"Sehr kostengünstiger und komfortabler Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, sodass ich mich gut entspannen kann. Nur eine Kleinigkeit … Nur zwei Getränkeautomaten, kein Waschraum und kein Heißwasserspender. Wenn diese Einrichtungen hinzugefügt werden, wird es noch perfekter!"

"Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn, aber die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug ist sehr mühsam. Man muss auf beiden Seiten unterschiedliche Aufzüge benutzen, von der U-Bahn bis zur Rezeption im 24. Stock, und dann ein kurzes Stück von der Rezeption nach hinten laufen und fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug zum Zimmer. Das unterirdische Einkaufszentrum wird am 23. April eröffnet, sodass Sie vom Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station nicht direkt zum Hotel gelangen können, sondern einen Umweg nehmen müssen. Der Raum ist groß genug und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Fokus liegt nur auf Design, aber nicht auf Praktikabilität. Das ist großartig. Für den Preis, zu dem ich übernachtet habe, war es in Ordnung. Wir haben kein Frühstück bestellt und fanden es praktisch, draußen zu essen."

"Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Nagoya, ist sauber und der Eingang ist eher unauffällig. Der Check-in verlief problemlos; sowohl An- als auch Check-out wurden an Selbstbedienungsautomaten mit vereinfachtem Chinesisch abgewickelt. Sollte es zu Problemen kommen, erklärte das Personal diese umgehend, und die Zimmerkarte wurde anschließend automatisch ausgegeben. Damen erhielten eine spezielle Karte für das Onsen (Thermalbad) im dritten Stock, während Herren mit ihrer Zimmerkarte das Herren-Onsen nutzen konnten. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht groß, aber sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Es war fantastisch, und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten."

"Sehr günstige Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Nagoya. Bei der Lage direkt außerhalb des Kanayama-Station, ist es günstig, um die Stadt durch den U-Bahn- oder JR-Linien und zum und von dem Flughafen zu erreichen. War es für das Wochenende F1 und ich konnte meine Gepäck dort nach dem Auschecken und zurück und auf dem Weg zum Flughafen lagern. Es ist nicht so groß ein Hotel in diesem Preisbereich, aber Sie erhalten die Komfort für den Preis. Beachten Sie, dass der kleinste ”Standard” Zimmertyp wirklich nur für eine Person und für zwei Personen zu klein ist."

"This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!"

"The stay is pleasant and they provide free Sakae at the lobby floor which is amazing and unusual. They serve the best breakfast as well. It is worth to include their breakfast while booking the hotel room. All the food is very fresh and nice."

"Spacious, comfortable, amazing service and breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Nice river nearby. Away from the crowded area but not far away from Fushimi station if u like quiet and peaceful area."
