Ein großes Zimmer in einem respektablen Raum von Rom. Sehr sauber, frisch repariert, chic Blick auf eine ruhige Straße und Seitenblick auf die Piazza del Poppolo. Alles wird bis zu klein gedacht, die Hosting Nineta ist vor allem Lob, fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Ich war in vielen Hotels in Rom, ich habe überhaupt nicht so gut eine ehrliche Beziehung getroffen. Eine komfortable Matresse, freundliche Blätter, in der Dusche sauber, alles ist glänzend. Die Bänke auf den Fenstern und den dichten Gürteln können Licht und Sound blockieren, haben perfekt geschlafen.

Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter ein großes Frühstücksbuffet, ein großes Fitnessstudio und eine Bar auf der Hauptebene mit einem Billardtisch.
In der Dusche ging es nie an heißem Wasser oder Druck zu und im Zimmer gab es eine Lavazz-Espressomaschine, einen großen Fernseher, einen Safe, einen Minikühlschrank, einen Kleiderschrank und einen ausgezeichneten Föhn, der ununterbrochen hohe Hitze lieferte.
Das Personal war freundlich und war auf Anfrage hilfsbereit und organisierte beispielsweise einen privaten Fahrer zum Flughafen zu einem günstigen Barpreis.
Ich freue mich darauf, in Zukunft wiederzukommen.

Das Hotel liegt nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Roma Termini entfernt und in einer praktischen Gegend mit McDonald's, KFC, Supermärkten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aus japanischer Sicht wirkte die Ausstattung etwas altmodisch und schlicht, aber es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe im Zimmer, sodass es für einen Aufenthalt akzeptabel war.
Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld informiert, dass es keine Zahnbürsten und Hausschuhe gab, daher hatte ich meine eigenen mitgebracht, was aber kein Problem darstellte.
Die Trattoria neben dem Hotel war günstig, die Portionen waren groß und das Essen köstlich.

Es liegt weniger als zehn Kilometer von der antiken Stadt Rom entfernt und ist mit dem Auto in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu, das Abendessen ist gut und der Typ ist auch sehr gutaussehend

ZZhaoyikuErstens ist die Lage nach dem Verlassen des Bahnhofs etwas mehr als 100 Meter entfernt. Es ist ruhig mitten im Trubel, sodass es nachts nicht laut ist. Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen kleinen Raum, in dem Sie Ihr Gepäck aufbewahren können. Die Aufbewahrung liegt jedoch in Ihrem Ermessen. Wenn Sie Bedenken haben, können Sie ein Kettenschloss mitbringen und Ihr Gepäck im Regal abschließen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt nur Brot, Schinken, Milch, Kaffee und es gibt nur sehr wenige Sorten.
Was ich bemängeln muss, ist, dass das Zimmer wirklich klein ist, kleiner als ein japanisches Hotelzimmer. Es gibt keinen Platz im Zimmer, um einen Koffer zu öffnen und ihn herauszunehmen. Die Einrichtungen sind relativ alt, der Klimatraktor macht Lärm und das Wasser hört nach der Toilettenspülung nicht auf. Es hört sich an, als würde man die ganze Nacht am Fluss schlafen.
Aber es ist wirklich praktisch, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zu wohnen. Es scheint, dass es in der Nähe solche Hotels gibt, aber der Preis ist relativ günstig, das ist alles.

DdisasterEXEDas Hotel Caravel liegt nur wenige Blocks von der Stazione Garbatella entfernt. Das Personal spricht Spanisch, Englisch und Italienisch (wahrscheinlich auch andere Sprachen). Ich hatte das Vergnügen, sieben Tage mit meinem Vater im Caravel zu übernachten, und sie kamen seinen Bedürfnissen sehr entgegen (zum Beispiel haben sie seinen Laptop sicher aufbewahrt und ihm einen Wasserkocher für eine Tasse Tee am Abend zur Verfügung gestellt). Sie haben auch Adapter für Steckdosen und bieten Wäscheservice von Drittanbietern an. Das Hotel hat Rampen für Behinderte und verfügt über ein Bekleidungsgeschäft, eine Bar, eine Frühstücksbar und ein Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und einige Speisen werden selbst zubereitet.
Ich hoffe, dass ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Rom wieder bei ihnen übernachten kann. Mein Lieblingsfrühstück (das ich fast jeden Tag hatte) ist auf diesem Bild zu sehen.

Keine Rezeption, es gibt ein WhatsApp-Konto, aber es gibt keine Anleitung, um zu beantworten! Es gibt keine Anleitung! Obwohl die geografische Lage in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation in Rom liegt, ist es sehr bequem! Aber das ist noch preiswert 🙁 nicht gewinnbar!

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

AAndrei SobolevskiHiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment.
The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot.
Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours.
The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions.
HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place.
All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.

GGastnutzerDer Service des Personals war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren immer froh, dass unser Zimmer sauber war und es täglich frische Handtücher gab. Auch die Frühstücksauswahl war fantastisch. Zwei Dinge, mit denen ich nicht 100 % zufrieden bin, waren das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was nachts unangenehm war, selbst wenn zwei Fenster geöffnet waren. Wir kamen in der ersten Aprilwoche und es war heiß. Außerdem hätte das Frühstück früher beginnen können, etwa um 6 Uhr, da wir an manchen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts das Hotel für Aktivitäten um 6 Uhr verlassen mussten. Aber insgesamt würde ich trotzdem sagen, dass dies ein großartiges Hotel ist, insbesondere wegen der Lage.
