This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Das Hotel ist neu, sauber und modern. Schlaf ist komfortabel. Dusche Einrichtungen sind großartig, ich mag, dass die Türen des Dusches Zimmers Wasser vom Splash aus bis zum nahe gelegenen Stock verhindern. Münzwäsche ist auf Ebene 20 verfügbar. Frühstück ist großartig, der Buffetverteilung ist gut. Es gibt Eel Reis, Nagoya Hühnerflügel und vieles mehr. Einfach auschecken.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn, aber die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug ist sehr mühsam. Man muss auf beiden Seiten unterschiedliche Aufzüge benutzen, von der U-Bahn bis zur Rezeption im 24. Stock, und dann ein kurzes Stück von der Rezeption nach hinten laufen und fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug zum Zimmer. Das unterirdische Einkaufszentrum wird am 23. April eröffnet, sodass Sie vom Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station nicht direkt zum Hotel gelangen können, sondern einen Umweg nehmen müssen. Der Raum ist groß genug und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Fokus liegt nur auf Design, aber nicht auf Praktikabilität. Das ist großartig. Für den Preis, zu dem ich übernachtet habe, war es in Ordnung. Wir haben kein Frühstück bestellt und fanden es praktisch, draußen zu essen.

Sehr bequem! Lage ist die beste - musste nicht zu früh aufwachen für unseren Flug. Nächstes Mal werden wir das nochmal tun! Die Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden, aber nicht zu schüchtern. Wäscherei und Badezimmer sind getrennt, gut für die Familie zu verwenden. Das Essen ist kein Problem, da Kombinationen im Flughafen sind. Kaffeemaschine im Lobby. Einfacher Zugang. Genügend Platz für eine Familie von 4!

Superb location next to the train Meitetsu line that link with Nagoya airport. Also on the 3rd floor, there is bus station to Takayama. Basically it all connected. Not far from hotel, there are chain restaurant like Yamachan, Ichiran etc.

My kid was surprised with the aquarium theme room. The room is spacious and come with washing machine, mini kitchen, bath tub. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those with kids. Family friendly stay.

I stayed at Hotel Keihan Nagoya and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable room that had enough space to relax after a long day. They were also helpful in receiving and handling our luggage. The room was spacious and comfortable for solo, and the bathroom was equally well designed and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5–10 minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, along with an underground mall directly below the hotel and a convenience store just 2–3 minutes away, which adds a lot of convenience. One minor drawback is the limited laundry facilities—there are only two washing machines for the entire hotel, and a full wash-and-dry cycle takes around two hours. However, it is possible to check the machine status online, which helps with planning. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service and convenient amenities, with only a small downside regarding laundry capacity. The hotel breakfast buffet was also slightly underwhelming. It was a bit expensive for the variety offered, and I wished there were more Nagoya specialty dishes included considering the price.

Our family had an absolutely delightful stay at Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. We did encounter a slight hiccup during check-in, as the hotel requested us to email our Trip.com check-in voucher for confirmation/arrangement, which caused a minor delay. However, this was quickly resolved, and it didn't detract from our overall experience. A highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the complimentary nightly ramen, which quickly became a cherished ritual for us. The delicious, comforting bowls were the perfect end to our busy days exploring Nagoya. Even more remarkable was the hotel's fantastic onsen. After long hours of sightseeing and walking, immersing ourselves in the soothing hot springs was pure bliss. It truly melted away all our travel fatigue, leaving us refreshed and rejuvenated for the next day's adventures. The combination of superb amenities and thoughtful touches made our stay incredibly memorable. We highly recommend Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae for families seeking comfort, relaxation, and a taste of authentic Japanese hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights at Legoland Japan Hotel and had a great moment there. The reception and luggage storage staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and cozy. Our kid loved everything from the room to the food. Personally I'd give 10/10 for the potato salad and caramel pudding in the breakfast buffet.
