irgendwo anders mit ihrem Namen verwandt zu bleiben. Ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht diese Art von Bewertung schreiben müssen.
ps, befestigt ein Pick' des Toilettes, das in einem engen Ort gelegen war, um komfortabel genug sitzen.

GGastnutzerWe had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot.
We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant.
The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years.
The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed.
Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

1) Klassische Lage: Nahe der Küste und der Altstadt, 8 Minuten vom Busbahnhof, 2 Minuten vom großen Geschäft
2) Die Eigentümer des Ehemanns und der Ehefrau sind sehr Gastfreundschaft, sprechen Russisch
3) Sehr leckeres Frühstück!! Das Essen ist mit Liebe gekocht
4) Gästebetreuung: Neben dem Hotel ist ein Gebäude, wir wurden speziell in einem Raum, in dem dieses Gebäude nicht sichtbar und nicht gehört ist, verlegt
5) Reinigung
Als Ergebnis, wenn ich wieder in Budva bin, werde ich dieses Hotel wählen.

GGastnutzerThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful.
The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby.
