Nagahama ist der einzige Bahnhof der Hokuriku-Hauptlinie, der an den Biwa-See grenzt (Hikone und Maibara liegen nicht am Seeufer). Dieses Hotel liegt am Hafen von Nagahama, fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Die Hotelzimmer sind nach Norden und Süden ausgerichtet und bieten von allen Zimmern Seeblick. Die siebte Etage des Hotels verfügt über einen Badebereich und eine überdachte Aussichtsplattform (nach Süden ausgerichtet) mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Die Aussicht ist morgens und abends atemberaubend, mit Blick auf den Biwa-See im Osten, Süden und Norden und den Berg Ibuki im Westen. Die Fähre zum Biwa-See und das Boot zur Insel Chikubushima sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer haben ihr Dekor aus der Zeit der Blase bewahrt und sind sehr sauber. Trotz der hohen Auslastung sind die Flure ruhig. Der Service ist tadellos; alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Obwohl ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht empfehlen würde, ist dieses Hotel im Vergleich zu den Tausende von Yuan teuren Zimmern mit Seeblick in Otsu und Kosai, die online erhältlich sind, wirklich ein Schnäppchen. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Nacht im Hotel. Ich bin inspiriert vom Lied „Lake Biwa Cruise Song“ hierhergekommen und habe die im Text beschriebene Landschaft wirklich erlebt. Ich hoffe, dieses günstige Hotel mit Aussicht kann weiterhin bestehen.

Highly recommended hotel. Staff were very friendly and did their best to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and the open air onsen was gorgeous. Meals were well presented and very filling. I would definitely return if given the opportunity.

非常開心能帶着兩衹小狗入住這樣美麗的地方。 整體環境非常優美安靜，房子自帶的dog run也讓小狗玩得非常盡興。晚餐和早餐都是工作人員上門現場製作的，食材新鮮、分量也非常充足，真的吃得很滿足。 不過在整體體驗非常不錯的同時，也有兩點小小建議，希望未來能夠進一步提升服務品質。 1️⃣ 關於入住時間的溝通 酒店註明的入住時間為15:00〜19:00，因此客人在19點之前到達都屬於正常入住範圍。當天在尚未超過入住時間的情況下，被臨時詢問“大概幾點到達”，會稍微讓人產生一種被催促的感覺。既然酒店已經設定了入住時間範圍，餐飲及接待部門或許可以提前按照這個時間段做好對應準備。 2️⃣ 關於退房時的服務體驗 入住當天工作人員非常熱情，車輛剛停穩便主動上前幫忙搬運行李，讓人第一印象非常好。 但相比之下，退房時卻幾乎沒有任何協助。甚至沒有問過是否需要幫忙搬運行李。由於這裏部分房子距離前台較遠，我也看到一些年長的客人需要獨自拖着很多行李步行辦理退房手續。 我個人認為，一家真正優秀的酒店，不衹是入住時的熱情，更體現在退房時是否依然能保持同樣的細緻與周到。因為客人離開時的感受，往往才是整個住宿體驗最後留下的印象。 以上內容並無冒犯之意，僅代表個人在入住期間的一點真實感受。 也真心希望酒店未來能夠在服務細節上繼續提升，不要讓如此優秀的環境與硬件，被服務上的小遺憾所影響。 最後退房時有部分物品遺忘了，謝謝酒店打電話跟我溝通，下次還會入住的，到時候還請多多關照

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

Das Hotel ist geräumig,Kontraservice sehr freundlich abd Hilfe .Nach 50 km Fahrradreise von Maibara, in der Zeit, um eine gute Ruhe und laden Sie meine Batterie Handy, hat Fahrrad Speicherfläche. .Nicht weit auf der anderen Seite rechts, es gibt 7 7Eleven günstiger Shop und wenige lokale Restaurants. günstig und lecker.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Das öffentliche Essen war ok; das Wasser war nicht so heiß und wie ursprünglich. Frühstücksauswahl war ok, kann besser sein und mehr Auswahl haben als Meeresfrüchte. Abendessen war großartig! Das einzige, was fehlte, ist die Lage. Es gab nichts anderes um das Hotel. 2 Tage Aufenthalt war mehr als genug. Es gab keine anderen Einrichtungen oder Veranstaltungen als ein Bad, Fuß/Handbad, glückliche Stunden.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gut betreut. Unser Zimmer war jedoch nicht ganz das was wir erwartet hatten. Die Bilder sahen doch etwas anders aus als das was wir dann erhalten haben. Es roch auch nicht wirklich gut, wir vermuten dass es früher mal ein Raucherzimmer war. Wären wir länger als eine Nacht geblieben, hätten wir reklamiert. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse, und auch das Servicepersonal war einfach top.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Erlebnis der heißen Quellen ist auch sehr gut. Es war niemand da, als ich dorthin ging, es war nur eine Charter. Die Lage ist direkt am See, komfortabel und ruhig, daneben gibt es eine 7-11, man kann einige einfache Einkäufe tätigen. Die Besitzerin des Hotels ist eine freundliche und liebenswürdige Großmutter, die uns in einfachem Englisch lokale Aktivitäten empfehlen kann. Ich bin ihr sehr dankbar, dass sie sich ein paar Tage um sie gekümmert hat.

Die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber der Service und die Personalisie­rung sind sehr gut, ich fühle mich sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gut, aber Zigaretten 🚬 stinken ein wenig.
